As a pho lover to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I gave 2 stars because the service was quick. However, the basil leaves & cilantro were brown and wilted, the limes were definitely old, the broth didn't seem fresh and the broth is not like any broth I've had from pho before, was hoping for a new good spot since just moving to the area and unfortunately I now know where not to go. :( read more

I've been to the Everett location several times and LOVE it, so I was hoping this location would be similar! There were definitely similarities, but everything was a step down from the quality of the Everett location. Broth was good, but not great. Banh mi didn't have enough sauce on it. The Chinese food was pretty average. The ambience was a little stiff and cold. It wasn't bad overall, but just not what I was hoping for. Hoping they can make some changes to get to the same quality of the Everett location! read more

Better, broth is richer. Fresh spring rolls are very tasty. Nice big tables. Better then the other Pho places in Marysville.

My favorite place for an easy dinner in Arlington. I'm addicted to the vermicelli bowls. Since they've revised the menu, everything is better. Love the skewers of meat on the vermicelli. *However* - the ambience is quite chilly. If they don't want to carpet the whole dining area, at least add strip carpeting down the central walkways to absorb a little sound and add a little softness. And turn up the heat or add a gas fireplace or something. Loud and cold don't make for a good dining experience. The wait staff are attentive and food is good, but this feels like a fast food joint instead of a restaurant. read more

Sad to see this business decline. The last two times i have been in the service has been awful. Tables arent bussed and you have to speak up to get service, much less a menu. The kids they have waiting tables are oblivious to their surroundings. Took us five minutes to get waters and another five plus just to have menus given to us and i had to speak up for those. In the meantime another table was seated and serviced. Wont be back for awhile, hopefully they train these kids or find replacements. read more

I can not speak of their pho. The chinese food is lacking flavor. The S&S pork was overcooked and the meat tasted off. Almond fried chicken was over cooked and old tasting. I did enjoy the fried Almonds. The noodles with beef was bland and lacked the texture of fresh vegetables. The appetizers that came with our dinner for 2 was over fried. A truly disgusting and disappointing meal experience. I usually look forward to eating our leftovers, but this time we hardly ate any and threw the rest away. Drive further and get some actual good pho. This place was not worth the money we spent. The spring rolls weren't good, the crab Rangoon was not good, the pho was not good. Ordered a regular order of meatball pho for our kids to split and it had 3 meatballs in it...what? Hard to believe they're affiliated with Basil in Everett because they are actually good. We have eaten at the Marysville location twice before and loved it. The food tasted fresh and authentic. Our third experience was not so good. The food was totally different than before. It seemed like it was premade and warmed up. The egg drop soup was extremely thick and gloppy with no flavor. The worst by far was finding 3 human hairs in my food. We won't be back. Finding hairs in food is a deal breaker not to mention the inconsistency in the food quality this time around. On a positive note, the server and host were gracious and attentive. read more

The Chinese restaurant that this place used to be was so much better. I ordered sweet and sour pork and almond chicken last night and it was bad. The sauces were already poured onto the pork and chicken which made it soggy. The fried rice portion was so small. And the side of chicken wings I got was way different than before. And not very good and smaller! And for more money. I will never go back. NEVER! read more
