A restaurant with so much potential especially the kind of space they have with all sorts of charms that reflect the very ethnical traits, my yesterday's experience wasn't too bad and yet I noticed that the people who work there (they appeared to be the owner and his wife?) could utilize a bit more polished customer service skills. I mostly interacted with the man who was, from the get-go until I got my food and left, blunt with a frown look. Was he having a bad day or is he always that way? It was hard to fathom. I thus decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was his worst day (ha ha!) Since I tried to make it a better day for him, I said extra "Thank you" but I failed to soften his bluntness; he reacted each time with "Okay, I got you, just go" kind of attitude (LOL!!) Oh well! The food I got me for to-go was B7: Stir Fry Vegetables With Tofu Noodles Bowl ($17 as of late March of 2026). After finishing a side hustle job assignment at the nearby store, I was absolutely famished. I wanted some non-meat protein with lots of veggies so this dish simply popped out of the menu. Glad that I got this because... The dish was more than what it looked. Well-portioned with lots of veggies as the description of the dish on the menu says. I wish there were more tofu pieces however. Not to mention, the vermicelli noodles were also part of the ingredients. Everything was cooked in some light-colored sauce that was simply just right especially in the amount of salt. My type of food indeed. Would you believe it if I said that I devoured it in a matter of 15 minutes or so while chewing well? It hit the spot. This Evergreen neighborhood is not my normal activity area (as I have stated, I was in it due to my job assignment). I am not sure if I will be back to utilize the business ever. But if I do, my hope is that the service improves by then. If the workers are more hospitable with warmth, it will thrive in this mountain town; they surely can change the current rating of 3.5 stars. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Love the spring rolls, their peanut sauce is delicious. My partner gets the golden chicken, the sauce SLAPS. A tad overpriced but they have a rewards program. The ambiance is cozy, we love dining in. It's usually just ran by who I'm assuming is the owner and his wife, very straight to the point. Good vibes. Pho is great! Vacationing from DFW and found this gem. Crab Rangoon is delicious, with the coconut cream cheese. Sauces are flavorful and the dumpling appetizers, often bland at other places, were wonderful. Impressed by everything we tasted. read more

The restaurant is clean and quiet and not something I would expect to find near the mountains. I was happy that the owners were Vietnamese along with the staff (whenever it's this far from the city- it's always a hit or miss). The food was good and really great if you want some Vietnamese food while up in Evergreen. The prices are reasonable. There's nothing that sets it apart from the Vietnamese restaurants on Federal but it's good for a craving when so far out. read more

Amazing food! We had the vermicelli noodle! And they have a kids menu which was awesome for our kids! The restaurant is so adorable!

Good Pho. We really enjoyed it. She had the rare steak and I had the chicken. Quite yummy. The crispy egg rolls were quite good too. There's sometimes a small language barrier, but everyone there has been super nice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will be back too for sure. read more

I have been coming here a couple times a month ever since they opened. I absolutely love Pho Evergreen. The chicken pho and seafood pho are my go-to. I've order a whole side of the chicken broth when I had the flu and it truly brought me back to life. When I bring kids here they love the food options as well, especially the wontons and dumplings. I often crave their sesame chicken as well. I love to get the boba here!! Taro is yummy :) I can't say enough good things about the owners and staff. They genuinely care about doing their best to provide high quality and prompt service. The owners have even began to remember me and my sister's favorite orders over the years. The environment is cozy, not overstimulating, and a great place to meet friends or family. Very wide menu variety and quick service whether to go or dining in. As of today, this restaurant isn't actually open. THEY ARE DRIVING TAKE OUT FOOD UP FROM GOLDEN! We ordered takeout tonight and were surprised when they told us there would be a 45 min wait for an order of pho, crab cheese wontons, and boba. Then they gave us a call 5 min later saying our food was ready. When we got there, it turns out they had called the wrong customer. The employee who was standing outside the restaurant said, "why don't you just go shopping while you wait". Luckily we live a few min away but... seriously?!?!! Had I know this, I definitely wouldn't have ordered boba and crab cheese wontons. The wontons were soggy and the boba completely inedible having frozen from the sweeter than ice cream drink that had melted around it. Oh, and the drink was the wrong flavor. My husband's pho was fine, nothing to write home about. I am sympathetic that the build out of their new space isn't going well but DISCLOSE THAT THE FOOD IS NOT LOCAL so your customers can at least buy food that will be good when it gets there. If you are craving pho and ok reheating it, sure. But I wouldn't get anything else there, at least until they have a kitchen. read more

We came here after a long and cold hike, so pho was a perfect recovery lunch. I got the spring rolls to start and the rare beef pho. The spring rolls were good, very fresh vegetables and clean shrimp. The peanut dipping sauce was kinda thick so I think I just used soy sauce. The pho was fantastic. The broth was refreshing and the noodles were cooked perfectly, not too soft or hard. They gave us a generous amount of toppings. The meat quality was just alright, but it was still a good bowl of pho. This place was a great choice after our hike. read more

