Stopped in with my son to get our pho fix on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant is large so plenty of seating. Their menu offers a lot of Vietnamese options. The service is very quick. I especially like that they have several vegetarian options, including a veggie pho, with or without tofu. The pho is always fresh and served steaming hot. We were staying in the area prior to our early morning flight and were in the mood for pho. We searched on yelp for pho that was rated well and also convenient since we were unfamiliar with the area. Our drink orders were taken and we looked at the menu. They had a wide selection of pho along with many other items but we honestly didn't pay much attention to the rest of the menu since we were focused on pho! One of the best pho I've had in a long time! The broth was delicious, along with plenty of noodles and meat. You have the choice between a regular and large bowl; if you get the Dulles 75 Special Combination Bowl then it's an extra $1. The bean sprouts, jalapeños, lime and basil were really fresh. Service is great here - our pho was brought out very quickly and everyone was very nice. The restaurant is super clean and spacious. I don't know if it's due to COVID, but there were no Sriracha or hoisin sauce bottles; instead they brought out a small dish with the sauces in it already. Pretty good, but a little deceptive. Since I am trying to stay within the realms of my pallet, and did not want to change it severely, I decided to go one more round of Vietnamese food. I got the same thing I had gotten the last two rounds, and I succeeded in getting quality taste! I was a bit let down by the fact that they gave me a lot of lettuce in there with the greens, but the pickled vegetables and meat were cooked exceptionally well. Everything tasted great and the noodles were probably some of the best I had in regards to this cuisine. They were liking a flowing ribbon aching to be cut. I think there is a language barrier here because I also ordered summer rolls, but I did not get them because of a "misunderstanding". We get pho here nearly every week. Always a treat. There are many pho options in the area, but this has been our go-to for years.

One of the places that I go to because of its proximity, and on a cold day, pho is good. This place has a lot of seating and seating hasn't been a problem the two or three times I've been. They are quick to come over and hand the menus and ask what I want. I go for their Pho 75 Special Combination Bowl. They are not stingy on the beef and yes, it does come with bean sprouts, mint, and lime on the side. Their bowl is more than enough (and I add a good amount of Sriracha and hoisin sauce in the dish). It's decent and will most definitely fill you up. (They give you a lot of oodles yay). Their broth is just alright. Their summer roll is something else though- I'd skip and pass on it completely. It doesn't taste even close to what I'd expect from a pho place and doesn't have any flavor (hello peanut sauce). Hard pass on this. Mmmm so good! This was my second trip and they have been consistently outstanding. The #3 pho was so yummy and my summer rolles were delish with that thick peanut sauce on the side. I ordered take out and it was very nicely packaged. I asked for no cilantro (devil weed!!) and they kept it off my order without question staff were super friendly and efficient. I've been on a pho binge for 2019, indulging in all the best the local Vietnamese have to offer. Over the prior two years, it was all about trying all the peruvian chicken places in NoVA. And then I got sick of it. All is good and well though, because pho cures everything. If you didn't know, just google "Pho cures everything facebook" and you'll find the scientific video about this very fact. Now, about Pho Dulles 75. The only thing good about this place is the cheap prices. However, I would easily drive an extra 5-10 minutes to the next best Pho location in the area, pay an extra dollar or so, to eat better pho. The pho? Well it was nothing but disappointing. The soup was bland, the meat felt like it was getting old and perhaps overcooked, and the noodles like they had been sitting cold for hours. I typically always get an order of the Cha Gio as a nice comparison to other pho-locations as well. The Cha Gio here was more of the same - bland, filled with "filling" rather than meat, and luke-warm. Just so many marks missing for this to get anything above two stars. TL;DR: If you're in a crunch, short on money, willing to eat anything that remotely tastes like pho, then definitely stop by Pho Dulles 75. But if you have any ounce of integrity in calling yourself a lover of pho, a hard pass is required. read more

Pretty good Pho place in the Herndon area. There's a lot of seating and space so you shouldn't worry about getting a seat here at any given time. We usually come here for our work lunches. They have a large menu with lots of varieties, which is a plus! But if you're just looking for a classic bowl of Pho, the value of the meal you'll get is very fair. For under $10 you can get a large size Pho with any of the meat topping combos they offer; and when they say large, they mean LARGE. I was very full and content with the large size bowl I ordered, so i might go for the small size next time for $1 less. Overall I think the broth is quite fresh and tasty; it's not my all-time favorite, but comparing to many places that offer overly salty broth, I'm very happy with what I'm getting here. The only part I'm not a big fan of is the beef. I usually order pho with eye of round steak, and growing up in NYC, the same dish I've had usually comes with thinly-sliced and slightly rare beef; which has that soft texture that compliments well with the noodle. The beef slices I got in my bowl here are quite thick and fully cooked, which makes them a bit hard to chew. Overall, i recommend this spot for a casual light lunch, especially if you want to avoid that terrible food coma when returning back to your work in the afternoon. read more

