I've ordered to go from here a few times and the food is really good! I always get the egg rolls and the pork vermicelli. The portion sizes are great and the meat is very flavorful. The egg rolls are fresh and crispy. I've walked past the storefront and it looks super cute, they have a decent amount of seating which is nice. Consistent and quick - Pho for your soul: I've gotten Pho take out regularly from Hot Chopsticks. I love it every time. They have all the ingredients you expect with your Pho and what I consider the right proportions. They do combine the hoisin sauce and Sriracha, so if you only plan to use one, ask for separate containers, The Pho is really tasty and makes me happy every time. They are always easy and prompt and never had a wrong order. A staple for sure - especially whenever I'm not feeling well. Pho will cheer and clear those sinuses! read more

Great Vietnamese food and generous portions! Their beverages are also very innovative (including a mango smoothie that is slightly spicy in which you can dip a candy they give you). Finally got to try out this place that used to be magasin table. Food was ok. I find the pho broth kind of greasy. There were no grilled marks on the grilled shrimp spring roll. I have been here twice, and their pho and the vermicelli bowl are pretty good. I got their tofu and vegetables pho this past visit, but it is pretty bland. Lots of veggies and noodles, but the broth leaves room for improvement. So, I'll probably stick with their pho with meat instead. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The food was excellent. I had the chicken and rice. The chicken was very flavorful. It's more of a food court style order and eat. It's in a little business building where there are multiple businesses within the same building. There is also a brewery there where you can sit and order your food. The staff from hot chopsticks came down to the brewery to bring our food and pick up our plates as well. They were super nice. Would highly recommend this place. I don't eat Vietnamese very often but my friends that were with me do, they both had pho and really enjoyed it. read more

This is a cute little Vietnamese place in 8th Street Market. It's fast, casual, and yummy. The food had great flavor and large portions, especially for the price. There wasn't much in the way of actual service since the guy asked us to cash out on the little kiosk they have in the front and to get our own water out of the fridge, which was a little strange; we also had to take our own dishes over to a shelf on the other side of the restaurant when we were done. It seems set up best for people that want to get take out. Overall, if you're in the mood for some delicious Vietnamese food and don't really care about having a waiter, this is a good option. read more

Newly opened spot near Prairie Artisan Ales fresh food and the guy running it was very kind and personable. Customer service was great. I would have liked to have had more flavor cooked into the noodles they were light on that pizzazz. I doctored it up with some Sriracha and Hoisin Sauce cause the flavor just fell a little flat however, it was fresh, made to order and the noodles did have a great texture to them and the vegetables were cooked perfectly to give you just the right amount of crunch.
