Today ordered a noodle bowl from Pho 90 and it was OK. I tried the vermicelli bowl or known as the noodle bowl in most places. It came with chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, Vietnamese egg rolls, and fish sauce. I ordered to go, and the food was still being prepared When I got there and took pictures of the location. Service was a little lie because they were only two people working outside of the kitchen.. The restaurant is clean. The restaurant has a bar that no one seems to sit, but it is available if you would like a libation,. I enjoyed the melody of vegetables with the vermicelli noodles. I needed more fish sauce, I should have ordered more. There were two staff members working in the front of the house. Overall, the business is decent. The price for the noodle bowl was a bit high, but due to inflation it is normal now. The Vietnamese eggroll did not come up diced which I'm surprised because I am used to them always being cut down. Good place to eat lunch, but not great.

My Final Recipe! Not bad for what I got.

I came here on Friday! The service was great, expect to be served by everyone in the restaurant. The food was great and fresh. I did get chicken dumplings also but didn't get a picture. They were crispy and the sauce was amazing. The pho was okay, the noodles were great, chicken was a little tough, i did ask for it spicy but it didn't come out that way. I asked for chili oil and got a small thing but it was fine. The soju was very good. It was apply mango. The Resturant was very nice, bathroom was very clean also!

This sweet little family owned pho restaurant is tucked away in the Southlands Aurora mall. Pho is their go to on the menu but they have a little bit of everything. Here, you can taste flavors from Vietnam to Thailand to China. They have plenty of options on their menu for gluten free & vegetarians. You can choose from multiple rice & noodle dishes. They recently added bánh mì sandwiches to the menu. On my most recent visit we tried their coconut shrimp & fries, Oh man they did not disappoint! The service here is great pretty straightforward & up to standard. The restaurant is usually pretty busy, but service is quick. The food all comes out piping hot & always fresh. There's so much to explore on the menu, I look forward to eating my way through the menu. It's nice to have a local spot in the area that is reasonably priced & food is consistently decent. They also have boba smoothies & I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. If you are ever in the area come support the locals & enjoy a cozy evening out.

The food was delicious ... I had shrimp pad Thai ... and it was spiccccy ... but then my level of spicy is not high. Also tried the low mein which was good ... the location is perfect in the Southlands. The staff were really nice and friendly... Nothing really special about the inside considering it's at the Southlands ... nonetheless the feel and ambiance of the place was ok ... I would give it another try ... 7.3/10

1 stingy Thai Basil sprig, pinch of bean sprouts, and 1/4 lime wedge for this Large Steak Pho order. Disappointing
Flip F.

My family and I have been coming here since the first week they opened. We have helped support them as much as possible during covid-19 shutdowns like all other Southlands local businesses. Good thing is that they have survived unlike a lot of Southlands businesses as rent is extremely expensive in Southlands, very similar to Cherry Creek North; for some horrible reason. With that said the food quality and value was normally great and matched the value. We were quite disappointed with the large Pho we ordered. It now comes with the same amount of meat which is great, but way less veggies. The veggies are an extremely important component of the dish. You now get 1 stingy sprig of Thai Basil, 3 tiny jalapeño slices and 1/4 of a lime wedge. This goes along w/ 2 little hoisin & Sriracha packets. Didn't know veggies got that expensive that you no longer get sufficient veggies for a large order. This is the same amount of veggies they give for the small Pho order. Very disappointing. If this is the new portions we will have to find another place to match the price we pay. The service & atmosphere are still good. The value just isn't anymore.

Pho and bobo are great. I like it because a family runs it. They are cordial nice people. I don't know about much on the menu other than the Pho and boba are good. Quiet atmosphere. Prompt service. Only complain is the meat this time around was tough and a lot of cartilage. Overall good.

Sad ole "spring rolls"
Ann C.

Maybe the worse springs rolls in Vietnamese history! Don't waste your money ordering these. They were heavy on the bagged shredded lettuce. NO other veggies in there at all! No bean sprouts or carrots or mint. A lowly sad solo shrimp was hiding in the abundance of noodles. This dish was a crying shame and I ordered 3! Two shrimp and 1 beef and ended up tossing them since it lacked flavor and the texture of a spring roll. It's appalling to advertise these as spring rolls! The service was good. Very friendly and prompt. This was a take away order and the bar was clean.

Finally found a place that makes boba drinks. Everywhere that had them couldn't make them for some unknown reason.

I ordered the ginger chicken comfort bowl and that chicken was spicy through the actual ginger and the way it was combined. Never have had a better ginger dish. Six of us had different things along with appetizers and we are enjoying our leftovers for lunch the day after. Nourishing food, fresh, prepared with care--when we come back to visit the grandchildren, we will be sure to bring everyone out to eat here again. It is very loud in there, but with joyous conversation from everyone, saying a lot about enjoyment of the food, for sure; we had a corner table and with hearing aids we still were able to participate in our family's conversation amidst the cacophony. Think it would be difficult to have heard in a more central table. Walls help reflect sound back toward the table.

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

The vibe is warm and relaxed with low lighting and volume. You can choose from booths or a table. The booth was firm yet soft and not worn out or peeling. I ordered the pho with rare steak and two beef ribs. It was only $16 compared to $32 when I order that in Cali. My fiance got pho with well done brisket. The first thing she commented on was how delicious the broth is. It's golden, warm, and savory like a big hug for your insides. I'm picky with my pho broth and this place is on point. I've been in Central California for the past 6 years, so it was great to finally have some PHOnomenal pho. The broth was on the lighter side and lacked depth, and the chicken itself was dry and a bit tough to chew. The vegetable egg rolls were disappointing, they were mushy on the inside and tasted like they were straight from the freezer. The Thai tea was the highlight. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service was a bit hit or miss. It was busy when I came in, which is understandable, but when I went up to pay, I was ignored while the woman at the counter continued talking with her family. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help me. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not one that would bring me back.

The ube latte was perfectly sweet with a strong ube flavor. The crème brûlée cruffin had a top that was so crispy from the toasted sugar that I couldn't cut into it, and the bottom was just stuffed full of cream. It was super messy to eat and impossible to share- next time I am getting my own. We also had the pandan coconut cupcake, which was good but not as exciting as the cruffin.
