I've tried calling three times now and to Pho Bac (they're under the same management) and their phone goes straight to voicemail and no call back. BLESS YOUR SOULS for opening in a pandemic! My pregnancy cravings had me craving pho every day, and when Pho Bac temporarily closed, I was heartbroken. Thankfully you guys opened in time (same owners). It was fairly busy at 2pm on a weekday, but adequately socially-distanced. I was in and out of there in twenty minutes flat after pigging out on a Pho Tai + Thai iced tea. Coming from San Francisco and Little Saigon in Southern CA, I had high expectations and am so happy that the food is yummy. Andy (along with all the employees) was so attentive, friendly, INCREDIBLY prompt. The new location is gorgeous and clean with mid-century modern fixtures and a beautiful bar with a drink menu (lychee martinis and passionfruit mojitos). Will be back w/my family soon! read more

So, this review is going to be an odd one. I say this because when you come into the establishment one host/waitstaff that literally walks away anytime anyone if you make eye contact or while talking to you will only talk at a far away distance, not approach you, nor acknowledge any questions and will walk away completely. I totally get having a bad day, but as every customer went into the establishment, he refused to even acknowledge them or say anything. Maybe service isn't your strong suit . But besides the poor host service, his team mates definitely stepped in to make the experience and even could see how oddly he was treating patrons. Everyone else from the bar staff to the wait staff were amazing. Seating is pretty plentiful and had no wait. There's a beautiful bar in the middle of the restaurant. The tables are simple and contemporary styled like ikea and it was very clean. Family's or individuals would easily find a spot here. Not a large space but enough for small 4-5 people max. The food was so good and you could tell it was prepared with fresh ingredients and nice and hot! We ordered a few appetizers which were delightful and of course pho. We left crumb behind! The drinks were amazing! By far the best lychee martini I've ever had. Kudos to them! Overall great food, minus one staff, the rest were amazing. We'll be back! read more

The spring rolls are called summer rolls there and it consists of a pork and cabbage lettuce and shrimp. We got there right when it opened and so the rice paper should've been fresh but it was hard. The pho was okay and the curry was okay but if anything their Thai tea was really good. Tasted good! Definitely try out the crispy pork belly sandwich.

Showed up with my husband about an hour before they closed to put in a simple small order to go. All I wanted was some sesame balls. That was the only thing I ordered. They told me itd be about a twenty minute wait, which I was completely fine with. The hostess walked back into the kitchen started trash talking about myself and "my boyfriend" because when my husband asked me if I wanted to pay 17$+ for 8 sesame balls I said "well thats what I want". Mind you, this is all heard by myself and other guests in the lobby which werent many. Upon her return she said they only had 6 left and said she could give me a credit for 4$ for a return visit. I said no its okay I wont be coming back can I just get a refund for the 4$. She said she would have to ask the manager. She then proceeded to walk over to the register at the bar, not the one in front of me, and attempted to get me my refund. While doing this the "manager" walks by and she quickly asks him for help. His response is loudly "nope" as he pushes his way into the kitchen. He then comes out few minutes later to help her. Mean while, the staff is still trash talking. Keep in mind I didnt say anything else other than what I said to my husband and the order I place at the cashier followed by my request for, first, the 4$ refund. I promptly asked for a full refund as we were not about to be treated with such poor customer service by staff and management. While I got a full refund with an accompanying receipt, for a new place in Augusta Im not to impressed. With that kind of customer service, or lack there of, I dont think it will last long. I understand if we would have waked in with 10 minutes left on the clock....it was 45 minutes till closing. All they had to do was fry the frozen balls they were keeping in a ziplock bag (which happened to be full of frozen sesame balls). Yes I saw that too because from where I was seated the view was a straight shot into the kitchen. While I appreciate that the hostess (who was not the original hostess that tended to me) tried to be semi-cordial, the remaining staff who was trash talking, did not. Their "customer service" was uncalled for, unprofessional, and establishment does not deserve business from anyone in their right mind. read more
