Ok YUM! I did not know there was a chantilly location, bc I usually go to the falls church location. Same good service, same broth, they don't skimp on the meat, ITS SO GOOD AND I APPRECIATE HOW SIMILAR BOTH LOCATIONS ARE!! It is cash only! If you live closer to chantilly and don't wanna drive East to falls church, this is the spot!!! I inhaled it so quick I didn't get a pic but just know it's GOOOOD!

Pho 75 occupies the space that previously housed Pho Bistro. I stopped in for lunch today for the first time at this location. Note that as you are entering - there are a number of signs alerting you to the fact that they accept "cash only" for payment. I sat at a table and looked over the menu - mostly for curiosity sakes - as I already knew I was going to order the Pho Ga - which is #17 on their current menu. And so I did - regular size - I specified white chicken meat only - but I don't know whether that was necessary or not. The Pho came out quickly and the bowl was steaming away. As per usual - I first tasted the chicken broth before adding the plate of aromatics - which was fresh and in fine fettle!: Bean sprouts, Jalapeños. Basil, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Everything tasted fine. The noodles were not clumped and the chicken was tender. The broth was on the light side flavor-wise. I'd prefer a richer, more complex chicken broth - but this was not bad. I added Sriracha sauce to individual bites throughout the meal - and as well to the remaining brother before I slurped it all down! Service was good - and remember - cash only! #Pho75

I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable this place is. $10.45 for a regular size bowl of pho with any selection of meat cuts; $13-14 after tax and tip. I felt that the amount of meat and rice noodles was perfect for a satiating lunch. My friend also got a viet iced coffee (with condensed milk), which you get to pour the drip over ice yourself. Pay with cash at the register. Service was absolutely superb. This will now be my go-to pho place in Centreville--the ambience is cozy and peaceful.

CASH ONLY Visited here on a Tuesday evening, only a few tables of people were dining in the restaurant. I ordered a regular bowl of noodle and it's plenty! The meat is fresh.

It's always a good day for some Pho 75! I'm so glad they opened up a location a bit closer to home. We usually visit the one in Arlington. This is by far one of our favorite Pho joints. Their broth is unforgettable. Full of flavor and depth, perfectly seasoned. Our takeout order was ready in no time. Everything was neatly wrapped and employees are friendly. Plenty of indoor seating is available and the restaurant is clean. They are incredibly generous with the portions, which is greatly appreciated. The price is right and we were all happy with our meal. Pho 75 takes cash only and there is an ATM machine at the restaurant. Can't wait to come back.

The best broth hands down. Huge portions for the price just bring cash because they don't accept credit cards.

I came here after my doc appt. I wanted something warm and they delivered. The Pho had was delicious, I also had a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I hadn't realized the milk was at the bottom of the cup and all I had to do was stir. They were so nice and helpful, when I asked for milk the attendant offered to prepare my coffee for me. That's when I realized my mistake. Anyway, the place was definitely remodeled and felt a little cold. This is cash only, so come prepared. Their menu did not have any variety. I enjoyed my pho and I might go back if I'm in the mood for Pho. I cannot stress enough how very nice the staff was and very very kind and helpful.

My fave pho 75 restaurant out of the bunch. Pho is consistently flavorful with fresh ingredients. Service is quick. Just like the other Pho 75s they are cash only. There is an ATM inside in case you need it. This is my go to spot for Pho.

TL;DR: CASH ONLY. Only has pho. It was good enough This is a popular spot that has been in the NOVA area for quite some time, and now they've opened a new location in Centreville. NOTE: This is CASH ONLY. They have an ATM in the corner if you need to withdraw cash for your bill. Service was nice. FOOD: ~They only have pho. No spring rolls or vermicelli or rice dishes. So I would expect the pho to be top tier ~Pho (3/5): The broth was okay and they give an decent portion of noodles. The meat was SO DRY and tough. Quite disappointing. Maybe I'm missing something on the hype/following of this place. If I wanted to curb a pho craving, this would be enough. But with better pho spots nearby, I would not opt for this location.

*****CASH ONLY***** (they have an ATM machine near the bathroom entrance... It's located in the old Pho bistro space. Pho 75 is OG and people show up just for the name... They are unapologetic... we only serve Pho... no vermicelli, no summer rolls... just Pho... take it or leave it... something about that speaks volumes even before your first spoon full of broth... it's a statement. The soup is deep and rich... you know they took time to boil the broth for the proper allotted time... the meat is soft and tender... little thicker than I like... but nothing to complain about... The service is quick and fast paced... a ton of people are always waiting for a seat... they want you to order, eat and clear out... Winter is coming... this place is going to be packed... come at an off hour if you don't want to wait!

So this Pho 75 location is not as good as the OG ones. The broth just didn't taste as good. Two things to be aware of: 1) They take cash only 2) There is nothing on else on the menu, but Pho

**TIP: CASH ONLY!!! (Bring cash)** Ambiance is just like the traditional simple Vietnamese Pho restaurant vibe. Service here is quick and friendly--got me in and out in less than 10 minutes with my togo order. Came here right when they opened to grab lunch to go, ordered three bowls of pho and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá). They packaged everything so neatly and reused boxes as to go carrier, which I found very efficient (less waste for unneeded bags) and organized. They packaged all the broth separately and noodles, meats, cilantro, and onions in another. The broth was perfect, plenty amount of meats and toppings, they did not skim at all! My Cà Phê Sữa Đá was perfect, the traditional strong Vietnamese coffee with the sweeten condensed milk, perfect rich and sweet combo. Awesome spot to get your pho craving fix.

Food was amazing. This is classic Asian spot. Cash only. Know what you want to order and you'll be good.

We all know Pho Hoàng is just limping at this point and pho Duong is probably the same: both expensive and lacking flavor pho.

Ambiance is casual. It's a small restaurant at a strip mall (the restaurant's capacity is 85 people). This place always has customers but at peak dining times, there's a wait out the door- yes, even during summer sometimes, but especially when it's cold or raining. Their pho is spectacular, as is their vermicelli bowls, spring and summer rolls. Banh xeo is mid-- there's a specific spice that throws it off (maybe turmeric). I stopped by here recently and noticed they have new menus. Quick skim: pho prices haven't changed, but certain menu items have gone up about $1. If you're looking for a sweet treat after lunch, there's a Sweet Frog 2 doors down, Okaeri next door (Japanese soufflé pancakes and lattes), Paris Baguette a few yards away. There's plenty of parking but you might have to park a few yards away when it's busy.

The meat portion was generous, which I appreciated. We also ordered the cha gio, but it wasn't worth it in my opinion. It was pretty underwhelming and not something I'd order again. Service was fine, and while our table was slightly sticky, it wasn't a huge issue or anything that affected the meal. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're craving a decent bowl of pho, but there wasn't anything that really stood out enough to make me eager to return.
