The pho was delicious -- the broth was flavorful, and the meat was super tender with tasty meatballs that really hit the spot. Pho 75 occupies the space that previously housed Pho Bistro. I stopped in for lunch today for the first time at this location. Note that as you are entering - there are a number of signs alerting you to the fact that they accept "cash only" for payment. I sat at a table and looked over the menu - mostly for curiosity sakes - as I already knew I was going to order the Pho Ga - which is #17 on their current menu. And so I did - regular size - I specified white chicken meat only - but I don't know whether that was necessary or not. The Pho came out quickly and the bowl was steaming away. As per usual - I first tasted the chicken broth before adding the plate of aromatics - which was fresh and in fine fettle!: Bean sprouts, Jalapeños. Basil, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Everything tasted fine. The noodles were not clumped and the chicken was tender. The broth was on the light side flavor-wise. I'd prefer a richer, more complex chicken broth - but this was not bad. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable this place is. $10.45 for a regular size bowl of pho with any selection of meat cuts; $13-14 after tax and tip. I felt that the amount of meat and rice noodles was perfect for a satiating lunch. My friend also got a viet iced coffee (with condensed milk), which you get to pour the drip over ice yourself. Their broth is unforgettable. Full of flavor and depth, perfectly seasoned. Our takeout order was ready in no time. Everything was neatly wrapped and employees are friendly. I hadn't realized the milk was at the bottom of the cup and all I had to do was stir. They were so nice and helpful, when I asked for milk the attendant offered to prepare my coffee for me. I came here when they first opened up and it was just meh. Apparently they've fixed things up and sorted out the kitchen because this pho was awesome. Plenty of meat and the noodles were cooked well. Similar to other Pho 75s in the area, the interior is pretty plain but this one is a step above the cafeteria feel you get in Herndon or rosslyn. This place is an institution in nova. So much so that they're cash only, only serve pho, and people comply. Interior is still very much the former pho bistro with new 75 touches (cafeteria style tables). I did take out but dine in might have to be the move because I was not crazy about the packaging. Scallions, cilantro, meat, noodles were all crammed into 1 Chinese takeout box. The noodles were congealed together but loosened in the broth. I had a regular pho with rare steak and brisket. I didn't like that rare steak came cooked in the broth- I prefer it packaged raw on the side. Broth was delicious, but it wasn't as good as I remember pho 75 to be. Also, they have stiff competition being as pho Duong is .2 miles away and offers everything from usual pho offerings (summer/ spring rolls/ vermicelli) to rice dishes and other entrees AND accepts cash, card, Apple Pay. Pho 75 carries a big name if you're in the DMV area. If you've been to the Falls Church location, you can see why. It's a staple! The Food: I went with the Large Pho Tai Nam. After taking a sip of the broth, it immediately brought me back to the good ole days when I went to the original Falls Church location. The light, but flavorful broth was absolutely delicious. The meat quality was good and portions were very generous as well! Loved the Pho here. The Service: Service was great! Staff were friendly, the menu was short and straight tot he point. And the food was brought out in a timely manner. The Atmosphere: The restaurant is as original as it can get when it comes to decor. The same aesthetic, with just tables, chairs and minimal decor. No fancy, modern decor to try and spruce up the place too much. You don't get that these days with the modern Pho restaurants. However, the place is nice and clean, with plenty of seating! So delighted to have a branch of Pho 75 in Centreville! We have patronized the original location for many decades, but truthfully it's a bit of a drive for us. This is much, much closer. We had some typically great soup...added extra meatballs. The condiments and herbs were plentiful and fresh. Service was great. We are very happy campers. Yum yum yum! The new interior is clean and fresh! Liked the style. Newly open for the past three weeks. Wasn't too busy on a Saturday night...but I predict that will change as people find this new location. Pho 75- yes the same one you'll find out in Arlington--has landed in Centreville! This new location replaces the former Pho Bistro in the Centreville Square II shopping plaza (near the Lotte.) This pho shop has all of your standard pho choices. You can upgrade from a regular to a large size for only about a dollar more. The broth is flavorful and the meat was fresh. Keep in mind that this shop doesn't sell any appetizers but they do