Much better than my first visit! Customer service was nice again. It didn't have the smell that weirded me out before lol. The sushi was good as always. I can go with out the appetizers. All the apps were over cooked; the crab Rangoon, the dumplings, and the egg rolls.8 don't remember the types of sushi we got but 4 of us got one roll to eat. And another person got 2 for a total of like $86 bucks.

I got the mother roll this time. Good quality and fast service. Must have weighed 1/2 pound.

The prices were extremely fare but I would rather pay a little more for higher quality sushi and a better ambiance. Don't get me wrong, I will traverse to the "holiest" hole in the wall for some good food but this just wasn't worth it unfortunately. It looked good though I guess.

I'll start off first saying that I am not a food snob. You put out a good product that tastes good, I'll be back. Secondly, this is gas station sushi. I think the worst inconvenience from this whole experience is having to go the the gas station counter to pay after you order at the sushi counter. That's really the only negative thing I have to say. The food is great. The people are very nice. Sushi is normally really expensive and me being a big guy, two rolls are just not going to cut it for me. Enter the Fried Chicken Sushi roll at just $3.99. It's wonderful, and 3-4 are very filling. Fried Chicken, Green Onions, and massago on the inside and rice and spicy Mayo on the outside makes one hell of a roll. Splash a little soy sauce on there and let your tastebuds trip out! Quit being a sushi snob and check this little place out on the corner of 59th and Sooner!

Yeah, yeah - I know... gas station sushi, what the heck?! but seriously, trust me on this one.. it is pretty dang good! I won't claim to be a sushi connoisseur, but do love to try new places around the metro and I'm constantly surprised that this has managed to maintain a top spot on my radar. You walk in and order your rolls/hibachi then take your ticket over to the gas station counter to pay and hang out while they make your food fresh. There is always a line, but its never a long wait for food. We always take ours to go - but there are a few tables if dining-in is your thing. I haven't had a roll that I haven't liked - but the mother roll, and del city roll are my favorites.. and my s/o loves the teriyaki chicken and rice. The staff is always friendly and have great recommendations.. Sometimes I just tell them what I feel like and they whip me up something perfect. Give them a shot, I bet you will be pleasantly surprised!!

I've heard this place was good but I was skeptical because it's in the gas station... but it didn't disappoint. I saw many rolls on the menu that I'd like to come back and try. I ordered the Tiger roll and the Baja California roll and it came with two free spring rolls. It was so filling! Perfect place to run in and grab sushi to go for lunch or you can dine in. My first time here so I dined in. Now that I know it's good I could definitely see myself coming here and grabbing some to go for a quick lunch.

Disappointing Experience - Missing Items & Zero Service We…read moreordered two Hibachi Chicken meals online yesterday (2/14/26) totaling over $63.83, and it was a complete waste of money. Both meals were missing the soup and salad. We tried calling and even left a voicemail to give them a chance to fix it, but no one bothered to call us back. The restaurant was empty when we picked up our order, and now I see why. Don't let the nice exterior fool you the service is nonexistent and the value isn't there. We won't be returning. On their website their menu says "Hibachi Entrée Seven Course Meal Served w. The last several times I've ordered, the food has been 20-30 minutes later than the quoted wait time, and no one communicates the delay. You're just left sitting there without any updates. On a previous visit, they actually lost my order and let me sit there for about 20 minutes before telling me. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered at 6:50 PM and was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, no one mentioned that my order wasn't ready or that it would be delayed. After waiting and finally asking about it, I was told they were short staffed. While I understand staffing issues happen, that's exactly why I asked for the wait time when I called in my order. It's now 7:45 PM and my food still isn't ready. The lack of communication and organization is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I'd rate zero stars if it would let me.

The Espresso Natini was perfect 5/5: velvety, smooth, and an excellent mocktail. The Tuna Crispy Rice was another 5/5, with crispy yet soft rice and glazed tuna that added just the right touch of sweetness. The Foie Gras was rich, buttery, crispy, and topped with a sweet sauce. Absolutely delicious. 5/5 The biggest surprise was the salmon nigiri. It was the first time I tasted the buttery fat content. I'm new to sashimi! 5/5 The Tamago was a solid 4.5/5 with great texture and sweetness, though it could have used more rice and been served hotter. The Shogun was my lowest-rated dish at 3.5/5. Creative and refreshing, but too wet from the cucumber. The Smokin' Salmon Aburi was good, but had too many competing flavors. The most interesting item was the Baked King of Crab. I wasn't impressed at first, but after deconstructing it and eating the components separately, I discovered multiple types of crab, including a crab leg. That turned it into a 5/5.

To share we got the crunchy rice tuna and the blossom roll with a mix of the fish options (like a rainbow roll). The crunchy rice tuna has such a nice combination of textures with a little crunch from the rice and creaminess from the avocado and fish. The roll was delicious. Fresh fish, the rice in the roll was just as it should be-not too mushy (a problem I find with a lot of sushi places I've tried in Oklahoma) or too firm. For myself I got the sashimi tasting which was an absolutely delicious assortment of seafood. All of the pieces were well seasoned and tasted fresh. My husband got the fried chicken and sukiyaki. He was very pleased with both. As a bonus I got a cheesecake because we were celebrating my birthday and they gave us each a shot. I appreciate that they gave me a non-alcoholic shot since I don't drink alcohol. Overall the food was fantastic and the service was great but it comes with a corresponding price tag. Was it worth it? In my opinion, yes, most definitely. I will say though that if you don't care for seafood there are options for you, but you likely won't appreciate this place nearly as much as someone who does.

One of our friends ordered the sushi set as his entree, which comes with 5 pieces of nigiri and a sushi roll. He only got the nigiri (salmon, regular tuna, mackerel, and 2 tamago nigiri). When we brought it to one of the servers attention, she told us it was an either/or option. After talking with other friends, they told us they received both, and the nigiri was higher quality, like toro. Three of our friends ordered the pork katsu. One of the katsus was brought out early and the other two took some time. After the other two katsus came out, it was noticeable that the first one was probably refried, which made us think it was old and they didn't want to waste it. We also learned that our other friends said that when they went, the server told them that if there was anything they liked, they could ask for more to be brought to the table. Our server did not tell us this. And the sad part is that they actually took some dishes away from the buffet and didn't refill it, which was the salmon sashimi. Overall, I feel like the experience was disappointing and the advertising was misleading. There wasn't much fresh fish available, as one might think. Sounds like service isn't equal and great across the board. Some friends enjoyed the weekend lunch buffet, some other friends had the same experience we did.
