    Spring rolls- crispy
    Gail U.

Perfect venue especially before or after a movie at Pearl Highlands. Close to Buffalo Wild Wings. Broth taste is excellent. We both had the combination and the ingredients were thin and good. I basically ate only the beef, tripe, tendon and meatball leaving majority of the noodles(monitoring carbs.) The male employee asked if I needed to take it and I said Delicious but in a whispered voice said diet. He was so polite and said I take it away. We also had the spring rolls- rolled perfectly, fried to perfection- so crispy not under or overcooked. Only thing they only give 2 pieces of lettuce but it is plated prettily. No culanto or jalapeño but it was fine. Employees take pride in their jobs, quiet manner and sweet. Contemporary upbeat playlist. About 7 tables and counter seating facing out. Iced coffee and beverages pre poured in fridge to which ice is added. Creamy. Indoor temperature just right. Colorful lanterns suspended from the ceiling. Lots of parking though shared with many other businesses in large multi level lot.

The spicy beef noodle soup is NO longer the same. And they don't give the same side veggies with it like they used to when they first opened. No longer recommend. Do order the fried chicken tho, that's worth coming here for.

First off, this is such a good location! Ample parking, in a shopping center, super clean and brand new! The hubby and I LOVE pho and are always looking for pho places. We decided to try this place out last night since we were in the area. He ordered the pho with meatballs and I ordered the vermicelli bowl with spring roll and bbq pork. The service was pretty quick and the place was packed. We got there around 6pm-ish. The hubby loved the broth but said the portions were pretty small compared to other places we've been. He said he'd get extra noodles and meatball next time. My vermicelli bowl was a pretty big portion and had 1 spring roll, grilled pork, pickled carrots and daikon, lettuce, mint, and bean sprouts. Overall, the bowl was good but the pork was a bit tough and some pieces had lots of fat. Overall, good service, good food, and reasonable prices!

    Pho with beef rib

Came on a week day around 11 it wasn't that busy. I decided to order the rib pho cause I have been seeing it on instagram. I usually order a combination pho, but i wanted to see if it was good. At first glance i was disappointed because the meat on the ribs were sparse. It's like the meat was so tender it fell off and no one cared to add it to my bowl. I ended up asking the server if I could order a side rare steak and told her about how there was barely any meat. And showed her a pic of my food. I should've just said something earlier before eating it but i thought maybe the extra rib meat was under the noodles. It was not. My $24 sparse rib pho turned into a $30 dollar bowl since I had to order more meat. Flavor of pho broth was good and noodles were good too! I just wish there was more meat considering this bowl of pho was $24 for two ribs that barely had any meat.

The food is very good. The service from Brandy is 5 star all the way! She was very friendly and professional and making sure everything was good and we look forward to coming back to see her bubbly spirit this Saturday! I like the ambiance here. It's a great vibe. You should come visit and see for yourselves!

5's all around!! Lunch time was slammed and I understand why. Summer rolls here are thicc and they don't skimp out on peanut butter sauce too. Lemongrass chicken banh mi was on point with amazing bread to protein ratio. Vermicelli was delicious and served in the right sort of dish for a cold noodle dish, chicken curry with French bread for dipping was top tier. Thai tea, sugar cane juice, I'm really a fan of this place. Service was impressive even with a busy restaurant and kept tables moving along for other patrons. Clean establishment, plenty of seating, and wait time was short for the food itself. If this is heaven, please sign me up. Will be back to visit with family and friends.

Grateful for this pho spot to be conveniently located in PC, it was long overdue for one in the area. The papaya salad was my ultimate favorite, def a must order for me when dining in again. I had the rare steak pho and it was good. They're so generous with the noodles, I couldn't finish it and had my son help me. The service was better than average than your pho establishments, they were nice! The best part of the ambiance were the mini posters of customers drawings and random quotes! Would I be back again? Of course!

    Banh Mi Pho Dip

3.7/5 (I'm a bit critical bc I've had alot of Viet food on island) Food: I tried the Crab Rangoon, Banh Mi Pho Dip, and the Pho with meatball and tendon. The pho was very heavily seasoned. The star anise and cinnamon flavor was very strong, especially in the pho dip- to the point where it smelled sweet. Portions of the crab Rangoon were a bit small but the filling had a lot of crab compared to some others I've had! Banh mi was ok, the bread was good but the inside lacked flavor/complexity. Could use some kind of sauce and herb. Service: Wait staff are very nice and friendly! Interior of the restaurant is clean and neat. Parking: Located in Pearl Highlands center, lots of parking outside.

