Our family is obsessed with pho. We are in Utah for business so we were excited to see a lot of options in the Salt Lake area. We stopped here last night. To order, we walked up to the cashier and let him know what we wanted. We paid then. They gave us a number to place at our table. The restaurant was small to medium in size with a modern feel. I kind of wished it looked more traditional inside, but it wasn't a big deal. Our pho came out pretty quickly, even though they were starting to get busy. My boyfriend was disappointed with the basil that accompanied it. It looked wilted and sad. My basil was a little better. The pho was delicious, so that helped my boyfriend overlook the basil situation. The beef was really good and the broth was tasty. The spring rolls were my favorite, but they came out wrapped to go, so we just brought them home and ate them later. The pho was a large enough portion that we didn't need anything else. We also ordered a banh mi to go. My boyfriend ate it later last night and thought it was good. Overall, we would come again. My daughter wasn't feeling great after a night of errands so we decided to have Pho for dinner -- the Asian chicken soup. We loved the authentic feel of Pho Banh and their Pho did not disappoint. My daughter had the Veggies Pho with tofu -- and the chicken broth was delish. I ordered "the most popular" Beef Brisket and Rare Sirloin Pho which also had great flavor. The Pork Dumplings came highly recommended, and they were so flavorful. We had FOMO when we saw all the delicious looking smoothies being ordered, but were too full at the end of our meal. We will definitely be back, Prices seemed a little high but then I felt bad when I saw the sign about the challenges the restaurant was having with rising food costs, labor. We got the pho soup and bahn sandwich: Pho Beef brisket and steak (P4) Bahn Korean Beef (S2) Sandwich was in perfect balance. Bread was fresh, crusty outside. The meat was perfectly seasoned juicy and generous, veggies cut beautifully and just the right amount of sauce. Loved the pho. Had the depth of flavor I was hoping for. Great little place for pho and sandwiches! The sandwiches are fantastic! I've had better pho, but it was still really really good! I don't think it quite reached the 5-star level, but if I could give it a 4.5 I would! A lot of broth to noodle ratio, and I didn't receive any fresh cilantro, but that wasn't a deal breaker. Update. Today I had a beef Banh Mi, I was expecting more flavor than I received. I just wasn't thrilled with it. I also bought a overpriced boba drink and its was okay, not sure if ill do that again. What I will do is have Pho often during colder weather. read more

*****UPDATE MARCH 7, 2021.***** I'm so disappointed today, the pho was cold and the filete mignon was completely raw and guess what no pho spoons anymore, what? I just paid $36.21 plus $4 tip and I left all my food and I left! how can I eat a cold pho and raw meat and how do I even sip my soup? U gotta be kidding me a tea spoon that's impossible! then I asked for a pineapple smoothie, when it gets to me it was strawberry instead lol (it was good tho) but the boba were either burned or no ready I drive from Lehi to eat this pho that's how high they were on my list but today they hugely disappointed me I do t think I'll comeback in a very long time. read more

I got the lemongrass pork sandwich and the flavor was very good. The suggestion for sauce with the sandwich was soy sauce. I thought that the bread was quite dry, but adding the soy sauce did make it a lot better. Unfortunately though, if I were to add as much soy sauce onto the sandwich as I would have liked to make it not so dry, that would be a ton of sodium. I would have liked maybe some more sauce options for the samdwiches. The sandwich was way too much food for me, so I saved half for later and it was still good leftover the next day. The food was very reasonably priced. There is nothing extraordinary that stood out to me here as far as service and the atmosphere, but it was a nice little place to grab dinner. read more

Food was not good and took over 20 minutes to order since they were understaffed. I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants and this was one of the worst ones. We ordered the vermicelli bowl, spring rolls and banh mi sandwiches. The tofu in the bowl and rolls were deep fried and weren't tasty. Portions were OK but prices were pretty high for the quality. We also ordered a smoothie but they kept saying there were no substitutions or removal of ingredients and the owners are very strict about that. So you can't omit, change or reduce sugar levels. I wouldn't go back with the quality of food and service level. read more

