    1. Special Combo : Slices of Steak, Flank, Lean Brisket , Fatty Brisket & Beef Meatballs / Phở Đặc Biệt. My FAVE!!

I've had lots of Pho in the area that is really good, but Pho Rex on Hidden Valley in Norco is by far the best! Always fresh and super tasty. My favorite is the #1 Special with all the meats, with TONS of chili oil to give it a nice kick. One thing I want to add...their egg rolls are TO DIE FOR!!! I sometimes just order a couple of orders to-go because I crave them all the time!

This spot right off hidden Valley Parkway is sure to satisfy your cravings for Vietnamese food. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken with white rice dish. It comes with a small side of sweet and spicy sauce that I absolutely just love. The Banh mi is also on point. If you haven't had a Banh mi yet, please be sure to order it. Banh Mi is a fusion French style baguettes and Vietnamese grilling perfection. It usually comes with a whole slew of veggies and Mayo. My favorite part is when I take a bite and includes a crispy jalapeño slice with just the right amount of spice. Additionally, their shrimp- spring rolls dipped in peanut sauce are a must have. They provide a refreshing lightweight snack that makes you feel healthy while eating something delicious. I love the service here. There was a miscommunication in my order, but the staff was happy to resolve it and take care of me. The dining experience is also pleasant. If you're looking for a cute little set up for casual dining, this is your spot. I haven't tried the pho yet, but I'm eager to return.

First I want to say. I love to support my local businesses but this place I have been trying to give them so many chances but they have failed me. As you can see in my picture pho special and missing a few toppings. Also The price increase and the meat is less. Rather drive a little bit further out and better foods.

Wow! This place is awesome! When I first went inside, they didn't allow dogs, but they had outdoor seating! Perfect for my babies. The service was good and they were so nice. 5 stars bc the food is outright delicious! My husband and I are looking to buy me another car. I'm trying to convince my husband that M8 looks good with me! Ha ha ha. Well. You know how that goes. Car shopping is exhausting and you need food in the tummy! I was hungry! I ordered this pancake fried noodle thing with a stir shrimp, chicken, and beef. It had veggies and baby corn. Omg! So good! The flavor is explosive! It was one of the best things I ate so far this year! I also got chicken wings as an appetizer. The breading was perfect! It juat needed more flavor! I love the vietnamese fish sauce flavor. Love that sweet and salty! My husband got the pho dac biet. To be honest, the flavor made me feel it was good ol authentic pho BUT it didn't have the meat dac biet comes with. I'm not sure if this pho is catered to non asian demographic, but I wish the tendons, flank, and fatty brisket were all there. Other than that. The food here is super! I will definitely come again and try their cajun! It just looks so good!

When you and your partner aren't sure what to eat, always opt for a Pho spot! Noticeably, the weather has started cooling down as fall is approaching. While it's not quite the weather for soup, I was totally craving a bowl of Pho, while my boyfriend was more interested in getting some sort of plate. We ended up checking out Pho Rex in Norco and it did not disappoint. We started off with spring rolls and then we got a filet mignon pho (not pictured), and a spicy chicken plate. We switched back and forth on the pho and the plate and it was just the perfect portion and solved both of our cravings. I loved the heat on the chicken, it had a great amount of spice! The salad complimented the flavors wonderfully. Definitely recommend this spot, I loved the table side utensils and it was very clean. We got our orders almost right away. Will be returning!

Veggie Pho with no corn and no tofu (pho chay nuoc chay)
    Christine N.

Love the veggie pho here with assorted veggies and most importantly veggie broth! It's nostalgic to me as I cannot have beef or chicken broth anymore, so they are on point with the seasoning in the veggie broth! Service was also quick and friendly. It's a small establishment with a mom and pop kind of feel.

Pretty chill spot, got the pho dac biet and it was fire. Shout out to the weekend closers, both waiter and waitress. Got me right when I asked for extra white onions and got me seated along with a water. Place was pretty calm beans . As for price, the quantity I got was definitely matching the quality (if not more.) Again, taste buds were blessed Meant for norco location but put my review on the wrong one oops, but I'm sure corona location also smacks 0_0

So I think the last pho I got was an anomaly because they have consistently provided good portions. Also we had the banh mi chicken and pork and crispy egg noodles. Best place ever! The food is prepared American style (I.e., no pate).

We ordered the family set with shrimp, mussels, and crawfish. We also order one serving of rice to split between me and my bf. The total came out to around $80 with tip included, which felt pretty reasonable for the amount of seafood we got. Service was very attentive. They kept refilling our water, clearing our buckets, and checking in to make sure everything was good throughout the meal. We got the Cajun spice mild and the sauce was amazing, especially with the rice. It was very flavorful and comforting. The shrimp were definitely the highlight because they soak up the sauce really well. The mussels and crawfish were good, but the meat was a bit smaller and seemed like it might be frozen. If you are ordering, I would recommend going for the shrimp set because it pairs the best with the sauce. Overall a really enjoyable meal and a fun place for a casual date night.

For the main meal, I had crab stuffed ravioli, and my wife had the steak beef bowl, which was enormous and could easily be shared with two people. The ravioli was excellent. The sauce was excellent. The flavor and the subtle sweetness of the crab shined through. My wife's steak bowl was also amazing. The steak was melt in your mouth tender. A very subtle heat in the seasoning from red chili, I believe. Chefs kiss. Our server was amazing and I feel horrible for not remembering her name, the woman who was working the front area was helpful and knowledgeable and just very welcoming. A special bonus was the old school 50s and 60s music. My mom would have loved it. This place is a definite guarantee for anyone who enjoys great quality food. We will be there again. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering.
