I ordered the Chicken pho, small size and it was super filling, I was afraid it was not going to be enough, and I was stuffed! The texture and the broth was good, and with a good amount as well! Simple menu.. There is soup, noodles and rice that you can get as well as appetizers. We came here for the soup.. Which also has beef (the main type), chicken and vegetarian. The soup comes in small, medium and large.. We got a small and it was more than enough for a meal The soup comes with a side of veggies (beansprouts, jalapeños and basil? Mint? I wasn't sure.. But i didn't like it much in the spring roll we got so I didn't put it in my soup) you can get the soup with cuts of beef.. Each number on the menu has different cuts. Just read through and see which sounds interesting. The flavor of the soup... BOMB! Soooo good.. It's rich and delicious. I absolutely love this place. The pho is the best I've had in south Florida, and it is also relatively cheap. You can even choose between small, medium, or large if you aren't manly enough to have a large like my puny little girlfriend. Ha! Just kidding. Equal rights and whatnot. Anyways, the pho really is delicious. I have had both the beef and seafood pho, and they are both tasty. Also, the Thai tea tastes like the most gorgeous clouds in Thailand are gently enrapturing my taste buds in an effervescent glow of silk and caffeine. It's a very distinct taste. If you try it, you will know exactly what I'm talking about. The only issue I had with the restaurant is the fact that they do not have a body guard to kick out unruly customers. One customer, who will remain nameless because I do not know his name, insisted on speaking as loudly as possible during his 30 minute phone call which was apparently all about politics -- get a life, buddy! I was looking for somewhere close that wouldn't be overcrowded in Boynton Beach. I took my cousin, and we both absolutely loved the food! The service was great, the place was big, and there was plenty of parking. I was surprised how few other people were there given how delicious it is, though we were there on a Tuesday night. For appetizers, she ordered the pork fried dumplings and I ordered the shrimp spring roll. We were both very pleasantly surprised at how delicious and fresh our food was. She ordered the chicken pho and I ordered the seafood pho, but I asked if I could get it without squid and they happily complied. My cousin said she didn't like the chicken that much and that she would order the seafood next time but without shrimp since she is allergic. A special treat was the extra spicy homemade sauce that the waitress brought to my table when I said I like my food extra spicy. It was fabulous! We were both going to the medium sized pho bowls but the waitress pointed out how large the small was, so we both got smalls and had plenty of extra food. The portions are incredibly generous, and the prices are reasonable. For all the food we ordered, my bill was less than $35. When the bill came, there were also fresh oranges to cleanse the palate. The ambience was great and we sat in a booth, but there were plenty of other seating options available including for large groups. When we arrived, we both said how chilly the place was, and it was evident they adjusted the air conditioning to make us more comfortable. That was much appreciated. I loved it that they had Vietnamese television on in the background (but not too loud)... It really added to the authentic vibe! Pho 79 is now on my radar and I will make it a point to visit every time I'm in town. read more

I ordered takeout from here last night and I'm still thinking about it the day after. I got the number 30 pho small and it was so delicious. It had the perfect amount of meat (for me at least) not toooooo much so it wasn't super heavy and all the meat was very thinly cut which I really liked. The broth was super flavorful and the proportions were huge. I could barely finish the small but next time I think I'll order a medium and have enough for the day after too. The food was great, they're definitely one of the better Pho restaurants in Palm Beach County if you compare food flavor, soup quantity, food quality, customer service and price. I ordered the #30 with Shrimp spring rolls and Taro Boba. The Pho was fantastic, I loved how I had an option to do small, medium & large. It originally had a solid basic beef flavor which was satisfying so I added many garnishments to give it a good umph. The peanut dipping sauce for the rolls was a perfect balance of sweet and tart, some places make it too bitter but there's was great. The shrimp in the rolls did have a fishy smell which is common but it's as if it wasn't cleaned too well but it wasn't anything significant to where it was worrisome. My only let down was the Taro Boba. I freaking love Taro boba dude but at that place it tasted like it was from the mall. The drink was extremely creamy and powdery, it wasn't smooth. The flavor