Probably the only good thing about the quarantine was that the pho place by my house temporarily closed so I was able to try Pho Banh. Now, the house pho was great, but the real star is their Vietnamese banh mi! They pickled carrots popped when paired with the crunch of the pig ear ham and pate. Truly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. They would've gotten 5 stars, but the order took 30 minutes and after I paid and finally received my to go meal, the young cashier ran out and met me at my car and asked me to pay again thinking that I hadn't already. Absolutely LOVE this place! They take great care of you no matter if you're eating there or doing take out. I usually stick with the Filet Mignon Pho, but there hasn't been anything else on the menu that I didn't like. The environment at the restaurant is peaceful and homelike. Went in Saturday night for the first time , ordered House Special Pho and a bahn mi sandwich .The pho broth was shockingly bland and watery . I never add any sauce to my pho but It was flavorless I added a ton of sriracha ( for the first time ) to get some flavor so I could eat it because we were both hungry. Not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The broth that is used is not traditional pho broth. The sliced meat is very thick. Traditional sliced meat is cut very thinly. The pork spring rolls I was served at this restaurant are made differently than traditional spring rolls. Overall, not authentic. If you want authentic, try some place else. read more

Update: I thought I'd give this place a second chance, and once again they are terrible, I asked for a combination Pho wish chicken, shrimp and beef and they told me they can't do that because it would taste nasty? Really I have been eating pho for years and been to several different countries and have had combination pho and have never thought it was nasty. I definitely will never come here again, and if you are smart you wouldn't either. They literally tell you that can't make Pho the way you want it because it's not the right way and will not taste good, and the two young ladies told me it's better having only one meat? I've been to this place a couple times now and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not sure why it has taken me so long to write them a review, but I'm sorry. Every time I have gone I've been treated by an extremely happy and pleasant employee. They've taken my order quick and have brought my order each time fairly quickly after I had taken my seat. I've had both the Korean Beef and BBQ Lemongrass Pork Bánh Mì. Each was extremely delicious. Each was picked with flavor and I had a hard time setting it down. Between the two you definitely can't go wrong. I will definitely get both again in the near future. I have not tried their Pho yet but seems to be a pretty popular item there as each time I've been there two or three other customers have ordered it, so that's definitely on the list to try. This place is definitely worth driving to and giving them a shot. They have a very large menu and I doubt you could go wrong with anything on the menu. Place needs help. First thing you notice is about 15 hand drawn signs. Thought it was a coloring contest. Next no sprouts for the pho. Not a big deal to me cause I don't use them, but my friends used it. Next as we are eating they start telling people that they ran out of noodles. That's what you do. Noodles. Last no clean up crew but there's 2 people standing behind counter. Manager has to be a family member in order to stay employed here. read more

Super confused about how this place got 4.5 stars. Banh mi with jambon and sausage was pretty bad - Thick, dry, barely able to bite through and the sausage looked gnarly, was hard and chewy. Egg roll was just okay, but gyoza was good. Shrimp pork summer rolls were too thick, mostly filled with noodles and a piece of thick processed meat of unknown origin that looked like spam. Pho with shrimp was good and flavorful, but there were random pieces of chicken floating in it. Vietnamese coffee had a strange aftertaste. Would not eat here again. read more

Good service, not the best food but not bad and it's quick. By biggest issue was portion sizes. It was 14$ for a noodle dish at lunch (on the website it said around 9$). For a 14$ plate I'd expect enough to fill the plate but you could probably pick it all up with one fist and it just barely got you to a slight full feeling. I will say they did give an ok amount of meat. Typically the dish I got has decent amount of veggies and lettuce but you could count the pieces of spinach on one hand. Not balanced for what it was at all. I attached a picture of the meal once eaten so you can get an idea of how much food you get in the container. The food didn't go above the rim at all. The place is small you order off the menu on the wall behind the cash register. I got the large combination pho. The broth was greasy and tasted like instant broth and noodles were like angel hair.
