P2: sliced ribeye pho, small bowl, with Thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts added to taste.

Genuinely one of my favorite places to go on cedar bluff. Foods always great staff are super nice and the pho portions do not miss. It's very roomy inside even when there are a ton of people. I recommend the ribeye pho the most out of the bowls I've tried here for people with a less diverse pallet or trying Vietnamese food/pho for the first time.

Vegetarian pho was very yummy! I just wish it was a little more spicy. The service was nice but the environment was a little off, it felt very empty and cold.

One of my favorite foods is pho. Such a seemingly simple dish but is actually quite complex to build the flavor of the broth. Pho 99 serves up a solid pho, not the best i've ever had - but it is the best in the Knoxville area, all of their vegetables were bright and fresh. I got a large P11, which includes all the meats - including tripe and soft tendon. Everything was really good, I know some people are turned off by the thought of eating the extra bits but you should try it at least once. Next time I will get a medium, the large is a lot of food. The service was quick and polite, the walls need a good scrub down but the table and seats were clean. Lots of available parking. I would recommend this spot as well as be back again in the near future.

Fast and quick service with great pho! I had never tried it before but it was fantastic and made me want to get it again. Each pho can be modified and naturally comes gluten free. Bean sprouts, lime, siracha, chili oil and cilantro are all available add ins. I got the chicken with chicken broth and my bf got steak with beef broth. 10/10 recommend will be having again!

Disgusting Discarded and ordered from another restaurant. egg rolls and chicken wings. So horrible , dry, bad taste.

Just horrible. Wings were way overcooked to where the chicken was dry as a bone inside and just had a bad taste. Eggrolls were also bone dry it almost looked like pressed chicken crumbled inside the fried wrapper with maybe a couple carrot strands. The pho was horrid, noodles were a generous portion, but all uncooked cabbage, uncooked, broccoli and carrots were kind of an al dente, but freezing cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. I discarded all the food after one bite of each.

Being from California, I was skeptical getting pho in Knoxville but it was raining and I needed something warm and this really hit the spot! I got the pho that had steak and tripe! The broth was flavorful, it came with all the typical toppings, and was very fairly priced! My only area of improvement was that the pieces of meat were clumped together. I'm assuming they were frozen meat slices and just didn't separate in the soup. The service was great; very fast and the waitress was really nice! We went there near closing time, but the ambiance was pretty traditional. They also had another side of the restaurant that seemed to be for parties which was cool.

Beyond amazing food and exceptional service! One of the most peaceful hidden gems and delicious places in Knoxville.

I was craving a hearty soup and pho came to mind since I haven't had it in a while. The pho and shrimp spring rolls were delicious and satisfied my craving. I ate all the spring rolls and the medium pho was enough for lunch the next day. I like spicy food, so I added crushed red pepper. They did provide a sriracha packet with my to-go order, but that wasn't enough heat for me. From previous reviews, I saw lots of toppings, but my to-go order was topped with a few pieyof green onions and cilantro. Next time, I'll dine-in or request more toppings.

Excellent service but nothing authentic about the pho broth. Very expensive for what you're getting.

Do they have gluten free options?

Curious too. I need to call. Just because the noodles are rice does not mean that there is no soy sauce (which contains wheat) in the broth or other fillers which I've run into before with some pho

They have some really wide variety of dishes, you can get some very traditional dishes from Laos such as mango with fish sauce ( which I don't recommend unless you're very adventurous ). I really like to support local businesses and I really like to know the faces behind the businesses, and these are some of the most wonderful people on the planet. My mom said Asia Kitchen is the best Chinese in the city now. Unfortunately if that is correct, then it makes me very sad. I have eaten at "Real" Chinese restaurants before and this is not close imo. I got Szechuan Beef...this is supposed to be a very spicy dish. My order was not spicy at all...not saying it was bland, but it didn't have the "kick" I was expecting. My mom shared a whole steamed fish with her friends. They did enjoy it, but it wasn't for me. I have decided to bump my rating up to four stars because of the wonton/egg drop soup. I didn't even realize this was a thing. We got one large serving and it was plenty for the table. Finally the reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the table service. The others brought wine , but i ordered a Diet Coke when we were seated. Unfortunately it never arrived...our server acknowledged my order, but I guess she forgot during the dinner rush. I did have water so I didn't complain. Overall dinner was ok...it was very nice that we were allowed to take our time.

The marble mango slushie with rainbow jelly was very refreshing on a very hot July day. I try to reduce the sugar whenever I order so I asked for no sugar. I ordered a Marble Strawberry drink with strawberry popping boba jellies. They provide an order number and took about 5-10 min in the kitchen to bring the drink out and call our number. I will admit that this drink was not what I expected. I thought it would be a strawberry milk tea swirled with milk foam or whipped cream. Nope. It was like a frozen strawberry slushy. It tasted a bit like a (strawberry) creamsicle. My daughter drank the majority of this drink and loved it. I, personally, would not get it again, as I am partial to milk tea at boba shops. I may try their brown sugar or coffee varieties next time I stop in. Don't forget that they also serve savory Banh mi sandwiches. Friendly service and a nice spot to meet a friend.
