My husband and I rarely eat out, so when we do, we hope it's worth it. After catching a matinee movie at Regal Pearl Highlands, we worked up an appetite and decided to try Pho Heaven, conveniently located just a couple of doors down from the theater. I ordered the Chicken Pho, while my husband chose the Combo Pho with assorted meats and fish balls. We also shared an order of calamari. First impression: the food arrived incredibly fast! Our pho bowls were on the table in less than 7 minutes, and the calamari followed shortly after. Now for the star of the meal--the broth. Without exaggeration, this was the best pho broth we've ever had. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, it was the kind of broth that keeps you sipping long after the noodles are gone. The portions were generous, especially the protein. My husband joked that he had meat in every single bite of his combo pho. The chicken in my bowl was tender, juicy, and not dry at all. The fresh vegetable garnishes were crisp and vibrant. As an avid gardener, I pay close attention to produce quality, and these veggies were top-notch. The restaurant itself isn't very large--about 10 tables--but that's part of its charm. Everything feels fresh, clean, and bright, with a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated that the tables weren't crowded together, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable conversation and meal without feeling like you were dining with the people next to you. Been here twice because it became my favorite pho restaurant! The pho was delicious and the best part was the amount of meat you get with each order!!! I basically ate only the beef, tripe, tendon and meatball leaving majority of the noodles(monitoring carbs.) The male employee asked if I needed to take it and I said Delicious but in a whispered voice said diet. He was so polite and said I take it away. We also had the spring rolls- rolled perfectly, fried to perfection- so crispy not under or overcooked. Only thing they only give 2 pieces of lettuce but it is plated prettily. First off, this is such a good location! Ample parking, in a shopping center, super clean and brand new! The hubby and I LOVE pho and are always looking for pho places. We decided to try this place out last night since we were in the area. He ordered the pho with meatballs and I ordered the vermicelli bowl with spring roll and bbq pork. The service was pretty quick and the place was packed. We got there around 6pm-ish. The hubby loved the broth but said the portions were pretty small compared to other places we've been. He said he'd get extra noodles and meatball next time. My vermicelli bowl was a pretty big portion and had 1 spring roll, grilled pork, pickled carrots and daikon, lettuce, mint, and bean sprouts. My co worker & I came to this place after work to try it out. I think they're fairly new? Located in Pearl highlands by BWW. When we got there around 1, there were ample seats available so we were able to sit right away. I ordered the oxtail stew and my co worker got the banh mi dip, and we shared the papaya salad. I know, I know. We came to a pho place and didn't even get pho. But everything looked so good we couldn't decide. The oxtail stew beef or brisket? Not sure what it was, but it was so TENDER!! Melt in your mouth. The pho dip was bomb. The banh mi bread was amazing and not hard like other places. Came on a week day around 11 it wasn't that busy. I decided to order the rib pho cause I have been seeing it on instagram. I usually order a combination pho, but i wanted to see if it was good. At first glance i was disappointed because the meat on the ribs were sparse. It's like the meat was so tender it fell off and no one cared to add it to my bowl. I ended up asking the server if I could order a side rare steak and told her about how there was barely any meat. And showed her a pic of my food. I should've just said something earlier before eating it but i thought maybe the extra rib meat was under the noodles. It was not. My $24 sparse rib pho turned into a $30 dollar bowl since I had to order more meat. Flavor of pho broth was good and noodles were good too! I just wish there was more meat considering this bowl of pho was $24 for two ribs that barely had any meat. read more

5's all around!! Lunch time was slammed and I understand why. Summer rolls here are thicc and they don't skimp out on peanut butter sauce too. Lemongrass chicken banh mi was on point with amazing bread to protein ratio. Vermicelli was delicious and served in the right sort of dish for a cold noodle dish, chicken curry with French bread for dipping was top tier. Not bad. The oxtail was a little chewy for my taste. You expect the meat to be tender fall off the bone like Oxtail soup, but this was not it. The broth was very flavorful, but I recommend sticking to the rare steak pho that's $11 cheaper. Service was good. The staff were very attentive, and very friendly. The food came out really fast. It's the second week for Pho Heaven and yes, it's heaven! Delicious broth, made from scratch seasoned perfectly!...so tasty and served hot. The vermicelli noodles are smooth and firm. Delicious! Pearl City has been in need of a Pho spot & I'm so glad it's the sister company of Hot Pot Heaven where my love and appreciation for good broth started! We ordered the following items; Thai Tea, Shrimp Roll Platter, Vietnamese Beef Stew & Bánh Mi Siumai. All dishes so delicious with bold flavors that had us stuffed. also had zero leftovers due to how yummy it was! if the table we were seated was any bigger we probably would have ordered more but will definitely be back to try the Pho. Understandably, it's the second day and already