Went there today. Food was amazing, very clean interior, service was pretty bad in the beginning and then it got worse. Towards the end of our meal, a young couple was having dispute about payment with one of the workers. They had told the couple that the cash registers were down and asked if they could pay with Cash App, which they agreed to. The worker insisted that their Cash App transaction did not go to her account. (I'm not sure if they have resolved this or anything, Could've simply been a misunderstanding) I had handed them my card to pay, and waited 20 minutes while this disagreement divulge behind me. The worker finally came back (without my card) and said the cash registers were not working and asked if I had Cash App (didn't ask if I can pay In cash first). I had told her no I don't have any of that, I just have my card that she has back there. She just repeated that the cash registers were down and I said OK. My kids are tired. I need to leave. Within 2 minutes I had a receipt and my card back. The amount of my tab is out of my account so they definitely were able to charge my card. I've been going here for over 5 hrs and this place never disappoints. One of the best if not the best Pho places in town. Not pretentious with a fancy building or inside but just great food every time. Some people say the staff isn't nice but they are just curt/business only. Tucked in a shopping center on Austin Bluffs, this place has lots of parking and easy to find since they're located in the front. When you walk in, there's lots of bench seating on the sides and tables in the middle which you can choose from. They'll soon come over with menus and take your drink orders. We always have to order one pho each as the portion isn't too big. No matter what you choose to have in it, they pretty much all taste great. The broth is really good compared to other places we've tried. We didn't try anything else other than their pho but we'll definitely be back. read more

Combination Bowl,Rare Steak Pho One of the most traditional pho restaurants in town. We loved that they aren't stingy with meat and vegetables they provide for the pho. The broth is well seasoned, hot enough to cook your meat and not scorch your tongue. What would make this place top notch is updating the prices on their yelp menu and nicer staff. The waitresses are stern and don't check up on you after serving. The ambiance is okay. They need to clean up more and replace the ceiling tiles, too much dust. My daughter and I have been coming here weekly for years. We do stay and chat for a couple hours which I didn't think was a problem since there is hardly ever more that a couple tables occupied. Today. the owner literally grabbed chopsticks out of my hand when trying to clean off the table. When I asked her what was wrong she told me we stay too long and that we need to only stay on hour from now on or don't come again. I was shocked and so was the couple at the other table. Everything was pretty good and the broth had nice flavor. The only thing we had an issue with was the amount of meat. My wife had to order additional meat due to the tiny amount of raw meat slices she asked for. It was less than the normal amount of eye round that would be served already in your bowl. She normally squeezes a good amount of lime juice and Sriracha on it before placing them into her hot bowl of pho. I can see us coming back here on our next visit to Colorado Springs. read more

Such kind people who work here. My family has been going here for years and it is our favorite place to pick up food from. They are always so sweet and respectful. I was surprised that my meal was actually good here. The interior was pretty mediocre. What was a little weird was that I sat a clear distance from the employee doorway and saw one of their employees just chilling on the couch. I didn't mind it too much.. But, the waitress was a champ and handled taking everyone's orders and take-outs. So, I applaud their customer service. Anyway, I ordered their rice noodle bowl with egg rolls, chicken, and beef with a side of Taro Boba. All the meat was marinated very well and the noodles were delicious. The prices were slightly higher than other places. Eating inside on a cold night meant that I kept getting blasted with cold air every time the door was opened. The best pho I've ever had, hands down, and I've had a lot of pho from a lot of different places! The "marinated rare steak" #14 is fire and adds even more flavor to the already incredible broth. The grilled pork spring rolls are so good I get a second order to bring home and eat later too. The thin sliced pork is marinated and had tons of flavor, & is grilled perfectly before being put into the spring roll. The owner is all business and she can come across a little bit cranky, but honestly it just adds to the atmosphere of this amazing local pho shop.
