Child sized pho and spring rolls with shrimp

Good service, comfy booths, good food. I appreciated being allowed to order the child size pho. I then justified an order of spring rolls and called it a meal

Went to Pho Basil for an early dinner. Very good food! We had Orange Chicken, Meatball Pho and a Banh Mi. All were very good and authentic tasting. The service was very good, friendly and fast! Lots of seating in a very either bench or table sitting is available. We very much enjoyed our dinner at Pho Basil.

We decided to try the sister company of Basil in Everett since we stop by there weekly. It was pretty close to the same food but not as good of quality. The inside of the restaurant is nice, but a little run down. The server was knowledgeable and recommended plenty of other options. We were close to ordering some of the Chinese food on there because honestly when is Chinese food not good? We didn't, we stayed on course with what we have at the Everett location. The pho was good, but slightly lacked a little flavor. They don't have all of the same hot sauces there either. But either way we finished it. The Bahn Mi we ordered was the bbq pork with extra meat. I can tell you they pile on the extra meat way more than the Everett location. It was delicious and flavorful...the one bad thing was that the last quarter of the sandwich was filled with gelatinous meat which turned me off and I could not finish it. I'm sure the Chinese food is good, which we will be back to try that aspect of it. As for the pho and bahn mi's I'll stick with the Everett location. I will add that anything is worth trying at these restaurants as the prices are more than reasonable. Service was good all in all. I am glad we stopped here and look forward to the next time.

    Pho, wings, and crab ragoons!!!

everything is a 10/10 from the service to the flavors and freshness of the food. i've only been here once so far but I will be going way more often from now on. the crab ragoons and wings are delicious, trying different appetizers today! :) and of course the pho is amazing. this is the best comfort ever.

Better, broth is richer. Fresh spring rolls are very tasty. Nice big tables. Better then the other Pho places in Marysville.

And to be fair, there really aren't a lot of options for Chinese restaurants this far north of Seattle. Most of the other ones in the area are probably worse than this, which is a mildly disturbing thought. I do like the dishes we ordered this time a bit more. I especially thought this seafood tofu soup thing was.....I'm not gonna call it good. But it was alright. Yeah, it's way too starchy in that weird American-Chinese restaurant way. And yeah, the peas and mini corn kind of pisses me off. And yeah, it tastes a little like processed garbage. But in the end, dump some pepper and hot sauce into it, and it's rather enjoyable. You can taste the MSG also. LOL My mom likes the happy family, so we ordered that again. Also got some green bean chicken recommended by the waitress, which is....not terrible. Everything kind of looks and tastes the same, like last time. That oppressive American-Chinese oiliness that I will hate to love forever. This is one of the Chinese restaurants of all time and one of the reviews of all time.

The restaurant was full of angry, upset and some hostile customers all waiting for their orders. I ended up requesting to cancel my order after waiting for over an hour in the store. The team member had no eta for orders to be fulfilled. 30 min after I left I got a text that my order was ready. It makes no sense to not be able to fulfill online orders in a timely manner while the staff focused on the walk in orders. Biggest waste of time ever! Update: the team member wrote down my name and said she would cancel my order for me. Apparently she did not do her job because I still got the text that my order was ready 30 minutes after I left the store. I kept a close eye on my credit card charges and the charge from Panda Express cleared on my credit card's end.

The lady who took my order was sweet and had very good customer service with everyone. They have a cute little eating area if you choose to stay and eat. I highly recommend the meat combo plates. They come with steamed rice and salad and are a must-try. I also got my customized bubble tea, which is my favorite. The Udon, however, didn't taste great as the broth lacked flavor. I loved that they offer complimentary egg soup, coffee, and a water station. There are some tables and chairs for casual dine-in, and orders are placed at the front desk. Service is quick, and it's usually busy in the evenings since there are very few Asian takeout spots in the area. Overall, it's a local favorite.
