Holy cow! First time tonight and it was incredible. I had the Thin sliced pork w/ rice and my hubbs had the Pho eye round. Everything was delicious and the ambiance is inviting. A must on your list!

Well well well, the other Vietnamese places in town better step it up because this place just blew you out of the water! I have tried every place in town and this one is ! I mean how often does your food look just like the advertised picture? That grilled shrimp My only complaint would be how small the inside is and not having booths but with food and service like that I'm sure you will be needing a bigger space in the future! Well done we will be back!

Absolutely delicious! There are other pho restaurants in Lincoln, but this one is by far the best. Small, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Service is exceptional and quick! We had the spring rolls, the combo clay pot, and the pork vermicelli. What makes this place stand out is the layers and complexity of flavors. It is truly delicious. We will be visiting here regularly!

Our first time to test this, and we like this food option from others we have tried. I am doing the grilled shrimp and noodle bowl with a spring roll, and the rolls were excellent. Same for grilled shrimp bowl and grilled chicken also. We like this...everything.

I really like coming here. It's super clean, small space so I don't get overwhelmed by noise, prices and portions are right, everything is fresh and delicious. I've never had a complaint about the service but I do always have a little hiccup trying to figure out whether I pay at the counter or wait for a server to get it.

I really liked this new pho spot! The location was closer and more convenient then the other pho spots around. It was clean and the servers were nice! Pho was tasty, I loved the broth :) spring rolls were also good! I liked how they didn't have any of the pork belly that usually comes in spring rolls. I will definitely be back for my pho needs! Thank youu :)

Food was delicious. Service was great. Clean . Nice menu with meat , seafood & vegetarian options. Pho, bun, & clay pot rice dishes , wings & other appetizers. Only annoying thing was blinding bright ceiling lights were on that makes it feel like a gas station subway shop instead of the more chill restaurant globe lights that were installed from ceiling that were for some reason ..not on. ‍

Definitely try the chicken wings, they are worth it!

I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, after moving a bit farther away from my usual, much beloved pho place. This is a really nice option closer to home. The pho was good. The broth doesn't quite rival Pho Nguyenn, but it is definitely respectable. I brought my son, and there was no way we weren't going to order the butter fried chicken wings. And man, they did not disappoint, I was lucky to get a picture real quick before too many disappeared. Service was attentive and courteous. The staff was quite young, and handled the entire restaurant flawlessly. I thought the prices were a bit high, I know, inflation is crazy right now, so I guess I'll keep this place in my back pocket as a very occasional excursion.

On the right is the chef's special - spicy noodles and I'm the left is the combination sizzling clay pot rice bowl.

My family and I come here 2-3x a month, the taste and quality in food still remains 5/5! The prices did increase a bit but portions are huge

Food was amazing! Tried out the bun bo hue(had to get the XL bowl) and the bun thit nướng chả giò…read more The bún bò huế was honestly one of the best ones I've had in the Midwest region so far. They also did not skimp out on the noodles and meats, so it was definitely the best bang for your buck. The vegetables that come with it were fresh(bean sprouts and Thai basil). My only complaint is that they did provide any cabbage/banana blossoms. The bun thit nướng chả giò was also very good and they loaded up the bowl as well. Also got the chance to try out the Vietnamese coffee and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent. Our server was very kind and the food came out pretty quick. Although it was busy during the time we went(lunch hour rush), the wait wasn't too long at all for a table. The ambiance of the restaurant is old-fashioned and welcoming. Overall, a good place to grab some good Vietnamese food. Would definitely come back here again whenever I'm in town.

We made another visit for lunch. But things have changed…read more We both ordered Dac Biet. I had the egg noodle and my wife had the glass noodle We both first noticed the broth seemed plain, not as enjoyable as in the past. It lacked the depth of flavor. The second thing we both noticed was that all of the proteins had been cut in half. Literally as in the shrimp had been sliced into 2 pieces. The balls all cut in thirds. But still charging same price. This was a bit upsetting The restaurant still nice and clean. We'll maintained. The staff was so so. Normally everything is spot on. I'm a little sad not leave a glowing review. But I call it like I see it

Vegan Tofu Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon Dau Hu) [Item A6]…read moreTraditional Vietnamese spring rolls with fried tofu, rice noodles, and crisp lettuce mix, wrapped in thin rice paper with a peanut dipping sauce. Generous amount of tofu ans very tasty. Vegan vegetarian Hot Pot (Lau Chay)[Item HP3] Vegetarian fish balls, vegetarian fried fish patties, white tofu, mushrooms, and baby corn, in a vegetarian based broth. Ours didn't have any "Vegetarian fish balls" or "fish patties" but had fried tofu and boiled tofu instead. Maybe the Vegetarian fish balls and fish patties were Vegetarian but not vegan. It was tasty despite that and I enjoyed it very much. It comes with a plate of noodles to mix in as you eat the soup. Despite not being quite what I expected, it was so tasty I'd order it again. They have mastered a fishless, Vegan, "fish" flavored broth which is unique.

We would not recommend going to Pho Factory. The service was friendly, there was plenty of parking…read moreand seating, and we appreciated the military discount as a thoughtful show of support. The pho was decent, but pretty average and nothing special. The main thing we'd suggest improving is the temperature, as it came out warm instead of hot. Overall, the service stood out more than the pho itself. We were also disappointed to see photos online of the owner's Ferrari blocking the handicap spot/walkway, which lowered our rating of the restaurant.
