WOW! I came here with my dad because Pho Rex was closed and this place did NOT disappoint!! The ambiance is so warm, it felt like my mom was cooking for me. The service is incredible!!! The woman serving us was the sweetest, she even packed my food up for me. It was getting busy and she seemed to be the only one in the front but she gets everything done. 10/10 recommend. I had the Beef Pho with Rare Steak and Brisket--sooo yummy! My dad had the chicken pho-- he didn't like the chicken and to be honest I wasn't the biggest fan of the chicken. But the broth is GREAT. the bowl is generous and the noodles are super tasty I also had the pork and shrimp egg rolls, I don't usually like shrimp but those egg rolls were insanely good. This place is soooooooooooo good that if you come here too late the spring rolls are sold out. They have the best and I do mean best spring rolls what sets this place apart from any other place is they fill the spring rolls with shrimp and pork not like most places that skimp out on the shrimp and pork. The peanut sauce is the best no other sauce compares to this sauce. They have something special here. Always fresh the service is on point and the ambiance is family friendly you see people smiling laughing and enjoy the delicious food they serve here. Delicious pho! Our plates were licked clean! The pho was simply amazing- Rich, flavorful broth. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the meat was incredibly tender. I think the 4 stars was for this place years ago. New management took over. Service was terrible. Lady picks up the phone, half eating, and doesn't speak/understand English well. Usually I'm understanding but she got my order wrong after telling her multiple times "no onion no garlic". I told her stir fry egg noodles no onion to garlic. The whole time she's trying to understand what my order is. She replies soup? I said no stir fry. She Sherwood l said oh okay! And I tried repeating no onion no garlic and she hangs up I arrive and say no onion to garlic right? She runs back to tell the cook no onion. She then said not it's white onion. Okay? I said no onion. She then shows me a white onion. I said no onions. I get the order, there's minced garlic all throughout the noodles. My kids were starving so o handed it to them. They picked off the tofu and broccoli until we realized there were a ton of garlic. I called her and told her the situation. She said," okay I'm ready. " I said no I ordered earlier and this is what happened. She said noodle soup? I said no the vegetable stir fry I ordered earlier! She said," only a little bit of garlic". And even says you didn't tell me. I'm like I did! Plenty of times. You just couldn't understand it. So she said please come in I change for you. I come in, open the box to tell her my kids are the broccoli and tofu. She said," oh no, you are half already. " I'm like just give me a new one and take out the tofu and onion. I just want the noodles. I don't care to get the full thing right now. This is your mistake and if you made it correctly, I wouldn't have needed to drive back to fix this. She said oh no we can't change for you. I'm pissed. My two kids and I are hungry and they couldn't even fix the mistake for us. I don't know how much more I could have emphasized no onions no garlic to her, for her to get it right I even called at 12:08, got there at 12:27, order still wasn't ready. She said 10 minutes. They were barely prepping it. That's how she was able to stop the addition of the onion. this is my favorite pho spot near me in Norco Corona area. I like the beef brisket and the pork eggrolls. They're so good. I always order from here whenever I feel like getting some Vietnamese food. I usually either do to go, but sometimes I will sit down and the woman that works here is very friendly and nice and attentive, and the food is really good. I really recommend coming here versus the other spots in Norco area but they are closed. I think on Mondays or Tuesdays so sometimes that's annoying but other than that, I really recommend the spot. This has been my 5th time here and I believe there has possibly been a change in ownership or cooking staff. The pho, spring rolls and even their Tia tea is just not as good as it once was. I will say it wasn't horrible, but it's definitely not the same. The pho had pepper in the broth, the spring roll rice paper was extremely sticky and the vermicelli beef bowl was very dry. The service was decent, our server was friendly but there was indeed a language barrier when we attempted to ask for an additional side of shrimp. The portion size is however very generous, but just lacks in flavor. I sadly will say I probably will not be returning. read more

I thought I would give this place a try since people have been giving it such good reviews. Unfortunately, this place did not live up to the yelp reputation. The soup was missing key authentic flavors such as cinnamon and star anise. If the soup would have added those two ingredients, I would have probably gave it a higher rating. The one thing I found quite interesting was the black pepper scattered across the soup, which was my first encounter experiencing a soup made in this style. I also didn't get my water that I asked for... multiple times The price is a lot higher compared to other pho places in corona. It's pretty quiet on a Wednesday afternoon with a couple of party members eating food. The server was nice but hovered over me and asked if I was ready within the minute of sitting down. Stronger than regular and I kind of like that. The meat quality is decent but the thick flank was very very chewy. I was not able to eat it. The noodles are good. Their garlic chicken wings are pretty salty and have a thick coating of flour I think. The flavor and softness of the chicken is good though. Their broth is okay. I was not the biggest fan honestly but my partner enjoyed it. It tasted a little bit like beef broth from the stores but better quality. Give it a shot. It might be the one for you. Located in the Big Lots/Smart n Final this little pho place is really pleasant. The place is always clean and the owner's are extremely nice. The yellow menu in the previous pictures is incorrect, per the owner. These are the correct menu items they now serve. We made the mistake ordering off the old menu, and she made a different dish than what we ordered over the phone. BUT, she was super nice in getting the order right and remade the right dish. It came out super fast and the lady who served us was super nice. Upon transporting it home, it loses heat, but the package it well. It's best to probably transfer your broth and noodles to a larger bowl. They give a good portion of meat, broth and noodles! The shrimp and pork egg rolls are very crispy and flaky! The only slight critique I have is the broth is a little more sweet than what I usually eat. But other than that, no complaints. Recommend! read more

Gave a 2 star because the server was nice and professional but the food has clearly had a change. The egg rolls have a complete different taste and the egg noodle with chicken/veg has lost so much flavor. The portion size is less and the vegetables are less quality and loaded with peppers and onion. Broccoli is small and much less. The shrimp wonton pho has changed also. The wonton flavor has a dramatic change and believe the owners have changed because the food is just not as good by far. Sad to say but Friendly service is just not enough to keep my business.