Celebrated my dear friend and YE, Marissa K's birthday! Restaurant became packed with patrons on Thursday evening. Didn't feel rushed in conversations while indulging in these amazing appetizers and entrees. Butter Garlic Chicken Wings: Fried and crispy perfection of marinated light garlic and butter sauce on the outside. Most moist and tender chicken wings on the inside. Highly recommend dunking Butter Garlic Chicken Wings in Banh Mi Siu Mai broth. Fabulous finger licking delicious! Winner! Banh Mi Siu Mai: Meatballs were huge and easy to chew. Baguette soaked up the flavor. Savory, not spicy and drinkable broth. Pho Combination w/ rare steak, brisket, meatball (no tripe, no tendon): Broth was very clean tasting, comforting, and flavorful. Hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce not necessary. Three protein together complemented each other. Very lean tasting. Poured remaining Banh Mi Siu Mai broth in Pho Combination broth! Outstanding! Loved the interior design of lanterns on the ceiling and silhouette on the wall. Staff provided intuitive and outstanding customer service. Worth visiting!

I saw Pho Heaven while I was in the Pearl Highlands area and decided to try.l It out. Nice new restaurant with plenty of seating. Plenty of parking in the mall. I ordered the Bahn Mi Pho Dip and the Vermicelli noodle. Both were pretty good. Tasty and reasonably priced. Nice presentation. Will be back again to try more of their awesome dishes. Great service. Affordable prices and good food.

Brand new, clean still. Crowded seating and no bathroom inside, which I find odd. They make you use the food court bathroom. Enjoyed their food though! Combo pho had tender meat and my favorite dish was the wings. So crispy and juicy on the inside. Springs rolls were yummy too!

Not bad. The oxtail was a little chewy for my taste. You expect the meat to be tender fall off the bone like Oxtail soup, but this was not it. The broth was very flavorful, but I recommend sticking to the rare steak pho that's $11 cheaper. Service was good. The staff were very attentive, and very friendly. The food came out really fast. We came around 530pm and it wasn't busy. However once 6pm hit, it started to get full. People started waiting in line outside. The dining room is clean. The place is a little small and it fills up quick. The tables seemed a little small for the amount of food and how big the plates are. Parking is plenty as it's located at the Pearl Highlands Shopping Center. Overall if you want to get your Pho fix, this place is a little gem. The nearest Pho place is Pho 50 and that place is ridiculously small with limited seats. This place is a good substitute. If you're in the area, give this place a try.

    Yay!!

It's the second week for Pho Heaven and yes, it's heaven! Delicious broth, made from scratch seasoned perfectly!...so tasty and served hot. The vermicelli noodles are smooth and firm. Delicious! The chicken wings are so tasty! Crispy with a secret sauce just makes you want to eat more and the Vietnam ice coffee is so refreshing!...perfect compliment to the meal. Service is great and everyone is friendly. I love the dark walls with the seductive artwork and the beautiful Vietnamese lanterns. Thank you Jimmy and Kim for opening in Pearl Highlands. Lots if parking !

While the servers were nice, we did order ahead of time and showed up when the Beluga app (where we ordered off of) told us to show up, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes at the restaurant later than I was supposed to get my food. Additionally, the staff seemed to forget I was sitting/waiting for my food. My suspicion is that the online ordering service isn't actively monitored and our order wasn't started until I actually showed up to the restaurant to pick up our food at the designated time. The food was okay for us. I'm a big Banh Mi fan and was looking forward to eating their Combination Banh Mi, but unfortunately the Banh Mi seemed a little rushed in preparation and lacked flavor. My husband on the other hand, ordered their Combination Pho and it absolutely did not disappoint. Although their Banh Mi was not as delicious and flavorful as I expected, their Pho was the exact opposite of that. They give you a generous amount of broth and their portions of greens was beyond enough (maybe a little bit too much for one serving). The last food item to talk about are their Spring Rolls. It wasn't anything too special compared to your usual Spring Rolls, but I will say that their dipping sauce and everything else that comes with it (rice noodles, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots) made it so that you could easily make it a meal vice an appetizer. If you're looking for a cozy place to have dinner, their space was a bit crowded but if you're okay with then this place is good. Just be warned that their prices are a little bit on the higher side in my opinion and be prepared for long wait times to receive your order.

The chili sauce is SPICY. I do like spice, but I don't really care for the flavor of it, so instead I made my own sauce of sambal and sriracha. The spring rolls were all right. Unfortunately, they didn't come with fish sauce or any veggies to wrap them with. Vietnamese coffee was yummy & strong! The bbq bahn mi was all right. Nice size. Came with a good amount of veggies. I wanted lemongrass chicken, but they unfortunately don't offer that as an option for bahn mi - although they have it as a plate option? Didn't really care for the flavor of the bbq chicken. So I arrived 10 minutes before the food stalls closed but honestly they stayed opened a bit longer than their closing time. As I saw ppl arrive even later and was able to still make purchases. I do have to say that they do start cleaning, and not everything is available as things were being sold out. They have a table for you to grab utensils and condiments. There are some tables you can sit and eat the food that you purchase. Most of the food I purchased was about $10 each. And you pay each stall that you are at.
