It was called the pho 92 special (soring roll platter) it was freshly made and was ready within 15 minutes for me. The egg rolled were freshly fried. The platter include 3 different types of meat, beef, chicken, and pork. It's a diy spring roll dish so it included a variety of vegetables and fish sauce. Sure bet for a next meal next time I am back in Denver. Actually I went there twice - one of the most knowledge and personable waiter stirred me towards what their ticket to fame is - pho, the first time. Yes - it might been the pho dish I ever had! What an amazing experience! We randomly came upon this place when we were heading to the airport and looked to see what's available to eat before the flight. This place had great reviews, but we didn't expect anything from it. Low and behold, it far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we came in, the place was packed and the servers were quick to get us seated. Philip was our server and he was spectacular. He was so prompt, always checking in on us to see if we needed anything, and very kind. The servers have been trained well. They were all so hospitable and friendly. As for the food, I'm happy to say it was great! We got the pho combination and the vermicelli combination, and the portion is HUGE! It tasted so good as well. For the price and quality, this is beyond valuable. And it came out SO QUICK! The owner of this place knows what they're doing, and I'm so glad to see this place doing so well. Came here with my boys for dinner. Two of us ordered pho, my other son ordered the fried rice combo. We also ordered crab cheese wontons and spring rolls for appetizers. The crab cheese wontons were delicious. The boys enjoyed their spring rolls too. The pho was not that great this time. My son's tendons in his order was massive. I don't think they took the time to prepare it, so it's more edible. The rice noodles in both our pho was overcooked and tasted mushy. We were very disappointed in our pho this time around. My other son's fried rice combo, he said was just ok. I'm just really disappointed that they did a very sloppy job this time around. I really hope they don't start to slack off in their foods. The place is very authentic with a lot of Vietnamese options. I've had a lot of Vietnamese food and this was some great portion sizes and a great quality meal. we had the large pho and it was the biggest bowl we've ever seen. Usually that means that the pho is not that good, but this is definitely the exception. The soup was super flavorful, and there was so much meat. The noodles were super soft and bouncy, we loved it. I also got the eggrolls which was by far my favorite thing. It's super unique texture and incredible flavor made it a highlight of my trip. I use the lettuce that it came with to wrap the eggrolls into a lettuce wrap, and that's definitely the way to go.would recommend anyone to come here. read more

After early check in at the nearby Baymont by Wyndham hotel - Denver International Airport, I looked around and found Pho 92 DIA, which was a block or so from the hotel. Thanks to a yelp search, I was able to get a location lock and their hours, along with some good reviews to make me want to dine here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon in September 2023. With that said, I arrived here around 2:15pm. The restaurant itself was crowded and a little bit noisy with many servers walking and carrying food orders to customers. It was a pretty crazy and chaotic scene. I basically had to wave down a server, who had to make sure a table was ready before I was seated. That took about 3 minutes. Once I was seated, they quickly gave me a menu so I could look over and decide on what to eat. Deciding on the combination large Pho and an order of spring rolls, the tab came out to be more than I thought it would be. Granted that I didn't have to go far for my Pho fix, it was a little bit pricer than I thought it would be. The restaurant seemed to be clean and organized even though they were pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. Kind of cool to be near the airport and it be busy. The large combination Pho was certainly large, larger than I thought it would be. It was certainly delicious and definitely hit the spot when I was celebrating running and finishing another marathon/ultra state in my quest to run all 50 states. Again. Here in Colorado, it was #32 for those who are counting. And 120th marathon/ultra overall. For the most part though, the experience lasted around an hour. Just in and out with my phone fix satisfied and lunch served to someone who loved Pho. And spring rolls too. The overall experience here at Pho 92 DIA was quite interesting and mild at the same time. Everyone was busy and I'm just at a calm state since the race was behind me and I had a bit of vacation left before heading home the next morning. It was nice to have the Pho and support local businesses in the area especially the ones that know how to make Pho. The service here seemed personalized although it seemed rushed as well, since I assume the wait staff was trying to do everything possible for everyone. It was friendly enough and everything came at a respectable and reasonable time after ordering. I guess they know how to make large batches of Pho broth at the right times. Maybe I should have come during dinner time so the ambiance wasn't so rushed. The ambiance i enjoyed was typical and okay. The taste was good and the portion size was absolutely above average. While the pho itself was delicious and flavorful, it was good but not great. Just good for my pho fix of the weekend. Most part, though, I was glad that I got to have Vietnamese restaurant pretty close to the hotel near Denver international airport. You don't see that quite often these days, but it was in walking distance from the hotel, which was good. And so, if you're in the neighborhood And want to experience Vietnamese food and pho, consider coming here to exceed your expectations. Might need to come here when it's not as crowded, but best bet is to come here hungry and come here often. It was delicious for my experience, but I would need to come back to experience more, if my travels permit me to do so here in Denver, Colorado. First meal after landing in Denver for the first time. My partner and I were excited to try this place due to the menu options and great reviews, but we were sorely disappointed and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place. I ordered the sugarcane shrimp spring rolls and was surprised with how quickly they came out (under 3 mins), despite every seat being filled. My partners tofu spring rolls took an additional 10 minutes to come out . Then, I ordered the grilled shrimp meal and that came out another 5 mins later and my shrimp was red! The server said "don't worry it's just red food coloring" ... why the heck would I want red food coloring on my seafood!?! I intentionally review ALL nutritional labels to ensure the foods that I purchase for myself and family do NOT have food coloring - I do not want red40 and blue7 in my body! Needless to say, I did not eat that meal and they should add a note to the menu letting patrons know what they're in for. But I am most upset that the shrimp spring rolls have done me in and ruined my first day in a new city. read more

