Super fast service. Menu is fantastic if you are new to pho (pictures) not the best I've ever had but very satisfying.

I've been here a few times and have enjoyed their portions and soup base of the pho's. The baby has finally started to eat more solids and she will gobble up her portion. I haven't tried any of their rice or vermecilli dishes but will need to next time. I'm usually craving pho when I come here and their fried egg rolls are also good as a starter. read more

Our favorite pho restaurant on the westbank! EVERYTHING on the menu is good! Clean, fresh food! It gets a little crowded on Sunday's around lunch but that's usually expected at a good pho place. The wait is never too long and the food is worth it! We always get an order of spring rolls (either the shrimp and boiled pork or the grilled pork, both are delicious!) and one will get pho and the other a rice dish to share since we can never decide and want both! (I wish they had a buffet). Service is always great and the food is always amazing! The pho is never too greasy and the rice dishes are always flavored so well! My family goes here at least once or twice a week.The pho here comes out scorching hot and delicious.The staff is good most of the time except for on Sunday mornings when the rush of Viet customers from church come in.The appetizers are all amazing and my favorite is the crab rangoon which comes with a pink ginger sauce.All rice dishes and bun dishes are good also.The bubble tea is okay but I usually go for the iced tea anyways. read more

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is your spot! The restaurant is predominately Vietnamese women, but boy are they friendly. They remind me of my aunts and grandmother. The atmosphere is very inviting. The food was okay, but the price was definitely nothing to complain about. For appetizer we ordered the Vietnamese Eggrolls. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For my main dish I ordered the pho with round eye steak and fatty brisket. The noodles were overcooked, and the broth had a sweet flavor. I didn't mind the broth flavor, but the overcooked noodles killed it for me. It just tasted like mush. My boyfriend has the Chargrilled Pork with steamed rice, and his pork was way pass dead. I eat Pho and other Vietnamese food quite often. The Pho ga (chicken) was ok. The broth didn't have an abundance of flavor before I added all the fixings including hoisin sauce. It wasn't bad though. The pork spring rolls are very good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it now. The pork inside was grilled and flavorful. The restaurant has a cozy, casual feel to it. The main issue I had was with waiting for the check. After a long wait I had to get up and ask for it. Then the waitress asked if I was paying with a card, and if so to just go to the register. Very busy little restaurant in the corner of a small strip mall. This place apparently opens at 8 am! I came in at about noon and it was packed. I ordered their shrimp spring rolls, small bowl of the #9 (rare steak, brisket, tendon, and "omosa" to us Cali's that's a much more appealing word for tripe I guess lol). My food came extremely quick. The spring rolls were packed with shrimps and the texture of the rice wrap was supple and warm unlike other rolls I've had which were cold and dry. The peanut sauce was not sweet, which is fine by me since I don't really have a sweet tooth. I expected some sweetness only bc of past experience. The soup on first glance looked greasy. The flavor was wonderful. Very beefy, hearty, and wholesome. The noodles were a bit overcooked but didn't completely destroy the soup. The meats were fresh. The rare steak was rare! No meat discoloration. I also ordered a grilled shrimp vermicelli plate to go (for dinner ) and bought one of their sticky rice and banana desserts that I have yet to try. Lastly, I have a pet peeve when I dine by myself in restaurants; the service staff used my table to park their giant serving tray to serve other customers without excusing or offering an apology. I find it lacking courtesy. In other establishments you expect service staff to bring out a portable table in order to rest their trays to serve their customers. That's just me and my severe anal retentive tendencies to preserve good manners. Summary: good food, busy atmosphere, quick service. Here's my review of the grilled shrimp vermicelli plate: that was delicious! They were generous with the amount of shrimps. There was a lemongrass flavor which I L O V E! Pho is the bomb. Seat yourself. Comes out quick. Less than $8. Definitely great pho. I really like how you can pay the check when you are ready; most Vietnamese restaurants work that way. Great place to have pho. I've been here numerous of times. There are varieties of asian cuisine food! I go to this restaurant almost every weekend. It is also a good place to hang out with your friends. Also a good place to have warm food during the winter or cold days, especially soup related food! The price are mild, but it is worth it. I guess it's more a 3.5. Service was great. Servers are very friendly and helpful. I guess being Vietnamese from California where there's so many authentic Vietnamese food, i'm really picky. The Cha Gio, fried egg roll, was really good. Definitely get that. I didn't try the bubble tea but saw it's powder...that's what they used when bubble tea came out decades ago. Nowadays those places have upped their game and don't use that nasty oversweet powder anymore. Looking at the menu, it's mainly pho, vermicelli noodles, and rice plates. This is hands down our favorite pho place. The food is always fresh and delicious. Today I placed an order for pickup through DoorDash. When I arrived they located my order and let me know it wasn't ready yet and offered me a place to sit to wait. When it was ready, the server brought my food to me and noticed I had my hands a little full with my baby in her car seat. This sweet woman walked my food and drinks all the way out to my vehicle and put it in for me. This didn't do it for me. I ordered 2 beef spring rolls which were pretty good, however the beef pho I ordered, the noodles were so over cooked I could only eat the meat out if it. I also had to fight with a fly the entire time. Lastly, how I was supposed to know I had to go to the counter even thought I dined in to pay for my food is mind boggling. Pho Bang really gives you the BANG for your buck. I went here a few days ago and it satisfied the pho craving I had! I ordered the Pho Dac Biet which is basically the special pizza combo of pho. The broth was nice, subtly sweet, and rich. It came with a lot of meat and a good amount of noodles. I'm from Mobile, AL...I moved to this area about a year ago. Since ive been here I've tried to find some comforts of home here...especially food. Back home I had Pho restaurant that I lived in. Its called Pho 88. The best broth I've ever tasted...smooth, minty, so much flavor. Well I have been trying to find something like here...and sadly I couldn't. After about 6 months I gave up the search and explored other food options. Well tonight I decided to give Pho Bang a try. I drive by it a lot so I said why not. I placed a Waiter order and hoped for the best. The food came and I was awesomely surprised! The broth was super hot. Lots of noodles! It looked and smelled just like home. Once I assembled everything, I talked the broth and OH MY GOD!!! It tasted just like Pho 88 from home! Minty flavor, the extra bean sprouts, the noodles....all the things that make Pho...Pho. thank you Pho Bang for giving me a taste of home. It was much needed! I will definitely order from you again! Pho Bang serves the best! It makes me happy to have an appointment on the West Bank. I got a small bowl of No.7 pho and half an order of cha gio and I couldn't finish it. The broth is just right: not too rich, not too thin, not too spicy or too bland. The meats came in generous portions, with the flank medium rare and the tendon perfectly tender.
