I hadn't been here in far too long. I had fully planned on getting pho but the vermicelli noodles combo called my name. I really wanted something fresh and meaty. The cut up egg roll mixed in the dish was a nice addition. They were too many sprouts for my liking and I will probably remove some next time before mixing it altogether. My friend got the Jasmine rice combination that has grilled pork chops. She was very happy with her choice! My only complaint is that the service was really slow and they weren't that busy. It took a long time to get our food which is inconvenient when you're trying to fit in on a lunch break during the week.

My family enjoys a good pho but somehow we had not made it over to Pho Factory yet. I think it was a case of finding a place we liked and not venturing out of the familiar. Thankfully we did today because this place is fantastic. The Pho was pho-nomenal (I know, I'm sorry, but I had to). But seriously the broth was that deep complexity that look for in a really good pho. They menu was very customizable and I was able to get what I wanted but have them make it spicy. And let me tell you these guys do not play when you ask for the heat! It was delicious but I was sweating by the end. I really really liked it. The crab Rangoon was just ok but that's not why you go to a place like this. Bonus is that our favorite Asian market in town is right next door so after we feasted we were able to do a little shopping. We will be back, the food was great and so was the service.

Banh Xeo was AMAZING! SO BIG!!! Did NOT disappoint! Authentic Vietnamese in Nebraska? You better believe it! Pho Factor is the real-deal. We attended a family wedding, and brought the entire crew (yes, about a dozen of us) to lunch on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and prompt- even with our large group size. Will definitely be back if I'm in Lincoln again!

The food was hot and delicious! We loved the Korean beef ribs and the steak pho. Service was amazing. Quick and accurate. We enjoyed the unique lighting and ambiance.

Was here on the last evening last night of my work trip/vacation. Even though the restaurant was short staffed and seating and service times were long, we still managed to have a very nice meal! I had a medium build your own pho with tripe, rare steak, and flank. We shared egg rolls which were very tasty. Also had a Thai iced tea to wash it all down. Simple but great dinner!

This is my favorite place to get pho in Lincoln. They don't only have pho bus also a wide variety of other Vietnamese foods. It is very spacious on the inside with a little bar area and nice decor.

This is always a favorite when visiting Lincoln for authentic Vietnamese food. Everything was delicious per usual and served in hefty portions. Service is always friendly with plenty of seating. The place was clean and quiet around 1pm. We'll definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.

We've been here a few times and although the food has always been good and consistent, the service can use a little improvement. Great variety on the menu and definitely can't go wrong with their pho and hot pot options. They also have a grilled alternatives for the folks that would like to stick to their usual menu items.

Yummy! Pho was very good. Decent prices too. It's hard to find Asian food in Lincoln yet good Asian food. Thumbs up.

Highly Not Recommended. Found glass pieces in their Spring Rolls. Questionable food cleanliness. Never again.

We purchased 3 loaves of bread as well! All was delicious. (And we'll be back tomorrow to try the gelato!) The customer service was as fantastic as the food.

I wish I got there before 2 PM because they stopped serving lunch by the time I walked in around 3. Now I know I must go back! They had gelato, dessert, fresh baked goods including different types of sour dough, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. They even had stocked refrigerators with "take home and bake yourself" goods as well. I ended up getting a huge premade sandwich that had sprouts, tomato, turkey and cheese on a sesame roll. It came with chips. My total was $12. That sandwich lasted me the entire day. I ate half for lunch and the second half for dinner, that's how big it was! The sandwich was delightful and tasteful. I loved the sesame bread it came with. It held all of the ingredients together nicely (did not fall apart, which is always appreciated). Plus, the sesame seeds also did not fall off which I was pleasantly surprised about. There are tons of seating options available inside and outside. The employees were very friendly too. I am looking forward to coming back to try their soup and sandwiches during lunch hour!
