If you want a lot of noodles! This is your place. Soup and noodle dish serving was enough noodles for 4 people per dish but not much else. Meat and vegetables were lacking in quantity and quality. Egg roll was actually frozen in the middle. Service took 40 minutes to get food after ordering (not busy, only two other small tables) and made me late for work after lunch. I will not return. Very clean. But Friday night at 6 and we are the only customers. The decor is warm and inviting. Not a Pho expert, so I don't have a huge basis to compare to others. I've had it twice before. Start with the soda. Coke products! Yea! But it's a can, and $1.95 a shot. Overpriced. Appetizer: chicken dumplings. Pho: rare steak and meatball: Wife had chicken. Dumplings were served with the Pho - don't know if they were homemade or frozen, but they were ok. My Pho. The meatballs were pretty rubbery, and fairly bland. Plenty of them. But won't order again. Steak was ok, but a little light in amount. The broth had a good flavor, and as noted by others, a little grease floating on top. To be expected with meatballs, but the chicken bowl had the same. Took the leftovers home and put in the fridge. In the morning, I was able to remove the excess fat that had solidified. Of the three trips to a Pho restaurant, this ranks #3, as the others had a little more variety and in one case, a choice of broths (heat and flavors). Not bad. Not awesome. Service was good. Didn't think I would find a good pho spot so close ! They treat any of their patrons well - when I went in for a speedy pick up the woman at the desk knew her regulars and was very sweet. This new Vietnamese restaurant has outstanding Pho, which is their traditional beef soup. They also have a variety of other soups including chicken noodle in a chicken broth. One thing that makes this place very unique, is that they also have 5 or 6 different flavored broths for the Pho. I like trying them all but I really love the spicy tamarind and the kimchee broths. We placed an order for pickup and was told it would take 15-20 min. We waited for over an hour to get our food which was missing half of our order. They gave us the option to wait for them to make the food and drinks they had forgotten, but we were frustrated having already waited over an hour. They were unable to refund us for our food we didn't get. There was one server waiting on the restaurant and running to go orders. Well. this would've been a 4 or 5 star review, but while the Pho and the noodle bowl were both tasty and had good flavor, both the service and the Vietnamese coffee left a lot to be desired. First, there was a young high school aged boy who looked extremely lost and out of place as a server. Definitely could've used more training here. And second, the Vietnamese coffee needed to be served in a more traditional press-style double coffee glass and not in a plastic cup. Other Vietnamese restaurants do this right in my opinion. Fortunately, there was a young Vietnamese lady who was trying to keep the place from bursting at the seams (and it wasn't even that busy). Hopefully the kinks get worked out here. read more

It's great food. The lemongrass chicken pho is awesome, and the spring rolls are some of the best I've had. I tried the bubble tea, which is perfectly made and had tons of flavor. Today was opening day, and the staff was very nice. The menu had many choices, and the prices were very reasonable. The pho bowls are giant! My daughter and I shared one and it was way to much for even the 2 of us. Great bang for your buck! We had the chicken pho and the broth was delicious all by itself. We also shared the shrimp and pork spring rolls and they were appetizing! My daughter got a mango boba drink and she had a hard time choosing because there were so many flavors and u can get toppings for an extra 50 cents. Average, at best. We ordered take out - my meatball pho was fine enough to eat, but I found the broth to be too sweet and too oily. A beef noodle bowl was ordered by my husband - yuck. The meat was covered in gelatinous sauce and the egg roll seemed pre-packaged but served in disguise as fresh?! Service was friendly but very slow. I was told 15 minutes but waited 25. Another party entered to be seated for dine in while we waited for our take out and they must have waited 5 minutes before they were seated - only one other table there so not because they were busy. We frequently eat at other Vietnamese restaurants in Denver and the north side of town, so maybe we are just spoiled? Won't be back. read more

Pho Brothers put my fears to rest, because they're actually better than what I'm used to. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. And the Boba was stupendous. My brother ordered a traditional Vietnamese dish, which he was very happy with. I'm a charbroiled beef and rice guy. And I completely loved it. Went here looking for a great local Vietnamese restaurant. What we got was far from that. It was 50 degrees outside and they had the door open. We walked in and waited for several minutes and eventually someone came up and told us to seat ourselves. Waiter lacked rudimentary customer service skills. Very monotone, no manners or really attempt to wait the table. We ordered rangoons which were very hard... not crispy, just hard. We then ordered the vermicelli noodle bowls. I had to get up to find the waiter who was hiding behind the counter to even get a fork for my 3 year old... he never did bring enough service for the whole table until after I'd asked and then it was just the forks. There was hardly any meat or veggies it was almost all noodles in the combination bowl definitely not worth the $14 I paid. The meat wasn't even warm... I was so disappointed as I love to support local places. But when the drink menu is handwritten and the bar has only 5 liquor choices... I don't think this business will be able to sustain itself. Love their original site south of downtown. Pho proved just as good. Huge 5-star pho bowl with brisket and rare steak. Sides could be fresher though. Also got a beef bun and found it tasty, but very fatty. Deep-fried dumplings to start were good, not great: needed more meat and filling. Soooo good! Great to have a Pho shop in Monument again. Have tried a couple of dishes there now....their cold noodle and spicy tamarin pho... and both were excellent. In fact I'd rate their spicy tamarin Pho as maybe the best pho I've ever had...and I've sampled from allot of different planes in COS over the years. Ok, so I've been eating pho ga for around 7 years now. This is the first time I've ever had chunks of dark meat in my pho, eww! And there were even pieces of cartilage in the mix. This is not the first time I've had questionable pho from them. There was another time I had received pho with huge chunks of partially cooked chicken. As they say, fool me once... . I was so excited to have a place nearby to get noodle bowls. But their noodle bowls are nothing like you would get at every other place in town. Small portion (especially for costing 50% more than most other places), a couple of carrots and broccoli (weird?) that weren't marinated, no peanuts and worst, by far, the Vietnamese egg roll was instead one of those cheap egg rolls you get for the lunch special at a Chinese restaurant (all greasy, making the whole dish kind of slimy).
