Served with rice noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickles, fired onions, peanut and fish sauce. It was absolutely delicious and had wonderful flavor! My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place as a healthy treat. The staff is super nice and attentive. Their portion sizes are great, dining in or taking out. We really love the special rice noodle bowl (picture) and the pad thai. When doing takeout, I like to split the meal into two portions as half is enough for 1 meal! Tried this place last month. Food was fairly tasty. Large portions. Wanted to try some Pho but it was far too hot so we chose other options (I'll go back in the winter for that). Ordered the Pad Thai, Kids Plate, and Rice Noodle Special. Flavors were there. Meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned. One thing that grossed me out was a small hair in a dish of side dipping sauce. Usually that's a deal breaker for me to not come back, but I do still want to try the Pho since it's what they're known for and what everyone raves about. Needless to say, the inside could be cleaner. Servers were mostly younger kids. They were polite and attentive. Food was incredibly affordable considering how large the portions are. I loved this location and thought the food was amazing! I had the 3S. Diced Steak plate and it was phenomenal! The steak had a great seasoning/ sauce and it was extremely tender! The fried rice was so good to and I could've just had that for lunch. I can't speak for the pho here because I haven't had it but what I had was so very good! I took off a star because the inside could definitely use a face lift but they keep it clean which is what really counts. The service was fine I mean they did their job and the food came out fast but it wasn't a busy day or anything so I can't say how they are when busy. I'm just gonna say it. I wasn't expecting much from this Pho restaurant. However, I saw all the good reviews and we decided to drop in on a colder evening. Once we entered we were seated immediately. I ordered a small meatball and beef pho (some places don't have this combo, but I was so excited they did). My husband got the large and as you can see from the photo, it is quite the difference in sizing. The first thing you gotta do when you sit down with a bowl of pho is taste the broth(before you put all the fixings in). I took a sip and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was good!! The noodles were cooked right and the meat to noodles ratio was better than some other places. I enjoy a bit more noodles than meat. We also had the eggrolls and they remind me of the ones my dad makes. They're packed with more meat. The only thing I wish , was that the eggrolls were bigger. Otherwise ,amazing flavors, and great fish sauce. This may be our new go-to for Vietnamese food down here at the Ranch. I will report back on other dishes. read more

AWESOME!!! The wife was under the weather this weekend, so I figured id get her some broth for her cold. We decided to try Pho Vy which is right around the corner from us in a shopping center. Went there to pick up some things on Saturday night, wife called in the order & were told 10 minutes. Was greeted by probably the owner & he was very pleasant & upbeat. The restaurant was extremely clean & had a nice crowd inside & a bunch of takeout orders waiting to be picked up. Ours was almost ready(Got there in about 7-8 minutes). Got home & the Pho broth was piping hot & the other items for the Pho were in a separate container & baggie. She ordered the Pho with Brisket & Flank steak (the 2P Chin Nam on the menu) & 2 Spring Rolls. I'll start with the Spring Rolls, they came with a wonderful dipping sauce & were extremely light & fresh. They were definitely made that day or even a la minute (meaning for that order). The outer layer was a rice wrapper & you could see all the ingredients inside the rolls. They were EXCELLENT!! On to the Pho, the broth was extremely clean tasting, fresh, clear & extremely good! The Brisket & Flank Steak were beautifully cooked & placed in a to go container along with the rice noodles, sprouts, scallions, Thai Basil sprigs, lime wedges, I don't think I'm forgetting anything, but it was GREAT!!! I can't wait to try them dining in, but it literally takes about 2 minutes to get back home, so I'm sure we got the best Pho available! I normally give 4 Stars for take-out & adjust the rating when I go inside to eat or get another Take-out order, but Pho Vy deserved 5 Stars from the start. The restaurant smelled great, was nice & clean, and the food was excellent, so it checked all the boxes! Came here yesterday and had an amazing lunch. My husband got the pho and I got the combo grilled plate. I was excited because someone mentioned they had the grilled plate and left a really great review- they weren't kidding. Everything on the combo grilled noodle plate is delicious, nothing was dry and it was all perfectly marinated. I will also say they have great egg rolls, will definitely order those again next time. I don't remember exactly how long they've been there, I remember this place went through a few changes, at one time it was a bbq place and maybe some other thing after. Got takeout and it was all inedible. So sad. Guess we were spoiled in Denver by Pho Lang Co. At Pho Vy the pho was bland, the veg egg rolls were so over fried and tough they hurt my teeth. Couldn't bite into it. The potstickers were bland and had nothing in them. The chicken noodle bowl - chicken tasted old which they tried to cover up with seasoning but unfortunately it was not successful. We ordered takeout of the filet mignon noodle dish, the lemongrass chicken, and egg rolls--all together ending up less than $30 with more than enough food for two adults. Crisp fresh vegetables and pickled carrots and cabbage came on the side with light dipping sauce and rice noodles. Amazing and great food, but the service is sub par. I have been here many times and I have to say they have an amazing pho. Their broth is delicious and and appetizers are tasty. The only issue I've ever had is the service inside is pretty bad. The second issue is the to go orders are not nearly as well prepared as food inside.