We waited about 30 minutes for a table but once we were in, they were snappy and so friendly. I wouldn't call this a date night place because you're seated fairly close to others, so just be sure to come here expecting great food and not an intimate romantic spot. We were catching a flight to come back home from Denver around 1pm. We could smell the food walking into the restaurant. I liked the fact that it was opened and modern. It was packed but the turnover was pretty quick. I was so impressed they had a full bar with top shelf liquor. I wish we had a Vietnamese place like this in Nashville. Service was great, I went with friends that have never had Vietnamese food before so they were helpful explaining all the dishes. We were pretty hungry so I ordered everything. Started with the chicken dumplings, crab rangoons, nam neung (spring rolls - not pictured) along with the Vietnamese egg rolls. That was already filling. I got the large pho with brisket, rare steak and tendon. The bowl was huge- a large bowl isn't even this big in Nashville and there was so much meat in it, I couldn't believe it. It was the best meat I've ever had in pho at a restaurant, the broth was so good. My friends had sesame chicken, beef cube steak in a skillet and fried rice. They liked it so much, they took the food on the flight and brought it back home. I go to Denver a few times a year, I'll definitely be back. read more

Wow wow wow! At first I wasn't sure if this was authentic Vietnamese food because the menu was completely in English and I was fooled - super authentic! Super great experience here at Pho 92. Came in on a busy Friday night and was seated for 3 within 10 minutes. Perfectly fine wait. The food came out immediately! They are so fast here. My mom loved the bun Bo hue and easily one of the best banh mi I've ever had. The vegetarian pho is loaded - their portions are generous. Classic viet restaurant inside with all the options to match. I came here with a group of 10 for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Despite arriving during peak dinner time on a Thursday (without a reservation), we were seated very promptly. Our food came out really quickly too. I ordered the Vermicelli Bowl (Combination), my husband ordered the Rare Steak and Brisket Pho (Large) - not pictured, and we ordered a Pho 92 Special (appetizer) to share. The Pho 92 Special had pretty much the exact same ingredients as my combination Vermicelli bowl, with the addition of rice paper to make your own salad rolls. The portions were HUGE, broth in the pho was rich, the meats on the platter/bowl were all really tender, juicy, and well seasoned. I especially liked the brisket in the pho (nice fatty cut). We were so full and had so much food leftover lol. We also ordered some bubble teas. I ordered the wintermelon bubble tea (based on the server's recommendation) and some others ordered the brown sugar bubble tea. Honestly, I would say the drinks aren't the greatest and are powder-based (keep this in mind if you're hoping for something more authentic/high-quality).
