As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted and mind you it was the first time there and they let us take our time ordering. It's really cool because you can make your own bowl and you could choose any noodles any meat for additional cost any broth, etc all for $10 or you could already get what is created for $15. Also, the restaurant inside was so cute because there were drawings on the walls and lots of little cat figurines. It is a small place so it will get crowded if there was a lot of people since there are not a lot of tables and chairs. - kimchi tofu noodle: the glass noodles worked perfect with the soup. The soup was the right amount of spice. The kimchi gives it a little bit of sourness, but I just wish the tofu ( it claims to be soft ) was kind of firm. I was obsessed with the pickled radish. (Sisters food) - stew beef rice bowl: this rice bowl was very flavorful. I shared it with my little one and he loved it. The proportions were perfect. The meat was not too hard, but not soft. I would prefer it to be more soft, but I'm not complaining. - pho noodles with Vietnamese soup: the little one destroyed it. The taste to her was really good. I tried it and it was good, but I'm sure it would be better with spices.
