I have to be honest, I was not impressed at all. Still giving a decent rating because the staff are so sweet and decor is beautiful. So a few things, I did a phone order yesterday around 1:20 PM (since I only have a 30 minute lunch) I figured it would be ready by 1:35 PM. I got to the location and it took an additional 15 minutes to get my food/drink out. That to me means service is slow. This isn't the place to quickly grab food and leave. It's more for a dine-in experience (no future carry out for me). I say this too because there's a sushi restaurant in the same plaza that has gotten my good out in 10 minutes tops, not 25. Employees are very friendly here and I appreciate their recommendations. It's a bit of an odd aesthetic of a restaurant given it's randomly placed in a shopping plaza. Now for their food and drinks. I love a good special, so I love the fact that they offer so many deals on the weekday. I did a strawberry matcha with oatmilk. Tasted delicious EXCEPT for the quality of their boba. Way too chewy, so it wasn't cooked long enough. Their pho was excellent but portion size is really small compared to what I'm used to in the pho restaurants in Maryland. However, it came out HOT and fresh so that I can appreciate and was their specialty deal yesterday.

My new favorite spot! My sister and I love coming to Viet Kitchen & Tea House to try out a variety of menu items as well as their milk tea, smoothie, and matcha options. This local restaurant is adorable (talk about a cute aesthetic) and is perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or grabbing a post workout smoothie/coffee! We came in for dinner on a Saturday night and took advantage of their $5 drink deal! I got myself a delicious Creme Brulee milk tea with boba and a bowl beef pho. It was a great pairing - the pho beef was tender and the broth was light and flavorful. The service was speedy and very accommodating! Their staff is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to try their menu items soon!

Honestly, I haven't tried much Asian food outside of the dmv area, but I heard good things about this place. It's a cute local restaurant that just opened and has a wide selection of food, without overwhelming me. The servers were friendly and looked happy to serve us with our big orders for dine in. The food too delicious that I didn't have space for dessert. You will get your moneys worth here! I was pleasantly surprised to see how much meat they give at a reasonable price for basically everything. Other restaurants near me would always skimp, but maybe it's because the area is more expensive? You can get a full meals worth for under $25 and be satisfied. The food tasted authentic with viet flavors you would taste at the Eden center. The meats were flavored and not dry or overcooked, especially the pork skewers and the grilled beef. The pho is pretty good too, but not the best in the dmv area in my opinion. However, to serve pho and other good entrees isn't too common around me. The reason that the service stood out to me because they were nice enough to help us move indoors when it started to rain. Maybe it's normal, but they still had a smile while helping us move everything indoors. They also were attentive to anything we needed, from refills to extra sauces.

Ate there again and got the usual pho beef combo which is amazing as always. we order to go and the way they pack the pho is meticulous to include everything needed but not mixing everything, taking care to keep the veggies and noodles separate so it stays fresh. Love the small details. The rice platter pork is so good. We also got the pork vermicelli noodles and not sure if its a different kind of pork but the rice pork is grilled so it had a nice chargrilled taste while the pork in the vermicelli is seasoned in a red seasoning but not grilled. Would love the vermicelli more if the pork is the same one they use in the rice platter.

Amazing beef pho, would recommend, amazing flavor and the atmosphere is amazing. Service is also amazing I was givin the WiFi password right as I pulled my laptop out. Would definitely recommend.

Banh Mi Cheese Steak - very good, more like a regular cheesesteak. Would have loved pickled carrots on the sandwich, but still yummy!

What a delicious surprise right here in Sterling! First, I had the pineapple, peach lemonade. Yummm! Then, we wanted to try a few things so we had the crispy spring rolls, ban mi cheesesteak, and the garlic shrimp noodles. All were fantastic! We will definitely be back! The owners were very sweet and checked on us a few times. Definitely would recommend!

