    #12 pho
    Taylor H.

I'm so glad I went on a pho research wormhole and we chose to come here! We were staying at a hotel nearby the airport and it was a quick uber ride. The classic pho was one of the best bowls I've ever had. The portion was really big, so we didn't even need the spring rolls but they were decent. All of the servers help each other and service was prompt. It's a bustling place and the bathrooms are really cool!

First time having pho when in Richmond and I'm glad that we went to this place. It was packed, which is usually a good sign. I opted to try their special - Pho Tuan, which had a poached egg in it. The broth was pretty clean and easy to eat. I liked the poached egg and the bits of garlic in the broth as it was a bit unique, but good. I also tried a little bit of their Pho Bo Sot Vang, which was with red wine braised beef. My friend had their Bo Ne, which looked fantastic.

My go to pho place in Richmond! There might be a line but it usually moves very fast. My go to is the #11 since the special one with the egg is too big for me, food always comes out really fast and is always on point. Service is good and its easy to get a server's attention if you need something since there are so many of them. Really roomy restaurant and bathrooms are interesting. Remember to go on Mondays for 10% off!

(Kari's Rating 9.5/10) Came with a group of 8 at 8:45pm and were seated immediately. The food came out lightning fast, everything is superb! I know she was doubting the authenticity at this place, but it absolutely blew me away-and I'm Asian. I ordered a bit off menu with the beef pho with a lemongrass broth and thicker noodles. We ordered three plates of the spring rolls and they were some of the best springs I've ever had in my entire life. They're crispy and not mushy inside, paired with the hoisin sauce absolutely delicious!! The persons are absolutely massive, so you're probably gonna end up taking something home, in which they will charge $.50 for a takeout container, but it is definitely worth it. I would genuinely come back if I can and I'll be forever thinking about this place. The Trung special soup was one of their specials, and it has a uniquely smoky flavor, which gave a lot of depth to the broth. The lemongrass chicken vermicelli plate was also delicious, it did need a little bit of hoisin and spice seasoning to lighten it up, but a very delicious meal with the pickled vegetables.

I've been here a couple times and decided to try something completely new this time! The portions here are very generous so I recommend sharing with a friend. We got the chao tom (shrimp paste on sugarcane skewers) and the bun cha ca (fish cake noodle soup). Service was quite fast and we got our food shortly after ordering. The chao tom was served over a bed of vermicelli salad which was really nice as we were expecting just the skewers. When you bite into the skewer, it release a bit of sweet acidic flavour as it's made from sugar cane. I am so glad I tried this and will definitely be ordering it again in the future! The bun cha ca had an interesting taste and while I wasn't a big fan of it (there was a very strong dill taste), the portion was really big and I was happy with the experience of trying it. Overall, Pho 37 consistently impresses me with their food and I understand why they're always busy with customers!

Whether it is a rice dish or pho, this place consistently delivers good tasting food. The service and turnover is quick. Taking out is also very convenient on the days you don't want to cook. Their online menu is easy to navigate. It's a busy restaurant with lots of noise, but they are always fully staffed. Our go-to dish (not shown) is the Satay Peanut Noodle Soup. You can actually ask for this soup for most of the noodle soup dishes. It's a very rich soup and very flavourful.

Found a winner. The beef Brisket pho. Same tasty beef soup but the beef Brisket which is really beef shank was tender and full of marinated flavour.

Yummy pho at a decent price! House special pho was really tasty with lots of toppings and broth that's on the sweeter side. The vermicelli with pork patty and shrimp were cooked to perfection! Loved how there are different sauces at the table so you can season it to your liking! Service was quick and ambiance was nice BUT....saw one of the servers not fully wash her hands before leaving the washroom area sooo....highly doubt I'll be back. Yuck.

The food was good and served quickly. The shop had very cute window drawings for the holidays. Our biggest critique was the service. Although the regular service was normal and expected. They took more than 30min to bring the bread for the sizzling beef plate. We followed up several times and each time they seemed surprised but didn't do anything. Was quite disappointed in that regard as the entire sizzling plate has gone cold by then.

Came at 1:00 on a Saturday. Place was busy but we were seated immediately. Service was good and we ordered a rare beef noodle soup (beef pho) and it came quickly. The broth was exceptional, clean and flavorful but not greasy. We also ordered the vietnamese iced coffee and received it drip style with the condensed milk. Coffee was strong and perfectly sweet. Some of the best pho in the BC area, we'll be back!

I hadn't heard of Pho 37 until my friend and I were craving pho in Richmond and she suggested this spot. It was certainly very busy so I took that as a good sign, it's also located in an interesting circular building which I hadn't seen before. The place advertised No MSG broth which caught my attention, and I opted for the classic beef pho which came with all the essentials (meatballs, tendon, tripe, flank). The broth was light yet flavourful, and I definitely appreciated how it felt less salty than some other pho broths I had. There was also the option to get your beansprouts steamed which I appreciated. Lastly, the portion was huge so the price point of around $20 was worth it! In fact, I was able to have the pho for another meal the next day. I'll definitely be back to try another of their soups another time.

I ordered the Special Beef Noodle Pho, their classic dish. It tasted amazing, full of meat, authentic broth, and a large portion. We didn't have a wait on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was bustling. There is parking in the plaza but can be a bit crowded during peak times. Staff is very much always bustling around so you may need to flag them or remind them a couple of times what you need. A solid restaurant for pho.

Came here for lunch and was blown away by Pho 37! The dining area is huge so we didn't have to wait for a table even though it was packed inside. Got the Pho dac biet and the pork rice plate. Portions met my expectations (huge). I love that the broth doesn't have msg. The meat was high quality and the noodles were delicious. The pork was juicy and tender. Overall, I'm happy with those 2 dishes and would order them again. Service was efficient. Everything was clean as well. I would be back again!

The last couple of times we've come, the beef ribs were a bit smaller than they used to be, but they were awesome about making up for it.
