When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha!