was still great but if you have digestive issues steer clear lol. The menu gave us a wide variety of different Vietnamese food items to chose from. I wish there was a larger selection of different Pho flavors. It seemed as if they only had different kinds of beef and seafood options, with one chicken option, and then that was it. This place is awesome! Me and my girlfriend went here last night for dinner. We were in the mood for Pho and saw this place was getting a lot of good reviews and wanted to check it out ourselves. There was nothing bad I could say about this place. It has a pretty big dining area. Very clean inside. We start by ordering the spring rolls. They were so fresh it was insane. One of the best I have had from a Pho place. Only negative is that they are on the pricier-side than most Pho places but the quality was certainly there. Totally worth it. It was $4.50 and they give you 2 good-sized ones. I know some places that have them at $1.50 a piece but again the quality was magnificent. We both ordered the shrimp Pho. What was unique is that they have 3 different serving sizes. Not many places do. That is good because my girlfriend is small and doesn't eat too much so you definitely dont overpay for what you wont eat. She got the medium which was still a big portion and I got the large and that thing was massive! The broth was very flavorful. Had a great amount of shrimp in it. You know the place is legit when they serve you the fresh jalapenos, culantro, basil, lime and beansprouts because most mediocre places wont give you culantro or fresh jalapenos. definitely in the Top category for best Pho in Boynton and maybe even the best in my opinion. I guess being a southern girl and raised in a little town in Georgia that had only 1 Chinese restaurant that being my Asian experience (until I went to UGA.) The whole soup thing "Pho" intrigues me. Our new favorite local Vietnamese restaurant! Even though they've been open for a few months, we ate here for the first time last weekend. We ordered summer rolls and pho and everything was delicious and fresh... and very reasonably priced. He ordered the pho with eye round rare steak and meatballs and I had the seafood pho. You have the choice of 3 sizes when ordering pho - small, medium, large. Even the small is a generous amount - perfect lunch size. The medium was more than enough for 1 hungry person with a big appetite. I can't even imagine being able to finish a large in one sitting! The pho was accompanied by a heaping plate of fresh herbs and vegetables, the broth for each dish was savory and not too salty - wonderful flavor, with a generous amount of noodles and meat/seafood. I am a seafood fanatic and when ordering in a new restaurant, I am on guard for less than fresh ingredients. I need not worry here - everything was fresh, clean, properly cooked and flavorful. The service was friendly and helpfully informative (you always have questions in a new restaurant). We loved our meal so much, we ordered take-out again last night. Another stellar meal! We ordered pretty much the same thing last night (with the addition of rice vermicelli with grilled chicken - we love having leftovers). The food was thoughtfully packed and the broth arrived hot. I just finished a leftover summer roll and was pleasantly surprised that the wrapping retained some of its moist chewiness, it didn't turn hard and crunchy in the refrigerator (a sign that they use good rice paper wrappers). I recently tried this location again after a month or two, the last time I had the pho, the broth was bland. Today, I ordered a small rare steak with meatballs, it came out pretty fast about 5 minutes, and tried the broth first before adding anything to taste the flavor and it was very salty with no other flavor/seasoning (I made sure to try it 3-4 times incase I was mistake). I proceeded to tell the manager/staff and he offered to remake it for me, which took less than 2 minutes. I tried the broth again and it seemed as if it was just watered down, still flavorless with that hint of too much salt. I went up to the register to proceed and tell the manager that I did not like it at all, compared to the first time that I came here when the broth was actually appetizing with no need for much hoisin or sriracha sauce. I've never been in a situation that I'm being forced to pay for a dish/item that I did not like or eat at all. After going back and forth with the aggressive "manager" I decided to walk out of the situation. Unfortunately this restaurant is not consistent for me like the Pho 79 located in Davie, Florida. 0 star rating!!! I ordered pho for pick up, I get there and ask for sriracha sauce. The lady brings the TINIST container and pours the sauce in there. I asked if I could have more and the owner (some rude guy) comes up and says he'd have to charge me for extra. Each table were stocked with a huge bottle of the sauce and they had plenty of it, but were being stingy ass dick heads!!