Got boba tea and ice coffee - $15! The boba were frozen or something. Tasted like there was a pound of sugar in each so we threw them both away. The guy at the counter is the one who made them. Definitely 5 star pho! Delicious broth and loaded with fresh veggies like broccoli , carrots, cauliflower, onion, scallions, bean sprouts, mint, jalapeños, fresh lime. I also had about 8 shrimp with the noodles in the bowl. It was about 37 degrees in Evergreen, so this was just the right dish for lunch. The decor is beautiful and the restaurant is very clean and new looking. There is lots of lighting and fresh plants hanging in baskets. Seating offers comfortable booths and tables and chairs. Restrooms are clean and decorated. It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking not far from King Soopers. Service was efficient, not overly friendly, but polite and fast. Prices are slightly higher, but the amount of veggies and shrimp were worth it to me. I will stop here again! read more

Best part of this place is the decor. So many plants!! I feel like I'm in a new world when I enter. Paired with traditional art, huge paintings, and antique furniture with really nice tables and booths - I sat in awe for a long while, ignoring my friend so I could just soak in the really cool ambiance. Do not recommend the spring rolls unfortunately. Their peanut sauce is too sweet. Coconut juice is the jarred stuff from a Vietnamese grocery store, not fresh. Their banh mi was only ok. A bit overpriced for Asian food, but hey -- it's Colorado -- Asian food isn't cheap like it is in Houston. But the food was pretty good. We started with the fried egg rolls and the spring rolls. Both were pretty good. The wrapper on the fried egg rolls was crispy and was a bit bubbly like it expanded during the frying process -- tasty but just different in appearance compared to your typical egg rolls. I enjoyed my pho -- hot soup and noodles are SO good on a cold winter night. G enjoyed her chicken vermicelli, although this restaurant's fish sauce is the only fish sauce I've ever had that had so much heat/spice -- it was medium, whereas most fish sauces in my experience have been made with zero to minimal spiciness. read more

I have been a regular at this place for almost two years now. Sadly, since they had to close for over a month last year (I believe there was a death in the family, and I am very sorry for the loss), the service for take out has been abominable. Because they have two locations, I always indicate that I want to pick up my order at the Evergreen location. On a couple of occasions, I have arrived to pick up my order and the order has never been placed. The woman on the phone somehow never calls Evergreen to let them know about the order. So, I sit and wait for the food to be prepared. Not a big deal, but when short on time, it is a huge inconvenience. Today, I had a really, really bad experience. I called and ordered on order of Pad Thai with a mix of tofu and chicken. I didn't want extra protein, only a 50/50 mix (or so) of the protein, but the lady told me there would be an upcharge. I said "Ok", and decided I would pay the extra rather than try to explain as basic explanations don't go over very well with this staff. I showed up and picked up my lunch order. I paid $23.00 for the pad Thai. This is quite high, inflation or not. When I got home and opened it, I found it only to consist of chicken, tofu, veggies and sauce. No thai rice noodles. NONE. No noodles in sight. Odd, right? But at that point I could not drive back due to work and was really hungry as well so I ate the noodleless noodle dish.=(. I did call them to let them know as I thought maybe they had a new cook or someone who had forgotten to include the noodles??? I was told that a pad thai w/o noodles was "ridiculous" - "yes", I said, "I agree.". After assuring her this was my experience, she said she would check into it and call me back. After 3 hours had gone by and no call back, I called her again. She didn't apologize for the mishap or for not calling me back. Instead she told me they have a camera and the camera recorded the noodles being in my package. I assured her they were not. She argued that they were. I told her that I was disappointed because I was a regular and a fan of this restaurant but if she couldn't even acknowledge the error (no refund requested on my end, mind you), then there was no use in me continuing the laborious conversation about a camera. Sad tale because this restaurant really makes good food. But sadly, the people running it need a manager who knows what it takes to run a restaurant properly. The pho is amazing (albeit light on the meat) and the other dishes are really tasty as well - but the take out experience is about a 1 star total. Quickly prepared and tastfully presented... My Spouse had the Chicken Pad Thai, it was tasty and had a hint of peanut and coconut milk in the sauce. My Vietnamese family and I were surprised to find this viet restaurant in the middle of seemingly nowhere Colorado. The owners were very nice and came from Houston like us! (Texas reopen). They have an extensive menu. My parents said the pho was alright and the spring rolls and papaya salad I had were good too! (Though the peanut dipping sauce is a bit different than usual, more sweet and coconutty). They blessed us with some hot delicious sesame balls at the end for dessert! We found this place on our way up to Evergreen for the Christmas holidays. It's in a strip mall and is easy to pass by. We ended up eating here twice as it was so fast and fresh plus the portions are huge. They were only serving Pho or noodle bowls when we were there but they had enough variety to keep it interesting. The owners are sweet, if a bit hard to understand with the masks on. Try it after a freezing day on the mountains you will be glad you did. read more
