Banh Xeo, is a Vietnamese savory pancake with shrimp and pork with onions and bean sprouts folded in. A8. Bánh Xèo

Food 3/5 Service 4/5 Ambiance 4/5 Price 4/5 They are under new management. The pho was decent, with an authentic variety of toppings . The Vietnamese savory pancake is definitely worth trying. I would definitely get it again.

The service, the staff, the smiles, the FOOD!!! Omg! I have been on this quest for good phò, and when I mean good ,I'm talking about the broth and its ingredients making their grand entrance to your taste buds. I have always said a good phò begins when the noodles perfectly absorb the broth flavor. Well I thought I had found that place in Hawaii . But cali has the knock out contender. This is by far the best.. might find another but so far.. they are it .

was at the ranch market and stumbled here! saw a $9.95 pho special on the window due to new management and my bf and i sped in there. we were skeptical at the quality since it was such an amazing price but we were so shocked at how good it was! we've been to several places and this was definitely high in ranks. the portion was amazing for a regular bowl size! and the taste was perfectly spiced. the workers were very sweet and even saw the chef peek out to see how we enjoyed our meal, so cute. 10/10 can't wait to come back.

Get the banh xeo.. it was so good, very crispy! Have to eat it right away! wish it has more meat but hey you can't beat $9.95 for pork and shrimp. The dipping sauce nuoc mam I wish it had garlic pieces and some Thai chillis, more lime juice, fish sauce..I get it..a lot pho places make their dipping sauce in the sweeter side but I like it less sweet so I can taste the flavors of the dipping sauce more w/ the food.

Ann is so sweet! My husband and I love ordering food from here for pickup but tonight we decided to dine in. Ambiance was immaculate, really great music, A/C was super cool and refreshing considering it was a hot day out, and the place was squeaky clean. Ann was super friendly and provided excellent service, food was amazing as always. Definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area. (My favorite is the #17 entree under the vermicelli)

The pho was absolutely delicious! We got both a chicken and beef one. So delicious on a cold evening.

Everything was really good. It was refreshing to find a place this close to home that actually hit the spot--even my parents thought it was good, which says a lot. We usually end up driving out to Rowland Heights for Chinese food, so having something like this down the street in Corona is nice. The pan fried shao mai was probably the surprise favorite for me since I've never had it prepared that way before. The xiao long bao wrapper was a little thicker than what I'm used to, but it was still good. Honestly, nothing we ordered disappointed. Food came out pretty quickly too, so even though there's usually a line, it moves faster than you'd expect.

Anyway... After perusing through the menu, which had quite a few blacked out items (black tape applied over the menu item) we both decided on the Tonkatsu Spicy Black Ramen Noodles as well a the Crispy Fried Rice appetizer... the appetizer was delivered but I had to request some small individual plates so that we could eat off of our own plate, rather than reaching over trying to share the same plate and making a mess on the table... no worries, small oversight (or so I thought at the time)... Next came the Ramen... Looked very appetizing, but again I had to get up and request a couple of soup spoons... went to dig in, and while the bottom of the bowl was warm, the broth itself was quite cold... after calling over the waitress and asking them to please reheat (even if they had to use the microwave)... the waitress took it back to the "open" kitchen and they used the microwave to reheat... The bowls were returned and as we started to eat, satisfied that the broth was indeed hot, we noticed a couple of items missing: the corn - no corn in the broth like it was described... in addition to that, no Wood Eared Mushrooms were in the broth either... the wood eared mushrooms set the "black" apart from the standard ramen and cost $.50 more per serving... when questioned about it, the hostess informed us that they didn't have any mushrooms... as a consolation, she offered us one of the "extra price" toppings in place if it... we opted for the tofu... a bowl of tofu pieces came out and although they appeared to have steam coming off of it, the tofu was cold as well... smh... The hostess returned them to to kitchen to be reheated... We received a 10% discount ($4.90 of of a $49 bill)... Not sure if they're going to make it with this level of service and food quality... Good Luck!

We were the only customers there at the time, which gave the place a bit of a quiet, lonely vibe while the staff chatted to pass the time, but they were polite and left us to enjoy our meal in peace~ We ordered the fresh shrimp spring rolls, which were incredibly fresh. My only critique is that they felt a little basic--just vermicelli noodles, carrot, lettuce, and shrimp. They could use an extra herb or element to elevate them, and the peanut sauce felt like it was missing a little richness (maybe some coconut milk?). For mains, we got the shrimp Pad Thai and a curry. The Pad Thai was delicious with a great sauce. The curry flavor was excellent, though the consistency was a bit on the watery side for my taste; I usually prefer it creamier and thicker, almost like a sauce. Overall, it's a solid, low-key spot to hit up when you have a Thai craving~~~

I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.

Tonight we got their mixed meat and shrimp over fried noodle. Absolute love this dish. Packed with flavor and not too salty. Also got their eggplant with tofu. Surprising this dish was quite delicious. Not too salty and quite savory. Totally get this again. Usually we get their eggplant with garlic sauce and it's quite filling.
