Heard the food was good here so I decided to try it. First they took forever to get our order, then forgot our appetizer, accused of us getting it and lying that we didn't? Never apologized and then ignored us the rest of our time there except when she brought our tab. I had to get someone's attention when I wanted a container to take the rest of my food because it was never offered to me. First time here and it was amazing !! I found my new favorite spot. We had shrimp spring rolls and shrimp egg rolls for an appetizer . These two make me exited for the main course. The shrimp egg rolls were so full of flavor the sauces were on point. So delicious. Pho was amazing, the tea was fresh and not in a tea bag which is a bonus. Good service and clean location. I don't know why I haven't left a review sooner.. when me & my husband are in town, we ALWAYS have to stop here!! We went for the first time when I was pregnant, & now we bring our 1 year old daughter & she loves it just as much as we do. He LOVES the pho (he's very picky with his pho) & my favorite is their teriyaki chicken plate. I've tried finding pho places closer to home that have a similar chicken plate, but no place compares to how bomb the food is here!!! Staff is always very friendly & waiters are always checking on us & making sure we're happy with our food. The drive from Stockton to Turlock is always worth it! read more

I am not sure how this place earned these other reviews, but I am really disappointed to say that this was the worst Vietnamese food I have ever eaten in this area. I cannot understate this fact (we had to send one dish back because the flavors were mysterious and suspicious). This is sad because the people who work there are friendly and nice, but ultimately, one goes for the food. We ordered a variety of dishes in order to give them the test; we were really excited about a new location opening near the university in Turlock because, generally, we have to drive down to Modesto for pho. The fried rice tasted like it came out of a frozen entre, the pho broth was weak and watery, and some of the protein dishes were inedible. The egg rolls were not up to par either as they were greasy. The food just did not taste fresh, and I was afraid I was going to get sick from eating it. Luckily, I did not get sick, but it does not negate the fact that it is bad tasting food. Truth be told, although we live and work near this location, we will continue to drive all the way to Saigon on Oakdale for our Vietnamese food fix. read more

I love their Taro drink with boba and also their Thai tea it is delicious! They gladly welcome military people and offer a discount which we love because there isn't many areas who offer that here. I love their chicken pho it taste fresh and along with their fresh spring rolls I feel and taste that they make their food with love and that keeps me and my family coming back for more. This is the only place in Turlock that our family goes to for Pho. Their stir fry noodles are also amazing. We go at least once a week. Amazing food and service almost each time we go. We also love how they open at 10 a.m., early enough for me to eat before I go in to work. read more

This place is best to go for Pho and Vietnamese Sandwiches! The broth for their soups are the best, flavorful and full of meat and noodles. Sandwiches are stacked with veggies and meat. Finally made it here for lunch! First off, very clean and modern. The staff greeted us right away and we're friendly the while time. We ordered chicken pho with shrimp, drunken noodles with shrimp, fried rice and spring rolls with pork and shrimp. The flavors were so rich and delicious! All the veggies were crisp and fresh. The only thing I didn't love was that the pork in the spring roll was dry and chewy. But otherwise that was minor compared to how good everything else was and how sweet the server was! read more

The pho was delicious and staff was really friendly. I went with a friend and we tried the beef short rib, spring rolls (amazing rolls by the way) and beef pho. And let me say this is by far the best pho I've tasted. And some will probably say they have had better but honestly this restaurant has got it down. I recommend this place 100%. read more

I've only gone there 2 times and I really like the food, unfortunately I don't feel comfortable going back there and eating in; if anything I will order to go... The last time I went there I remember everything was fine it was just at the end when I lost my fondness of eating in the place. I had asked my waitress to substitute the shrimp for tofu and I had also asked for a side dish of tofu. I never got my side dish, but somehow the tab was still charging it. I told my husband if he could please rectify to whoever it concerned about the charge, however they stated that they had served me the side of tofu within my dish and apparently it accounted for it. A side dish is a side dish and a substitution is a substitution. I got my substitution, but I never got my side dish. My husband payed for it, but nevertheless I felt very humiliated in regards to the situation. read more

Just had some great pho right when they opened up at 10 this morning! The cute asian waitress was very friendly and always asked us if we needed anything more. I gave it a 5 star review not just for the pho and great service but the nice decor and great overall experience. But what really topped everything was that the waitress brought over fresh Thai chilies and shrimp paste to eat with my pho. I was like no way! If you are Lao you'd understand lol. So, I highly recommend Pho 7 Anh. Give it a whirl. This is my first time there and only had their pho. So next time I will try their other dishes! read more

This is definitely the best pho spot in the area, even the mayor agreed (seen him dining at the restaurant). The food was delicious and there are plenty of beers on tap. I even had the opportunity to try the special kimchi fries. This will be the only pho spot I will be going to in the area. Service and staff are amazing. Great job!! read more

I came back months after my first visit, just to give them a second chance. It's still the blandest Vietnamese food I've ever had, and I've been to DOZENS across the Western United States. I'm not the biggest critic in regards presentation, and my expectations are low for a lunch spot, but the preparation was sloppy, and I could swear they were throwing the food onto the plate from five or six feet, it was such a mess. No complaints here. Solid Pho and Vermicelli bowls with a generous portion of meat which is rare for Pho places. Spring rolls were good but not amazing. The service was fine and they kept our glasses full most of the dining experience. For Pho in Turlock this is the best of the best but if you're willing to drive to Modesto you'll be happier with the offerings there. This is only my first visit so here's hoping I'm more impressed next time. read more
