Love this Vietnamese Cave in Eastvale! Checked in this last weekend and enjoyed a #21 regular size Pho with their Egg Roll Appetizer and new Mango Matcha Iced Latte! The Recipes are always deliciously consistent and I appreciate how beautiful and enticing the new Specialty Blended Drinks Menu are to add new and fun refreshing twists to the experience ;0) The Team Members are very nice and I especially enjoyed the Waiter who recommended his Favorite Anime Chainsaw Man for me to watch! I was dining Solo and appreciate Servers who take the time to bond and play with me over Nerdy Artfully Exciting Escapes!

Pho Viet in Eastvale is our go to place after church Sunday morning at 10 a.m., besides Dennys or Corkys. The food is good the broth is full of flavor. Ill usually order the #14 and the egg rolls. The staff and service is great being a family-owned business. The ambiance has changed through the years. Until next time, more pictures. Enjoy!

I grew up eating at this full location in Eastvale by the movie theaters, but haven't been in a while. Since we moved back, we decided to try it again and we're so pleased. I love the option of changing your noodles to the thick wide rice noodles. I feel like their broth is so well seasoned, and the amount of meat that they give you in your soup is perfect. We also had the crispy chicken wings, which I wish they had more seasoning, but we're still pretty decent. And I love a pho location that has the fresh young coconut!

Score: 3.5 stars to be exact but yelp only allow us to give full star. We went there around 10:30am Friday, already have few other tables occupied by customers. We ordered chicken pho with egg noodles and beef stew with bread. Food was good and nice portion. I wish servers will pay more attention to customers. I understand the restaurant just opened and they are prepping still. However they should at least browse around periodically to see if any customers needed anything.... We tried waving multiple times and finally got the server attention...

Good food eat for 2 years. Service good. Nice people. Must try pho place. Best vitamins food around the area.

Cold day? PHO! Have a cold? PHO!…read moreI'm a pho connoisseur. I love looking for the best broth flavors- not too much cumin, hearty but not salty. They nail it here. We keep coming back. Service is pretty quick and you order at the counter. The space itself isn't very large but they usually always have seating available.

However, I recently read their reviews and laughed that they give straight peanut butter as a dipping sauce for their spring rolls. That is a big no-no. Anywho, I was going to do takeout and drive home to eat because I had my dogs with me, but after I ordered I saw there was a table outside so I decided to stay. I ordered their salmon special with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and a vietnamese coffee. Total was $33 and I was able to split the portions for lunch and dinner. When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha! The coffee was also only okay, didn't finish it. I dont think I would drive out of my way to eat here.

The meat had fragrant grill flavor. The pho broth was sweet. They had a lot of drink options as well as menu entree options. The interior was nice with a lot of booth-style seats. I really liked the cool presentation of the boat for the bun dish. The host was really friendly and accommodating. I think pho was the standout dish. I liked the shreds of carrot in the fish sauce. The bad: They forgot to give the nuoc mam (fish sauce) for the rice plate. The rice in the rice plate wasn't broken rice. The fish sauce was on the vinegary side and I wish it had a deeper fish sauce flavor. The honeydew smoothie was on the sweet side. The pho broth could've been a bit saltier. The interesting: They brought the bill to our table. Usually at Vietnamese places you pay at the counter (which I think is an option too). The combo rice plate was served in two different plates which was something I've never seen before.

When we first walked in, the place looked empty, and my wife and I almost considered leaving. Just as we were about to head out, a server came over, seated us, and explained the menu. The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The lobster was a whole lobster with claws, and the ribeye was a generous cut served sizzling at the table. The portions are large, and our server kindly warned us ahead of time--we're glad we listened! The owner was friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. It's great to have quality Vietnamese food nearby without having to travel all the way to OC.

Service was extremely slow for it not being busy. They were a bit stingy on the lemon wedges and veggies. There were three of us and we ordered three bowls of Pho. We got one small plate of veggies and two lemon wedges. When we asked for more lemons, waiter looked over at our table to make sure we actually needed more lemons. When we asked for a sauce plate/cup, he looked bothered. Well next time just put little sauce plates on the table and we wouldn't have to ask you to get it. Like how do they not know people like to dip their meats in Siracha and Hoison sauce. Not everyone just pours it into the bowl. When we ordered our Pho, we also ordered a Banh Mi sandwich as a to go order. At the end of our meal, my wife went to pay and the check included the price with the sandwhich. She paid and asked how long the sandwich would take, they said, "what sandwich!" Uh, the one we just paid for. Cashier looked confused and asked to see the receipt. Then he went to the back and asked about the sandwich. We could hear someone in the back saying they didn't make a sandwich. Cashier apologized and we waited another 12 minutes for the sandwich. Pho was actually good but a bit on the pricey side. $20 for the Dac Biet. Next time we'll just go to Pho Ha down the street for better noodles at a cheaper price and they won't charge you for a sandwich that doesn't exist.
