    Vegetable and tofu pho
    Miran C.

Ordered Pho with vegetables and tofu in vegetable broth. We ordered medium pho, and it had plenty of vegetables and fried tofu. I was impressed with the taste of the broth, which was unusual. It was one of the best vegetable pho I had. I strongly recommend you try this place. The price was reasonable. P.s. I ordered spring rolls, and I was disappointed. But I am giving 5 stars because it is a pho restaurant.

Combination Bowl,Rare Steak Pho One of the most traditional pho restaurants in town. We loved that they aren't stingy with meat and vegetables they provide for the pho. The broth is well seasoned, hot enough to cook your meat and not scorch your tongue. What would make this place top notch is updating the prices on their yelp menu and nicer staff. The waitresses are stern and don't check up on you after serving. The ambiance is okay. They need to clean up more and replace the ceiling tiles, too much dust. Overall, will be returning for the food.

I ordered Pho Lu'u via DoorDash and the food came very fast, and was very good. They have very large portions of food, but I had one minor issue. I requested to have one item removed from the entree I ordered, but there was an additional item removed. It did not affect the flavor of the meal, but I would have enjoyed having the item in my entree.

I went during my lunch hour and the service was incredibly quick! I ordered the medium size chicken pho and it was just right. The staff was very friendly. I am so glad this place is near my work and will be popping in during my lunch hour more often.

Pho Lu'u is a great pho shop in the middle of Colorado Springs, the broth is tasty, huge portions of the meat and veggies... just the way I like it. Looking forward to going here a little more often since I moved to this part of town. I highly recommend a large combination pho, that way you have some leftovers for home!

Everything was pretty good and the broth had nice flavor. The only thing we had an issue with was the amount of meat. My wife had to order additional meat due to the tiny amount of raw meat slices she asked for. It was less than the normal amount of eye round that would be served already in your bowl. She normally squeezes a good amount of lime juice and Sriracha on it before placing them into her hot bowl of pho. I can see us coming back here on our next visit to Colorado Springs.

Patiently awaiting the arrival of my Pho'. Having AlL of the add-ins beautiful & fresh is a great startt!!!

Do not let the humble trappings of this restaurant turn you away. You may have seen and heard mixed reviews... But I must say that the service is top notch & the taste of their broth is delicious. The beautiful, flavorful mint, freshly cut lime and crispy bean sprouts added the perfect texture and flavor to this delicious soup. TIP: if you really want your beef to be rare, order it on the side and immerse it into your soup as you wish to. Even though I ordered my beef rare... It was already cooking in the perfectly hot broth And, i didnt gave to wait for a 1/2 hour, like some other spots. Obviously, these folks "get it" that they should be ready to serve the item that is in your restaurant's name.

Combination Pho-this is large pho, so filling.

The pho was pretty good! The prices were great! Just a small hole in the wall type restaurant. It wasn't too busy which was a plus.

I stumbled upon Viet's on a whim during a rough patch at work in the Springs and let me tell you, it became my go-to self-care spot. The #58 (pho tai gau sach) is life-changing, and actually the only pho restaurant I've been to that offers this meat combo. The broth is so rich and flavorful it tastes like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. It's hearty, healing, and everything you need on any day, good or bad. Just a heads-up though, you will not be deceived by a small size. A small bowl of pho here is *huge* and full of noodles, broth, meat and toppings, which they don't skimp on at all. It's like they knew I was having a bad day and were like, "Give this girl all the brisket and tripe she can handle." Only con is that it's far from Denver, but like all great loves, some things are worth the distance. When I'm in the Springs, this place is non-negotiable. 11/10 would eat until food coma again.

Clean utensils & the seasoning tray. The restaurants offered booth & regular seats. Nothing fancy, but clean & bright. Noticed many Vietnamese family enjoy their meal together. I am recommended Viet's restaurant to others & will come back for more. Give 4 stars because I am Asian who like my pho served extra hot on temp. But they came out lukewarm. I might have to ask for extra hot next time.

Upon arrival, it was very crowded and very different from your typical pho restaurant. They played loud dance/house/techno music with lights flashing. The restaurant itself is small, probably has less than 15 tables. It took us awhile to get our water and for someone to take out order. We knew right away that our lunch experience will take a long time. We ordered spring rolls, their chicken wings naked, and their pho. I was not impressed with their spring rolls. It was all rice paper and was small. Didn't think it was worth the $8. Our pho broth itself was pretty decent but the meat that came with it was far and few. Don't expect to get a lot with your portion. My son left there hungry. If you want pho, I would try some other places. I admit to being a Pho snob but this place did not disappoint. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were fresh and filled with crunchy veggies. Wasn't a huge fan of the peanut dipping sauce but the rolls were excellent. The rare steak Pho was the star of the show. It came out piping hot with lots of fresh veggies, lots of lime and homemade chili paste. The broth was very flavorful without being too fatty and the steak melted in your mouth. I may have found my new Pho spot and can't wait to try their wings! Also, the business partner/server Uriah was super friendly and service was top notch. TIp your servers extra this season. They work long hours to make us happy!

The pork belly was crisp and fatty and the whole sandwich was a delight. Service was good even though there tends to be a lot of customers come dinner time. Our usual place seemed to be closed today, so we were in searching an alternative. We stumbled upon this one from different recommendations on socials and yelp, and it seemed like it was worth a try. From the outside, it has a very clean appearance and so does the entire shopping center. It feels a little bit out of the way because you may not usually be in this side of town, but still not a problem. Inside, it's still very clean and very organized, and we were seated immediately. Our server quickly took our order for appetizer and drinks. I ordered the combination pho, and the chicken pho. I also ordered their fried eggrolls as an appetizer. The eggrolls were great and they come with the regular dipping sauce that you find at Vietnamese spots. Finally came the broth and the ingredients on the side like basil leaves, etc. The broth was delicious and I was surprised I hadn't tried this place before, but I'm glad I did. This probably one of the best I've had out here. As a sidenote, their prices were not out of control like some of the other places in town so that's something to consider as well.