The food (so yum and large portions), the service (goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied), the ambiance (good music, nice decor and big windows let the light in). all of it makes this place a go to for a comforting, cozy, and warm place to have a meal at. they have online ordering although I don't order online, I prefer to go in person-- they are always on point, generous with their pho broth/meat ratio sizing and not to mention broth is all natural with no additives compared to other pho places that make their broth with added inflammatory MSG that can cause a bunch of issues like IBS and harm your gut bacteria. the owner of this place puts the customers first and support is much appreciated due to the fact it's more costly to make a batch of good broth since no MSG. I had yet to find a place that does not use this in their broth until I found this spot, it's a way better choice for my acne prone skin and I don't notice breakouts after having pho here (FINALLY!!! Yayy!!!) Talking about the meat in the pho, the meat slices are lean and do not have a bunch of fat pieces in it, which is perfect for me and makes very slice completely eatable, never have to take out any fat from the meat. Next the matcha!! its got a super nice flavor and comes in strawberry, mango, brown sugar, earth, and some others but my favorite has got to be strawberry. customizable options for a little extra for people who prefer different kinds of milk, toppings, and more. I am a 19yr old MA and this is the one place I love to come to regularly and tip the workers in my free time. although i am very busy i am always down to stop by this spot throughout the week. they include student discounts, always run deals, and have implemented loyal cards for regulars which can earn you free drinks. (they have a schedule for each day of the week which I think it super helpful in terms of saving money) they sell a bunch of cute accessories aswell, including stickers which I love to get, they are so so so cute and for cheap too-- 5 total for $1 which also comes with its own free bag. overall this small business makes me feel super welcomed whenever i go in and id recommend anyone looking for a new gen experience to check this place out. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. lots of lovely families and old folk love to come here too which i believe keeps its authenticity. The bathroom is also kept super clean and has a nice mirror in it. Their outside area is super cute too. Recommend for everyone to go check this out atleast once!!

Soup came out nice and hot meat with season well and pretty good rice was a little bit chewy but it was still really fragrant and yummy. Spring rolls were pretty good. The interior was really cute and had a table that sold trinkets for a good price. the service was super friendly. They came up to check on us on multiple times

Been dying to try out the new restaurant in our home shopping center. I have to say, I was blown away by the food and the service. I'm a huge lover of Pho and the Pho Ga (Chicken) did not disappoint. Tons of flavor all fresh ingredients. Garlic Beef Noodles were amazing. The wifey had the Tofu Banh-Mi and enjoyed it. The Coconut Shrimp were OK, a little too much breading, but that's just my preference. Last but certainly not least is the Creme Brule Vietnamese Iced Coffee. I'd like to say that I savored the flavor and made it last, but it was sooooo damn good it didn't stand a chance and was gone in a few sips, or gulps if you will!

Viet Kitchen & Tea House had their soft opening today, 12/30/24 and we stopped by to try it. It is a very small location with only seating for about 10 people, this is intended to be a to go place. It is the old Dunkin Donuts location if you've been there before to get an idea of the space. We tried the Beef Pho and pork spring rolls and a Milk Tea. The Pho was good, the broth was not overly salty and the beef tasted great. Note that they do put all ingredients into the bowl rather than on the side like other Pho restaurants I have been to. So if you don't want an ingredient, you need to ask them ahead of time. The pork spring rolls were loaded with pork and tasted awesome although they were extremely hot, fresh out of the fryer. While the restaurant is going through soft opening delays like any other, their employees were all super nice and friendly. Multiple people thanked us for our patience and apologized for the delays, which was really not that bad. It took about 20 mins to get our food. The manager mentioned that this restaurant is a sister restaurant to Pho Nomenal in Ashburn. Only critique we have is the boba tea flavors are limited and they only offer one size of Pho. Hopefully they will add more flavors and a larger Pho soup size in the future. We will definitely be back!

There's a new Vietnamese restaurant right by my house in Sterling/Lowes Island. I have really great things to rave about this restaurant! We were greeted right away with a smile, inside is clean, decorative and modern. We ordered spring rolls, pho and crab fried rice. Omg it's sooooo good, real crab meat. Pho was so tasty, plenty of meat! And Calvin our server was extremely friendly, he threw in a free smoothie since our order was over $25. The mango pineapple smoothie was the bomb!! If you especially like Pho, go try at Viet kitchen & Tea house!

Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again

Ordering is quick and easy through the iPad, and I went with the Beef Perfect Bowl over rice. The portion alone impressed me. It came piled high with grilled beef, fresh greens, rice, and even an egg roll, making it feel like a complete meal rather than just a rice bowl. The beef was flavorful, the vegetables added a nice freshness, and while I'm trying to cut back on carbs, I have to admit the sticky rice soaked up all the savory sauce and was hard to stop eating. The only thing I would do differently next time is ask for jalapeños or another spicy topping. I like my food with a little more heat, and I think that extra kick would have taken the bowl to the next level. There are a handful of tables if you want to eat there, but I grabbed mine to go. Hidden gem is an overused phrase, but in this case it actually fits. Generous portions, solid flavors, and reasonable prices for this day and age.

The fried rice and pad Thai lacked flavor and had an odd taste. The apps were alright. The banh mi was passable but got us feeling bloated within couple bites. Cost of everything was quite low, so may that is a plus for some. Further, when I tried sharing the feedback respectfully - after the waiter wondered why we had barely eaten and refused to go boxes- I was told to write this review online - which itself was weird. It's like the staff want to sabotage the customer experience or highlight the experience for the owner to take note. My best guess is the owner doesn't treat/pay his staff well and they are likely very checked out and doing the bare minimum or below it. The place was a mess also behind the counter, on the way to the restroom etc. with no deliberate storage of the overflow supplies. Sorry for the candor and the harshness- hoping the management takes a serious look and rethinks their work, or reconsider another line of business.

Mangoes were OK not very sweet and Vanilla ice cream was good but you can't go wrong with that if it's store-bought. Overall would give this a 5/10 maybe 4.5/10. You order on the kiosk or at the counter. I opted for the kiosk as the employees were busy, I did however asked at the counter to Change my order after once I realized they had the valentine bingsu since I was feeling more fruit desserts (originally ordered the strawberry & cream). They were accommodating which I appreciated! Service was nice for the most part - the guy that served me my order did not acknowledge me when I said thank you... or when we took him the dish after the food and said thanks again lol service can be spotty based on who you get I guess? Again Curious on the viet food here!

The staff member, Oberon, went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable with outstanding customer service. I ordered the Lychee Limeade, and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Honestly, words can't do it justice. Every part of our visit exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be coming back. We gladly give 4 Sisters Asian Snack Bar five stars for its excellent food, outstanding service, and wonderful atmosphere.

Baybeeee, those egg rolls? Very good. And $25 for those three items was a bit of a steal, especially since the rolls were huge. They have a cute little toy/knickknack area, too. Ohhh, and there's a kids table with coloring supplies. It's small and intimate but very cute. Jasmine milk tea: delicious. Jasmine apparent and can be tasted but not overwhelming. Honestly, though, what I loved most was the service. I think the owner was the man working and he was so sweet. Him and the young woman working were so nice and even so patient with my little when she was paying for her items. I'd recommend and return!

I rate restaurants within their category and concept. I am not comparing a neighborhood boba and…read moretea shop to a Michelin star dining experience. If a place consistently delivers quality drinks, strong execution, and keeps us coming back, that earns a top rating from me. Teadm absolutely does that. We go to Teadm in Sterling often, and it has become one of our go to spots for drinks. Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba is outstanding. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with the kind of texture that keeps you coming back for another sip. One thing I really appreciate is that their milk teas are actually milky and creamy. They are not thin or watery like at some other places. Also, the added traditional boba is excellent! It is consistently chewy, fresh tasting, and cooked perfectly every time. That kind of consistency matters, and they clearly pay attention to quality. They also offer a Brown Sugar Milk option with no caffeine, which is fantastic for the kiddos. Same creamy, satisfying flavor profile without the caffeine, and that has made it a family favorite. Another consistent winner is their Seasalt Bac Xiu Coffee. It never disappoints. Great balance of sweetness, coffee flavor, and that salted cream element that makes it so enjoyable. We have also tried the Color Switch Lemonade, which is good and fun to order. If I could offer one suggestion, I would love to see a classic simple lemonade or a lychee lemonade added to the menu as well. Overall, this place rocks. Great drinks, consistent quality, family friendly options, and the kind of menu that keeps us coming back. A solid 5 stars from me.
