We tried a lot of different items on their menu from the drunken noodles, red curry, Ramen, soups and everything is truly freshened and delicious.

The Karaage was decent but the dipping sauce was off. The pork belly ramen broth, which should be the heart and soul of any ramen place was overly salty with a weird flavor. The sesame dashi ramen was bland. The chicken katsu was dry, and the sauce was just wrong. The pickled radish and cauliflower that came with it was unnecessary and overwhelmingly vinegary. Pickling should enhance; this just assaulted. The bibimbap was less than memorable as well. Then there were the chopsticks. The cheapest wooden chopsticks imaginable - the kind that snap in unexpected places and in ways that make you question the physics of wood. A small detail, maybe, but it says something about how much a restaurant values the full dining experience. While the service itself was friendly and attentive, the overall experience didn't feel even remotely authentic. Not one of the staff were Asian which should have been an indication from the start.

If you're anywhere near Fort Collins and haven't tried Kujira Ramen, you're missing out…read more I went all in: gyoza, pork belly steamed buns, and Tonkotsu Ramen -- and every single bite was absolutely unreal. The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. Every spoonful made you slow down just to appreciate it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Clean atmosphere, great service, incredible food. 10/10 -- already planning the next trip back.

But they were also fairly quick with the appetizers that we tried. The barbecue tofu was surprisingly delicious with a great texture and yummy sauce. The Gyoza was also a fan favorite with a light crispy bottom and a good filling. We tried two different ramens with two different proteins. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin. Overall, I felt like this was a nice bite to eat and definitely filling. The only thing I felt that was lacking was the service on refilling water. I would definitely come back if I was around the area. They definitely got busy pretty quick.

Chicken teriyaki was the most tender and juicy white meat chicken and full of Japanese flavor. Cucumber salad was freshly made and the sauce was delicious. We also had Tonkatsu Ramen which blew me away. I have been to Japan many times and Moonga transported me back again. FRESH ramen noodles, marinated egg, rich broth and a bit of origami with my carrot butterfly. I will return for more and give their sushi a try next time. Arigatō

From this description I expected to find real (not imitation) crab, at least in the top. It was a high priced roll $22, and typically when sushi menus go out of their way to define it as king crab it is actual crab. I was very disappointed to have imitation crab draped over my roll. The other roll I ordered was the Jessica Alba which I orders melted mainly for the thinly sliced lemon topping. Disappointed again then half of the roll did not have this element. My hubby had chicken teriyaki, would strongly not recommend. Service and timing was mediocre at best as I had to stare at my rolls for ten minutes as we waited for his food to arrive. Pros: minus the disappointing elements the rolls were good. Atmosphere was nice. Place was clean. Would not like try again.