I like Pho Dulles 75. Just wanted to say that first because the rest of this review is going to sound negative. Pho Dulles 75 doesn't have the most flavorful broth I've ever had. In this area, I think Saigon Pho Style, Super Pho, and Pho 102 all have better broths. Pho Dulles 75's other dishes aren't anything special either. BUT, if you live in Herndon proper, especially close to the downtown area...I think Pho Dulles 75 is the most convenient and best option. Their prices are reasonable, and their pho is ok. You won't leave feeling like it was the best thing you ever ate, but you'll be satisfied. What Pho Dulles 75 does have over other places is that their service is exceptional. The staff are among the friendliest I've ever come across in a pho restaurant and they treat everyone like they're a regular. The restaurant is clean and has a warm inviting feeling. But the Thai tea bubble tea-- I don't even know what to say, i have had plenty of Thai tea flavored bubble tea in the past... and this did not make it to par. I was so pleased to see Pho 75 in this location as it is much closer to us than the one in Reston. Not only that, but this one is open on Sundays! Now if we want good pho, we don't have to go far to get it. Yes, we were here on a Sunday around 5 p.m. It wasn't very busy then, with only a few tables occupied. As soon as we entered, our server approached us with menus in hand and seated us. The decor is nice with the walls painted coral. There is also some wall art as well as a few ornate chandeliers. The set up is similar to the Reston place when it comes to paying. You go to the counter to pay and there is a jar for tips. Also, this location is much larger. The place was very quiet when we were there---so quiet that when I laughed softly, the people at the next table turned to look at me! It made me feel like we should be whispering LOL! We both knew what we wanted but looked at the menu anyway. There are many non-pho entrees to choose from as well as appetizers. I ordered a regular sized bowl of pho ga while my husband ordered a regular bowl of pho with shrimp. He had a Singha beer while I had a glass of water. The pho here is quite good. We find the broth to have good flavor and don't feel the need to add any sauces to it. There was a very generous amount of chicken in mine and a generous amount of shrimp in my husband's bowl. The aromatics are very fresh and abundant. They consist of basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime wedges. We both enjoyed our meals. So nice to have a bowl of pho on a cold night! As we were leaving, the staff was setting up half the restaurant in anticipation for a large group of people! I'm sure it won't be very quiet then! Pho Dulles 75 is a fairly new Pho spot in the Herndon area, and I give it a thumbs up! The service is always really friendly and nice! They are quick to seat you, and the food comes out fast as well. Both times, I got the Hanoi Combo (they have 3 combos on one of the menu pages), which comes with a bowl of your choice of (beef, chicken, or veggie) pho, a spring roll or summer roll, and a soda. It's $9-something for the combo, which is a good deal considering how big the bowl of pho is. I compared my small bowl of pho to my bf's large bowl across the table, and it is really a good size! A small at Pho Dulles 75 is probably a med-large at other places. As another reviewer mentioned, they give you a ton of noodles and broth (my bf couldn't even finish his broth). Good price for your money! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the broth seems like it's missing something. It still hits the spot, but adding fish sauce and extras like peppers helps give it more flavor. My friend and I were meeting up for lunch and a chance to catch up so we wanted some place casual. We settled on pho and with the power of Yelp it led us here. We both ordered the Hanoi Combo which is: Choice of Beef or Chicken or Tofu Noodle Soup (Regular Bowl), Choice of 1 Spring Roll or 1 Summer Roll, & 1 Soda. I ordered the chicken pho with summer roll and hot tea instead of the soda. My friend settled for the tofu (fried) and summer roll with hot tea. The service was super fast and within less than 10 minutes all the food was out. The summer roll came with a nice peanut dipping sauce that complimented the roll. The chicken pho broth was a little bland at first taste. Once I added some fish sauce, pepper, and some srirachi sauce. That was the winning combination for me. The chicken was more in strips and would have preferred more chunks. Just a personal preference I guess. The hot tea tasted a little like lavender and I am not sure the kind that they used. We were never offered refills on the water nor were we checked in on us during our meal. This place is a no frilly place so don't expect anything amazing. You come here for the food not the service.
