Stopped by this place as a table of one as a whim after reading about it on r/denverfood Sooo delicious! Incredibly fresh veggies, crispy flavorful tofu and zingy pickled radish all accompanied my bibimbap. My server, Ellie, and her husband run the place together as a team of two. Ellie was delightful and so sweet! Small, intimate space that is very adorably decorated. They even put together a separate "deconstructed" kimchi for me to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Highly recommend to all who happen to be in the area- even worth a drive.

Excellent Korean food just where you don't expect it. Service is outstanding!! Finally a great place with warm goodness on the winter days here in Evergreen.

Tried Ginger Itaewon with my husband this weekend for lunch and it was the best meal we've had in a long time. I've eaten at so many Asian restaurants in and around Denver and Boulder and this is my favorite meal I've had. We got the fried chicken, glass noodles, kimchi stew, and spare ribs and it was all insanely delicious. The owner waited on us and her husband was the chef. She was incredibly sweet and helpful and was so happy we were there.

Food was excellent and large portions even at the lunch price. Service was very attentive. Prices were very fair. We would go again.

We couldn't have asked for a better addition to the Evergreen community than Ginger!! My family and I visited with a group of 5 last Wednesday night and had a perfect 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is small and cozy with plenty of tables. The service was absolutely excellent. Our server was so kind and had a great personality. The owner also came over to check on us to not only ask what we thought about the food, but also if we had any feedback as they are a new restaurant. We had no critiques to give because everything was excellent. We ordered: Cauliflower Manchurian Reshmi Malai Kabob Pani Puri Bhindi Masala Chicken Tikka Masala Old Dehli Butter Chicken Vegetable Biryani Naan All the food had incredible flavor. My personal favorites were the Reshmi Malai kabob because it was unlike any Indian dish I'd had before, the Butter Chicken because it had a rich and delicious flavor without being heavy, and the Vegetable Biryani because it was made with masala spices and so different than any biryani i've had. I also really enjoyed the Bhindi Masala because I don't always see Okra at restaurants and I love it. Overall the food at Ginger is fantastic and we are so happy to have them in Evergreen. We're also looking very forward to trying their Thai menu next time!

From the second I walked in, service was impeccable, welcoming, and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to walk me to the restroom (as it was my first time dining here), out to my patio table, and quickly brought water. Everyone was dressed up for the occasion, chandeliers were lining the interior with a gorgeous and sophisticated look, and the music was a fun K-Pop/dance vibe. Our table of three started with the Buddha Button (essentially a lemon drop martini with Deep Eddy's and a special flower that invigorates your taste buds to create a literal "party in your mouth"). Anything cold adds to the buzzing, vibrating energy; pair the flower with a cold cocktail and it's a phenomenal experience! We also had a bottle of white wine - it was to be expected: tasty. We tried the crab rangoons and thought they were a fun snack, although $21 for four rangoons was tough. I could've gone to Panda Express and gotten four for $3.99 and called it a day. Christine and I both had the Miso Sea Bass - easily the crowd favorite. Even though it was light, it was very flavorful with the sauce, mushrooms, and rice included in the meal. It was mostly filling, though charging $64 for that as the main entree is quite a big stretch. The crowd winner was our server, Maddie. She had amazing recommendations, a full understanding of the menu, and was very attentive and personable. Overall, fun experience! I like spice, but my husband isn't as big of a fan. The server told us "They're spicy. They're too spicy!" so we went for the Lil Dragon Wings at his recommendation. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with grilled Wagyu beef which was grilled directly in front of me, and topped it with a ramen egg, corn and lime.
