I went by the review and it was truly a disappointment. To start of the coffee was extremely sweet and not fresh, I mentioned to the waiter that I didn't like it and that it was not a Vietnamese coffee and he didn't know what to say but some excuse of I will check, never hear back. And I also never had a second sip. The veggie summer rolls were definitely cheap, they are usually made with cucumber, thread middles, cabbage and basil, give or take. No this place gives you shredded lettuce inside of it with tofu! The peanut sauce is watered down, I tasted the sauce alone to make sure and yes it's watered down. Let's talk about he pho, I ordered the brisket ... the quality of the meat I question where they got it from. A few bites and having to chew and put aside... I ended up trying to at least eat the broth and noodles as I was hungry. I would definitely not go back there or recommend it. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese pho and I was pretty disappointed with this place. I came in one rainy, South Florida afternoon because of the Yelp reviews. My waitress took me to my seat and proceeded to get my order. Although she was very sweet and kind, she was absolutely clueless about the menu items when I asked her for more information. If you usually love your pho with tripe, tendon, or flank ingredients, do not come here because they don't offer any of that (my waitress did not even know what was tripe was LOL!) I had egg rolls as an appetizer which were mushy inside. Their P3 soup was okay, but did not have much flavor as I hoped (I had to add quite a lot of sriracha and hoisin sauce). This place used to be my favorite restaurant but I refuse to ever return because of the horrendous experience I had with Michelle. She got my friend and I'd orders both extremely wrong, our boba tasted like it was made with spoiled milk, our drinks took forever to come out and we never got refills, and she had the nastiest attitude the ahold time we were there. It was rare we could even get her attention, but when we did, boy did we feel like burdens. She'd roll her eyes and heavily sigh when we asked for napkins or a sauce. I've only had pho twice in my life and this has been the best so far. I loved it. We had to wait a while to get seated but I understand why. It was worth the wait (about 30 minutes on a Saturday night). I want to come back to try the pad Thai. All the reviews that mentioned they waited a long time to have a server come to their table, maybe it was a fluke. We had three different people come and try to take our order. The pho tasted phenomenal. The one negative would be the way they keep the names of the people waiting. One of the servers was the one taking the names and the girl helping the take out orders had no idea who was waiting and she was the one at the front of the restaurant and she's the one people saw first. read more

This is our new favorite restaurant. We started coming in January and find ourselves coming back every few weeks. The food is really flavorful. It has some elements of Thai food but includes many more delicate and fresh ingredients like mint, lemongrass, cilantro, etc. The ways that they blend cooked with raw veggies is so satisfying to the palate. I am now obsessed with Pho and cannot get enough! I ordered the spicy beef pho because I love pepper - a steaming, giant bowl of rich, nuanced broth, filled with rice noodles and and other things arrived at the table along with a plate, piled high with culantro,Thai Basil and bean sprouts which you are meant to add to your bowl. We order takeout from here regularly. We enjoy the pho and it is close to our house. My favorite is the brisket pho. I typically love summer rolls, but sadly every time I order them from here I am disappointed. They're never very fresh and the vegetables and herbs are sparse. We decided to eat in the restaurant last week and the service was awful. The guy waiting on us had a rude attitude the entire time as if we were inconveniencing him by eating there. And a women helping to bring out food to our table held a bowl of burning hot pho over my babies head while she sat in her high chair. When I asked her not to hold it over my baby, she rudely said "I got it, it's fine." Um no it's not fine, if you accidentally spill that on my child she will be severely burned. I just didn't appreciate how rude the people were to us. The ambiance of the restaurant is lacking as well. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The absolute worst service I've ever had... They are racist (towards the Vietnamese), rude, cursed at us, and our waitress raised her voice and gave us the finger. I ordered pad see ew- with pad Thai noodles because they didn't have the other noodles- she told us if we didn't like it they won't take it back- which was a weird comment to begin with- followed by that this was Vietnamese culture and this is a very cultural place. They charged us for extra vegetables? - vegetables that were never asked for and come with the noodle dish. When questioned , the waitress had an attitude which was elevated but had been there from the beginning. The owner did nothing about it. I will absolutely never go back here again. She was offended apparently that we had asked the owner to sit at a different table that they usually don't seat the LAST time we came in- so strange that she even remembered us? Such a sad story if this is in the front of her memory - poor girl- truly feel bad. We are regulars of the grilled chicken pho! The saddest day of the week is Tuesday that they are closed! ;) joke aside, this place is nice, friendly servers, the owner is really sweet and helpful and the food is far delicious! The place gets busy, so keep that mind during the weekend. I don't think they make reservations, but could be wrong. We usually order for take out, and every time we go to pick it up it's packed. Outstanding! As a lover of pho, I've tried most of the restaurants in a 20 mile radius. I've been meaning to try Pho Boca since they opened last year. I'm glad I did! I ordered p5- pho with brisket and rare beef. Delicious! Broth was perfect. You can taste the spices, but they're not cloying. The bean sprouts are crunchy and fresh as well. Finally went to dine in today instead of our usual order of take out. We ordered the iced Vietnamese coffee, egg rolls, pho