Fellow Vietnamese American here~ the pho was good and decent... until we FOUND A HAIR. I frequently eat pho and NEVER found tiny black hairs on our beef tendon before (it look like eyelash or eyebrow hairs). We get that hair falls in food, so it's fine- we weren't mad. We just wanted to let them know and they apologized and let us get a to-go order for free (which we were grateful for- we even gave them a big tip for it). One girl that works there came up and said "it's normal". We apologize and said we didn't need the food if that's the case, but she said it was fine. We were excited to go home and let our family know that we found a good pho place. THEN we got home and saw that they gave us beef tendon with 2 more dark hairs. The thing is, beef tendon shouldn't have black hair on it- so why there would be hair on the meat beyond me. The audacity to gas light us and then proceed to give us food with HAIR ON IT is the pettiest shit I've ever seen. There's no reason to prove a point. We just let you guys know to check your food and help your business and you guys go and FIND A PIECE WITH HAIR ON IT?! Hair in food is unappetizing regardless it's from the pork or human, so clean your food if it's "natural". Says a lot about your business standards. Fair warning. read more

From the moment I walked in, I knew from how crowded this place was how good it would be. I was recommended this spot from the guy who drove the shuttle bus from the airport to La Quinta Inn (as my flights had been cancelled and I got stuck here overnight), and he was spot on for how good it is. The service is great, I got seated right away at the bar, and I got checked on multiple times. The start you off with ice water, and I ordered the brown sugar milk tea (no boba, too sweet for me) at 75% sweetness level (you can choose how sweet you want it). To eat I ordered the shaking beef (I think that's what it's called, has the name in the picture description) which was delicious. The meat was super tender and fell apart while chewing it, and that came with white rice. It's definitely enough to share between two people, but I took the other half to go as it's pretty filling. Really fun place to have pho. We had a group of 6 and 4 of us dine here often. Kids love the wide assortment of drinks and kids menu. The Pho was great and served VERY hot. This is a pretty good location for pho in the Aurora region. The moment you enter, you are greeted with a wonderful aroma and smell of Viet cuisine and pho. This place can get pretty busy because of its location. You have people from the Aurora area as well people staying near DIA. We came at 1:30 and it was pretty busy and full. The pho is really tasty. The broth was delicious and warms your tummy. The steak was tender and chewy. A regular bowl is actually pretty large. It comes with a lot of meat. As I was eating, I just kept encountering pieces of steak. You definitely get your moneys worth. The dumplings come with the option of either getting them steam or fried. Dumplings were just okay. There were a lot of servers however, they never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. It wasn't until we asked to speak to a manager that they came to ask us if we needed anything. This is probably some of the best pho that I have ever had. Located around the Denver airport. Hotels, this place is serving authentic fragrant, delicious Vietnamese food. The place was packed when we got there but you could never tell from the outside. The host is there to greet you at the door, and you're mediately met with all these beautiful smells, and I knew that this was going to be, a great experience. We ended up getting the seafood pho, and the vegan vegetarian pho, and we were not disappointed. My large seafood pho had lobster balls, fish, balls, shrimp, calamari, and bean sprouts, onions, green onions, etc. The noodles were fresh, but not too sticky and not mushy at all! I asked for extra crispy chilies and garlic on the side and they were happy to oblige. The first two are free and after that you have to pay. The broth was amazing. So savory, a little bit sweet, not too overwhelming. And, the spring rolls were crunchy and flavorful, and I loved the peanut sauce that came with. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I had the Lucky Buddha beer since I've never tried it. It was good lager and the wife even liked it. The wife got the vegetarian egg roll vermicelli and I got the Deluxe Combo which was phò, spring rolls, and a boba drink. I got the beef rib phò, the sugar cane shrimp spring roll and the coconut boba drink. When my phò came out, it had a big beef rib in it, loaded with meat, sliced meat and tripas. I went to cut the meat off the rib bone when the server stepped and said "May I?" I obliged of course. He showed me a life hack on how to cut the meat off the bone so easily, I felt dumb for not knowing this in my advanced stage in life. I was very happy he stepped in to help me. My wife said her food was very good and she even tried mine. Like I always say about phò, it's all about the broth and the broth was delicious! Great place, friendly staff, very busy and best of all, great food. This neat little place is only a few minutes from DIA and the Green Valley Ranch area. Come inside, and you'll find a well-decorated place bustling with business. The staff is quick to seat you and get your order rolling. I ordered the Pho, #9, with rare steak and brisket. My wife ordered the beer sandwich. Both were out within minutes. The pho was portioned well. I ordered the regular, which was more than enough. The meat and noodle ratios were good, but the broth was very bland. Unfortunately, this is the heart of the dish, so I did my best to church it up but failed to make it awesome. They lacked the chili garlic paste at the table, so I was limited to sriracha and hoisin sauce. The Veitmense sandwich is good, with lots of meat stuffed in an 8" piece of French bread with all kinds of veggies. No complaints here, but you might want an appetizer or something else to accompany this sandwich. Overall, it was a good stop; I just wanted more out of the pho. It was called the pho 92 special (soring roll platter) it was freshly made and was ready within 15 minutes for me. The egg rolled were freshly fried. Actually I went there twice - one of the most knowledge and personable waiter stirred me towards what their ticket to fame is - pho, the first time. Yes - it might been the pho dish I ever had! This spot is a true gem! I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat. We didn't wait very long, the restaurant is very open and airy, the service is wonderful! I'm giving it 4 stars, because our egg rolls felt too done and tasted a bit dry. Plus, the vermicelli noodles were half hard, so eating those wasn't exactly pleasant, so we only ate the softer ones we could find. I wouldn't order this dish again. But, let me talk about this dang pho! WOW! The broth is incredibly flavorful, the large option is only $1 more than regular size and I definitely recommend doing it for the extra meats and garnishes. I felt there was beautiful flavor in each bite, the meat was perfect, soft, and melted in my mouth. I will be thinking about this pho until the next time I have it! I'm looking forward to it. Pho 92 is one of the most odd and surprising places I found to have OUTSTANDING pho! Located in the middle of nowhere near Denver airport, pho 92 is just unassuming until you look at the amazing reviews. At first I thought most of customers must just got off the plane and have no idea what they are talking about. The only authentic thing I thought this place has is having number in its name. But how wrong I was! The pho here is honestly unbelievably good. The broth is rich and flavorful and the noodles are cooked perfectly. The briskets are still pink when I got my bowl which came within 5 minutes of ordering!!! The basil and bean sprout are fresh along with array of hot sauces and condiments. Not to mention, the portions are huge and the price is definitely reasonable, in fact I think it's a bargain compare to the rest of the states. There are also plenty of selection to choose from. The ambiance is lively and the dinner space is spacious and open. Got TV playing sport and news playing. There are booth and a bar/drink section. the service is fast and servers are friendly. What an amazing experience! We randomly came upon this place when we were heading to the airport and looked to see what's available to eat before the flight. This place had great reviews, but we didn't expect anything from it. Low and behold, it far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we came in, the place was packed and the servers were quick to get us seated. Philip was our server and he was spectacular. He was so prompt, always checking in on us to see if we needed anything, and very kind. The servers have been trained well. They were all so hospitable and friendly. As for the food, I'm happy to say it was great! We got the pho combination and the vermicelli combination, and the portion is HUGE! It tasted so good as well. For the price and quality, this is beyond valuable. And it came out SO QUICK! The owner of this place knows what they're doing, and I'm so glad to see this place doing so well. Had the blk.tea caramel with bobi pearls asked for the least amount of sweetness. Wasn't that great for me as it tasted more like maple syrup. But I would go back & try others.
