The food here is very good and authentic according to my dad's girlfriend who is from Viatnam. The big problem for me and why this place only gets three stars is the service. I have probably been her 6-7 times over the past few months. I have not been to this restaurant once and my order been correct and came out in the right order. We have gotten appetizers after we have finished eating everything. We have been told certain dishes don't come with things and had to point to the picture on the menu to prove that they do in fact come with it. We have had memebers of our table wait 20-25 minutes after the entire table is finished before they get theirs. The pacing of the meal the ordering process even including the check out process is an utter disaster. They have a lot of work to do before I will be coming back. read more

Fish,salt or hot sauce. Didn't help!!!! There's a reason we don't have a Vietnamese restaurant in Easley. No descent restaurant would open here. The people of South Carolina have destroyed their taste buds with food chains and there's no turning back. This place will make money for awhile but will most definitely die off. Finally a top notch restaurant in this city. I actually was their first customer back when they opened a few months ago. I was impressed right from the start with their friendly staff and spotlessly clean restaurant and kitchen. The food is simply delicious. The Pho, which comes in many different styles and flavors was the best I have ever had. Their egg rolls were excellent, and their spring rolls, were like nothing else I have ever tried before. I have been back a dozen times, and every time I visit, I am impressed with the quality and consistency of the food. Prices are moderate, but well worth the little extra you pay. Hands down, its the best Asian influenced restaurant around. Each and every time I have been there, the tables are almost full, which says a lot about them. The pho is pretty eh. I'm coming from California so I may be biased, but this place definitely does not live up to the 5 star ratings. There was way too much garlic in the broth, it almost overpowered. The sauce containers were broken to the point where they were spilling uncontrollably. I picked up a spoon that was not properly washed. At least the soup is super hot hopefully killing off any bacteria left on the utensils. To top it off the water had a funky taste. I would give this place a 3 if they could practice better upkeep. No one wants to eat at a place that does a half ass job of cleaning properly. Oh and super expensive. Delicious! The Pho is outstanding and full of the flavor you expect when eating Pho. The steak skewers are outstanding and the spring rolls (egg rolls) are very good as well. They serve a duck sauce type dipping sauce that has a bit of chili flake in it. Awesome. The wings are very good as is the pork (#5). Go and try it, you will be in love. This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant situated in a lonely strip mall on the 123 bypass in Easley, an oasis in the middle of a food desert. This is about the last place on earth I would have expected to find Vietnamese cuisine, but there it is. And it's really good. You'd have to drive to Atlanta to find something comparable. The atmosphere is pleasant enough with bamboo plants painted on the walls, and the music system plays singers crooning in Vietnamese. The space is very neat and clean. The staff knows their main clientele is Americans. Most Vietnamese restaurants that serve Vietnamese customers aren't big on service. You get your food, but there's no small talk, no smiles, and the servers never refill your drinks or check on you. But the servers at Pho and More are friendly and they do check on you, which is nice. And not least, the food is very good. I've had the Korean short ribs (kalbi), which I enjoyed, and their deluxe soup (pho dac biet). You'll find the broth is seasoned well with notes of cinnamon and star anise. The owner told me they simmer beef bones for 12 hours to create the broth, and I believe him. The pork and shrimp spring rolls appetizer (goi cuon tom thit) are as fresh as can be, not made ahead, and it's worth noting that the peanut sauce that accompanies them is the best I've ever had--the perfect balance of sweet and pungent. (Like it a little hotter? Add some rooster sauce to it.) They offer a wide range of rice and noodle dishes here, things with pork or chicken or beef or fish, enough to keep you busy trying new things for a long time. The banh mi sandwiches look good, too. They have fried banana for dessert, which didn't interest me. I was hoping for Vietnamese puddings like black eyed peas in sticky rice and coconut milk (Chè Dau Trang), but they probably need a larger Vietnamese customer base to warrant making those things since most Americans won't go for them like I do. I didn't make it a point to ask, but I don't think they have a beer and wine license, so, sorry, there's no 33 beer. Overall, this is a great little place for some excellent Vietnamese cuisine, and Easley is lucky to have it. read more

We have lived in the far east for many years and enjoy almost all of their food. This new Vietnamese opening has been wonderful, as the regular ones in Greenville, some distance away, are (with a few exceptions, like (Fast Food Saigon, which is Great), just not very good at all. So Welcome Pho & More, and Thank You. First, go back and look at the posting by IF on Mar 18, and he pretty much covers it all. Anyhow, for lunch today we had their combo Pho which was very very good (but you needed to add some of the spice provided on the table). And then the Outstanding shrimp and pork Spring Rolls with a choice of two dipping sauces (ask for both). Then the Kebab Chicken (and maybe with pork etc. but can't recall) but they were really great. When ordering you may want to tell the server to schedule the timing of serving of the dishes as they seem to bring them out as they are done in the kitchen. Service by the owner/manager (I do not know which) was excellent and very attentive and friendly in all ways (Thank You). This is an Excellent place to eat, we live in Easley and we will be back often!!! read more

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the food is good. The services is trouble! Th restaurants was not busy and took a while to get our drink order then we had to wait long time before they came back get our food order. Then of the four orders we got 3 of them and the 4th one sat in the window until everyone one was half way done eating.