dac biet, and the Peking duck rice plate. The coffee and pho was great, however I usually prefer more fattier cuts in my meats lol. Coffee was nice and strong how I like it with good flavor! The egg rolls were okay...good but a little too much carrot inside. The Peking duck rice plate we wouldn't order again as the duck skin wasn't crispy and had too much bones. Started out fine... appetizers and soup were good, then our waitress disappeared for the remainder of our meal, another girl took our order. We ordered the vegetable entrée (in addition to other things) and the zucchini was sour, all of the other vegies were fine. First a woman came to our table with 2 whole zucchinis and said this is what we used.... seriously.... then the chef comes to our table with a six pan with freshly cut zucchini, we know what zucchini looks like. We asked them both to smell or taste the zucchini on our plate which they both declined. They then CHARGED us for the vegetables... fine 13.50 doesn't change our life but they were so defensive though. Server 1 (the one that never came back to our table after the apps) was at the register when we said its fine we'll pay but its not right, they tried to give us the remaining vegies to go which of course we declined. Let's update my updated review! My brain said NO but my heart said "awe come on, one more try, maybe they've upped their food and service and they were too new when we originally came before". I walked into the store to pick up my take out (the woman on the phone said my 2 Pho Dat Biet would be ready in just 5 minutes). She looked up and greeted me, from behind the fridge (that was blocking my view) I could hear the chef ask her "no den lay do an phai khg" translate "IT is here to pick up the food?" Yes, a very unkindly way of addressing someone in Vietnamese. Ok, next ... the woman who I presumed to be the owner/Emily from the store's Yelp account told me that the broth was not heated and I would have to go home and put it on the stove. Ok?! That's even more odd, I ordered take out so I wouldn't have to cook! She insisted I touch the containers, yes. It was less than room temperature but not refrigerator cold. So I went home, put the noodles and meat into a bowl and microwaved my broth on high for 6 minutes a piece. Time to dig in! The noodles, meat and herbs/garnishment were very fresh and delightful BUT what made the "Dat Biet (special)" about the pho was odd. In the traditional Vietnamese cooking of Pho Dat Biet (also at all other Vietnamese restaurants other than at this one, there was nothing "special" about it. It only included 2 different cuts of beef and meatballs ... my tripe and tendon was missing. Now the broth ... tea colored & diluted. No aroma of what any traditional pho broth should have, no matter how much sriracha & hoisin sauce I add, it doesn't give the flavor of a good pho broth. Very sad. The looks are there, but how much more can I empathize that they need to add the real deal to the broth, it doesn't cost anymore than $2 to buy the packets with the spices to a 5 gallon pot? If we want to introduce our homeland food to people who have never been, at least make it authentic so they can experience the deal opposed to making it Taco Bell's version of Vietnamese. With all these great reviews I'm sad to do this. Being half Vietnamese I grew up eating this food, I was excited as this is literally right next to my home so I called my aunt and my mother who immigrated from Vietnam to come try this place with me, as we are familiar with many other Vietnamese restaurants in Margate and down south. I got there first with my husband and the place was full this made me happy, it means the place must be good. They have no more tables left so they seat me at the bar all the way in the back which is fine if you have no tables then that's what I'll take. We're sitting there for about 20 minutes and this guy keeps telling us that the waiter will be right with us. So I ordered a Thai tea Boba (my fav) and as I am sitting at the bar I watch the girl, who I believe is a friend of the daughter of the owner make my drink. She clearly doesn't have enough liquid to fill the cup so on top of the ice she already put in the cup she overloads it with more ice. There was so much ice I couldn't even get any of the Boba pearls. It was a two sips and all you have left is ice. As we're waiting another couple comes and there aren't any seats. While I was sitting at the bar right behind me is a 4 seat tables that I realize is being occupied by staff so a worker tells them to move and give the customers that just walked in that table..(wish they extended the same courtesy to me). So when I noticed another table finished up I ask to take that table and did. Finally our order is taken and about 20 mins later my aunt and her husband show up. Takes about 20 mins more for anyone to take their order...at this point I've been there 1 hour. Another 20 mins go by we ask the owners husband about our food in which he says sorry it's going to be a long time, I posted online for people not to come at this time ( bare in mind I got there at around 7:45). FYI those people that came 30 mins after me and got the table the workers were sitting in got there food right away. So when I initially ordered my food I had ordered a sandwhich to go for my mom who works down the street. She doesn't get off until 9pm so I was going to eat here and bring her the sandwhich. My mom was able to get off work come to the restaurant, this is now past 9 and her order still wasn't done. Before my mom came the food came out like so; aunt and my husband get there food, 20 mins later uncle gets his, 15 mins later and after complaining again I got mine. Smh literally just a train wreck of service. I wanted to tell you the food was worth the wait but sadly I cannot. In the time I was there I could have bought the ingredients and had my mom cook authentic vietnamese food at home, or drove to margate ate at a Vietnamese restaurant and been home in less time. The owners husbands excuse of I posted online for people not to come and that this is just a hobby for my wife! Who opens a restaurant as a hobby? And who opens a restaurant and doesn't want business on a Friday night? We all had a good laugh in the parking lot about the epic excuses these people had for such horrendous service.