sell some deserts. The service was excellent and the food came out lightning fast. As usual, it's served with a mound of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeño, and lime. Just like the other locations, this place is cash only. I have to give this five stars. I did not know what to expect. I'm not a soup person however I was amazed how fast the service was. I ordered an a soup came out within five minutes for those who are not into Vietnamese soup it's basically noodles with some meat and your broth then you get to add your sprouts and your green leafs. Not knowing what to order or order the fatty brisket. For first time people, I would recommend a small or medium bowl. We came in, was seated promptly, but no menus were given out for a bit. Server came up to us asking if we were ready to order, clearly we did not have the menus available. Simple mistake, let it slide. Gave the benefit of the doubt. Ordered our food, tasted awesome as always. I then proceeded to find a fly in my food and asked the server to replace it like normal. I suppose this server wasn't fully awake in his brain as he brought me the complete wrong order! I then told him this is the wrong order and he tried blaming it on me. I was flat out discombobulated. He finally gave in and said he'll fix it. Instead they bring out raw meat, the cherry on top, with no other ingredients of the original order i asked for! This isn't take out it's a dine in for goodness sake. Again, food is always great, but please it is not that hard to have basic decency regarding customer satisfaction. I use a wheelchair and must share my negative experience at Phở 75 in Centreville (near Ciro's). I preface this by saying I have given this restaurant two chances. The story I'm about to tell is identical to both chances I gave. I walk into the restaurant with a friend. There are probably 30 tables in the restaurant, and maybe 2-4 other customers. Very empty. Entire rows of unused tables. The host says I may select any table. I select a table that is one of an entire row of empty booths, in the semi-center of the restaurant. We get our menus and the young waiter comes over and tells us the manager has asked me to move. We ask why. He says "the food is hot" so I am causing a safety concern by being where I am. I look around. There are no other patrons near me and about 3 different clear avenues a waiter could take to reach my table. We politely refuse and say we are not worried about the food being hot. The manager then comes over and forces me to move. He directs us to a table in the far corner of the restaurant, which feels very segregated and out of view. My friend moves, and I follow hesitantly. But a moment later, I tell her I refuse to give money to this establishment. We leave. This is the second time this has happened. The first time was the same exact story: Almost no one in the restaurant. I selected a *different* table than the one I selected today. And guess what? I was told to move then, too, to a place that was way in the corner and out of the "way" when in fact there were just as many clear avenues to me where I originally selected. I have been in hot soup restaurants before (ones way more crowded than this) and never have I been forced to move or been treated this way. It is hard to not conclude that the manager just wants wheelchairs out of the main area. I had tried to explain why this was offensive at the time, but they did not care. I decided maybe they were having a stressful day and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then they did it to me again today. This restaurant is discriminatory and belittling to disabled people. There are many nice pho restaurants in Centreville. Please consider giving your support to another one. I don't like speaking negatively of anyone, but I cannot overemphasize how ugly the feeling is to be treated this way. I would be happy to talk to the owner of Pho 75 about this more deeply if he is truly willing to listen and understand. Thank you for considering my experience. read more

They just opened new franchise location here in Centreville few weeks ago. Price is same as Arlington location, L $11.45 but cash only! They have ATM machine inside but there is a fee. Definitely a competition to existing Pho Duong, Viet Gol and Yi's traditional soup! We like them all for different dishes and cheap food. Meat is soft and portion is good! The first pho I ever had was at Pho 75 in Rosslyn 20 years ago when I worked in that area so I was happy to see them open a new site in Centreville. The dining room is bright and stylish. I had my favorite pho tai with raw eye round beef steak that cooks in the hot broth. The soup was excellent with flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. Their fresh lemonade/limeade was very good BUT they filled my glass with huge ice cubes and didn't even top the drink... the lemonade stopped about 3/5 to the top :( No appetizers or other viet dishes, by the way!