busy at 7pm and by this time they're all out of banh mi. Everyone was friendly and the aesthetic is so pretty. I really like the drawing on the wall of a Vietnamese girl. We got to try the beef stew, combination pho and shrimp roll platter. Tendon in the beef stew. I love it! Someone is always coming by to check on our table and filling the cup with water. Very attentive! And also kid friendly. Keiki bowl of pho for $9. I had a slight cold and wanted something soupy or light broth. Perfect! Oxtail was hot and did the trick for this nasty cold I've been nursing. I enjoyed the soft tender oxtail with vegetables. Soup was tasty not oily. The spring roll was delicious too. My husband had the roast pork bahn mi sandwich with jasmine tea. He says the bahn mi was ok. He still likes that other place. This is my all time favorite pho place. Although it's still new, they really set the records high (that's a good thing). I got the beef pho with brisket. The soup was different from other pho places I've tried. It had a really rich taste to it. I could never forget that pho and will always order it whenever I go there. Staff were so nice and helpful. PHO Heaven at the Pearl Highlands Shopping Center (between Ulta and Buffalo Wild Wings) is such a great little spot, and I'm so glad I found it! The space is small, but it's brightly lit, super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly from start to finish. I ordered the combination pho and it was only $20 for a super generous portion. It came with rare steak, brisket, tripe, tendon, and beef meatballs. Everything was flavorful and the meat portions were impressive--especially the brisket, tendon, and tripe (you can see in the pictures I posted how good-sized those pieces were). I forgot to snap a photo of the steak, but it was also cut into nice, hearty pieces. We also ordered the spring roll platter, and it was a perfect add-on. Honestly, I'm happy to have found a new go-to pho place because one of my longtime favorites that I used to go to for years has sadly gone downhill lately--both in service, quality and the cleanliness of their restaurant. There was hair in the vegetable plate served with the pho, and I also noticed kitchen staff were not properly keeping their hair tied back or restrained. When we informed the server and asked for the meal to be replaced, he seemed unsure of what to do and had to ask the manager first. A remake should have been an immediate and common-sense response to a hygiene issue involving hair in the food. The service overall felt disorganized and below standard. The atmosphere was rushed, and we repeatedly had to ask for basic items throughout the meal. The server appeared overwhelmed during the rush instead of staying calm and attentive. Our picky kids agree! My baseline is the summer roll and bahn mi. The summer rolls here are bomb dot com no need ask your mom. Comes with shrimp and pork. So good! The bread on the bahn mi has a good crust and is chewy at the same time. My only qualm about the bahn mi is that it doesn't come with pate and that's a must for me. But as much as I missed the pate, the sandwich was still so good compared to other restaurants I've tried. Maybe I'll bring my own pate next time lol. We also got the vermicelli noodles with lemongrass chicken and spring roll. Again... the best one we've had yet! Loved that it's served in a shallow bowl so it's easy to mix and the sauce isn't just pooling at the bottom of the bowl. And the amount of chicken! HEFTY. So, I came here with no expectations. Here are what I learned: Pros: Great customer service(very tentative). Clean. Decent portion(I thought it looked small, but the bowls are deep) The meats are very tender and delicious broth. The noodles are perfect texture. Fresh basil. It's been years since I wrote a review, but we FINALLY have a pho restaurant in Pearl City! And I'm happy to report we were not disappointed. I am very particular to the taste of pho broth and my Oxtail pho did not need any sriracha, hoisin, or any other garlic chili sauce added to the broth (as some like to eat it). I prefer tasting the broth straight up so you know it was well-seasoned and simmered. We also ordered the beef rib pho, keiki pho, banh mi siumai, and beef stew with noodles. Although my teenage son required a fork to take some of the beef meat off the bone, he still demolished his bowl. Also, can we please applaud the thoughtfulness of a keiki bowl on the menu?! I normally have to get a large for two of my younger kids to share as well as ordering without veggies (PARENTS KNOW THE STRUGGLE). However, this particular night I only had one of my younger kids with me and the keiki bowl was perfect for my 7 yo daughter. The keiki bowl is a nice small portion (without wasted veggies). We liked how soft the bread was with the banh mi siumai. It was our first time having the meatball soup dish. My other half also had the beef stew with noodles. Personally, I would have had it with bread instead. The stew was okay (I still prefer another place I won't mention). But going back to my oxtail pho, you know it's good when you take home the leftovers and actually eat it the next day instead of letting it sit in the fridge all week. It was still flavorful the next day. It also liked how they set up their dining area. Nice touch with the ceiling lanterns (hopefully it'll be kept clean and not get too dusty). I've seen the transition of how it used to be with the last couple of businesses that were there, so it seems like this works out EXCEPT not having a restroom for patrons. The Highlands food court is a couple doors down, so it's not too big a deal. Service was also good. The two working the front were polite and attentive.
