This is a go to when we are in the area for our family. Their pho is good, but my favorite is the wonton noodle soup. The broth is generally fantastic (one time it must've been made by someone else because it was very sweet). We also got the wings for an appetizer. They have a slight tamarind flavor on the fresh wings and are delicious. I don't always love bone in wings, but these are a must try. We've found that you can usually eat here on a time crunch even when they are busy. Service isn't overly friendly, but they do take your order and serve you rather quickly. We would not recommend going to Pho Factory. The service was friendly, there was plenty of parking and seating, and we appreciated the military discount as a thoughtful show of support. The pho was decent, but pretty average and nothing special. The main thing we'd suggest improving is the temperature, as it came out warm instead of hot. Overall, the service stood out more than the pho itself. I hadn't been here in far too long. I had fully planned on getting pho but the vermicelli noodles combo called my name. I really wanted something fresh and meaty. The cut up egg roll mixed in the dish was a nice addition. They were too many sprouts for my liking and I will probably remove some next time before mixing it altogether. My friend got the Jasmine rice combination that has grilled pork chops. She was very happy with her choice! My only complaint is that the service was really slow and they weren't that busy. I've eaten here several times and the food has always been good, as has the service. This past Saturday the food was good as usual... this is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. The service was disappointing. I came in around 1p and waited for quite some time before anyone even acknowledged me and seated me. It also took a bit of time before my order was taken. After my food was delivered I never saw my server again. After my meal was done I was waiting and waiting for my check. I did ask another server for my check and I didn't hear what was said. My family enjoys a good pho but somehow we had not made it over to Pho Factory yet. I think it was a case of finding a place we liked and not venturing out of the familiar. Thankfully we did today because this place is fantastic. The Pho was pho-nomenal (I know, I'm sorry, but I had to). But seriously the broth was that deep complexity that look for in a really good pho. They menu was very customizable and I was able to get what I wanted but have them make it spicy. And let me tell you these guys do not play when you ask for the heat! It was delicious but I was sweating by the end. I really really liked it. The crab Rangoon was just ok but that's not why you go to a place like this. Very good spring rolls and jasmine rice platters. We pass by often on the way to see some adorable grandchildren. We stop here to grab takeout, then go charge our EV at the fast charger three miles away, while we munch. Takes about 15 minutes to prepare the takeout when grabbing a late lunch (4 pm or so). This restaurant used to be great! Loved the food and the service. It has definitely gone down hill. We placed an order for delivery through their website and when it arrived over an hour later, part of the order was missing and part of it was incorrect. We called to inform them and they didn't understand that we wanted the missing meal to be refunded AND we wanted it replaced. They made us come and get it, and so for the inconvenience I asked if they would refund both the missing and the incorrect meals, since we paid almost $100 and would have to drive 20 minutes there and home to get the correct food. Two different people got on the phone and then they ended up hanging up on me! My husband drove 20 minutes to the restaurant (so they had 20 minutes to prepare our food), then he had to wait half an hour for the food!!! Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible. Stopped by this place tonight based on other reviews and a general love for Vietnamese food. Sat in the corner of a 3/4 empty dining room, for 15-20 minutes before being greeted or getting anything to drink. Ordered a medium Oxtail Pho, only to be told that they stopped offering mediums or any size other than large for anything on the menu, so automatically got a upcharge for the larger size. I am a chef, as well as a restaurant/bar owner, and was quite disappointed when the large showed up with 3 pieces of untrimmed, tough, undercooked and OLD oxtail with other slivers of gray overcooked meat. The other food was better than the pho, but still not worth mentioning. I finally went to the host stand, and asked about how to receive the check, because we haven't been spoken to since our food arrived (which took far too long in the first place). 20 minutes later they brought a check, and were frustrated that I had asked. I am surprised that this place is still here. The prices are not fair, the food is terrible and the service is almost non existent. I would recommend literally any other place than this. read more

Hmmm, what should I say about Pho Factory? I have heard a comparison between this place and Vung Tau across the street. I think each restaurant have their own dish that I considered favorite. HUGE portion for the price you pay Diverse menu with lots of choices. Both Northern and Southern Vietnamese cuisine. (Hanoi Shrimp cakes, Crepe,..) Interior is spacious and clean Staffs are friendly and fast I got the Grilled Pork Patty Spring Rolls and Chicken Pho. Wow, the best chicken pho in Lincoln/Omaha area for me. Buttt if you want some amazing spring rolls that I'd gladly eat dipped in the dankest sauce then come on in. I think I'm just partial to my pho spots back home, but this place didn't rock my socks or anything. I went with the veggie pho and was disappointed with not much flavor. I think that's why a lot of places don't always offer veggie pho. Must be tough to get some flavor. I was surprised by some different veggies. Usually veggie pho comes with broccoli, carrot, onion, and celery. This one was only bok choy and onion. I love bok choy, but realized it doesn't help that this vegetable doesn't bring a lot of flavor to an already flavorless broth. I doused my broth in siracha, hoisen, and even lime to help get some flavor going. Would have preferred some more onions as well. Maybe some garlic would have helped? Tofu was ok, they actually offer either steamed or fried. I went with fried and I felt like it could have been cooked a bit longer. Standard side herbs/veggies brought to the table. Basil could have been a bit more fresh. Service was very good and they had a good atmosphere. Prices were fair too. Maybe if I start eating meat again I'll come again to try the beef broth. Came here with my friend because we are on a cross country road trip and needed a warm bite before retiring. Surprisingly Lincoln has a large enough Vietnamese population to sustain several Vietnamese restaurants. We came in around 7 pm on a Sunday night and there were still about 20 ppl in the restaurant. I ordered a medium pho with all the best toppings, and my friend had the large photo with steak, meatballs, and brisket. The portion sizes were a bit smaller than I am used to, the pho broth wasn't that tasty either. However the service was really friendly and prices were affordable so they get 3 stars. Very generous with the bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes as well. Yes compared to Omaha where I live, pho factory has wayyyy better pho. I think this has to do with the large Vietnamese population that lives in Lincoln vs Omaha. I still like House of Hunan in Lincoln also for pho. The pricing between the two are close, Pho factory offers a more trendy eating environment where I noticed Americans seem to feel more comfortable. Beside that, it has a convenient location next door to a well stocked Asian market, perfect for lunch and then shopping afterwards. What I particularly like about pho factory is you can customize your bowl of noodles. From the bowl size, to broth, to meat (brisket, flank, tendon, meatball, chicken etc) you can make your ultimate bowl to your liking.
