It's been a few months since my first review. I thought I would provide an update. My wife and I like Mr Wok so much that we now get food from there weekly. The Crab Rangoon is OUTSTANDING! We strongly recommend the Mongolian Beef, General Tao's Chicken, and Orange Chicken. We like the spicier meals. read more

The first time I was here it was wonderful. The second time the food was bland, all tasted the same just generic Chinese fare, like going to Panda Express. I know they can do better because the first time was excellent but wow was the second a disappointment. I will give them another try sometime. read more

I thought the entire experience was poor. The food seemed like it was prepared earlier and I was eating reheated food. Chicken was dry and not enough sauce or gravy to add flavor to the overcooked hard rice. Can someone please come up with just some fresh tasting Chinese dishes? Our first visit was May 27 at lunch. The food was delicious. It was so pretty and colorful too, with all the peppers, onions, etc so fresh. Our server was very kind and friendly, she was a great waitress! We had orange chicken/fried rice and general Tso's with fried rice and both had a spring roll. Starting with the ambience, the place is pretty. It's new you can smell it. It's still a new building. I love the chairs super comfortable. You don't even need a booth to be comfortable. Decoration and everything was very elegant and perfect. Great job. Service- service was good yet; these guys need a little bit of training. Every single young man that came to our table was respectful and attentive. I did watch one gentlemen clean a table and brush off all the crumbs onto the floor. OK so here's my beef with that now your floor is completely dirty and that's on everybody's shoes. It also makes your place look dirty, so wipe it off into a napkin or a towel and empty it into a dirty plate. Please make sure your sanitizing each time you clean a table. No one wants to eat on a table that somebody else has eaten on. A little bit of bleach water in a spray bottle or cleaning vinegar will do the trick it's sanitizes and it also picks up any sticky mess. Plus it's cheap. I almost asked the gentleman that seated us and took our order if there was a drink course. He started by taking our drink order, but then we got our soup. We didn't get our fried wonton pieces for our soup and I still didn't get drinks. We had to ask for them. We understand this was new to them and so we were very patient and by the way, the soup was excellent, and your tea is really good. So just some constructive suggestions: 1- Greet/seat 2- Menu/ Drink order- Get drinks 3 - Take orders for both appetizers and food but make sure appetizers make it out first and fast. Also, please ask people if they have any food allergies that is an important question to ask. 4 - Main meal (please make sure you were bringing everyone's meals out at the same time. No one wants to eat in front of other people that don't have their plates.) 5. Dessert or after dinner drinks this is where you upsell and make a little bit more money and you make more tips offer dessert offer after dinner drinks if you have them. This may be a smaller restaurant, but treat each family or whoever comes in like it's a little bit of high class. I promise you it'll go far. As an Asian food enthusiast, I had to try this place out. First impression was it was a bit confusing getting into the parking lot and finding the place, but once inside the ambiance impressed me. Definitely gives more upscale vibes. The servers were attentive. We enjoyed the complimentary edamame and Chinese donuts. For appetizers, we tried the egg rolls and they were just okay. We got the orange chicken and general Tso's chicken. The portions were huge, I can usually eat A LOT and I had to take it to go. Even then, my to go box was full up!!! It was tasty, but didn't hit the ball out of the park, especially for someone who has experienced all types of Asian food. But definitely worth a try! read more

Service was good, atmosphere nice. However, we had seven in our party and each plate was anywhere from terrible to mediocre. I had the broccoli beef and was actually wondering if it was really beef. Mr Wok is great. The decor is modern and tasteful. The food is the best Chinese I've had in years, surpassing all Chinese in Northwest Arkansas. The servers are attentive knowledgeable of the dishes. OMG the food was amazing! My wife isn't a big fan of Asian food but she loved it. It's not greasy. It tastes fresh. We had the egg rolls and Tso's chicken, and got surprised with some fresh doughnuts (which are just ridiculously good). Kali was our server and she was super nice and attentive. She provided great service and the atmosphere inside is dark but cute, very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised at this little local gem. We will definitely be back. read more
