During the experience, we were granted very caring service. Not only was the food and proportions tasty and fulfilling, but what really stood out to me was the way we were treated. We were constantly being checked on, our waters were never empty and the servers attended to all of our needs! My other half dropped his chopsticks, and within seconds the servers attended to give him another one. What an absolute gem! So happy I found this spot. I don't normally leave high reviews, but this one was well worth it. The ambience is very relaxing and the staff are 5 stars. My server was just the kindest soul I've ever met and the staff clean the tables and chairs after every guest. No matter how busy they got - they treated everyone like they were their best friend. We got the chicken pho $16, oxtail pho $28 and butter garlic chicken wings $12. The pho broth was great. It wasn't overly salty and was aromatic. I got one huge piece and two small pieces of oxtail in my bowl that was soft and tender. Some other pho places give more oxtail for a few dollars less. The chicken wings were excellent. They were fried crispy, but that sauce makes the dish. It was a sweetened garlic butter sauce that was so good. I've never thought that I would like my garlic butter sweetened, but never say never. We decided to try this place out last night since we were in the area. He ordered the pho with meatballs and I ordered the vermicelli bowl with spring roll and bbq pork. The service was pretty quick and the place was packed. We got there around 6pm-ish. The hubby loved the broth but said the portions were pretty small compared to other places we've been. We always go to Pearl Highlands Regal Movies. One day we noticed this Pho restaurant next door and decided to try them. I ordered the Pho combination and my wife had the Chicken Pho. Came on a week day around 11 it wasn't that busy. I decided to order the rib pho cause I have been seeing it on instagram. I usually order a combination pho, but i wanted to see if it was good. At first glance i was disappointed because the meat on the ribs were sparse. It's like the meat was so tender it fell off and no one cared to add it to my bowl. I ended up asking the server if I could order a side rare steak and told her about how there was barely any meat. And showed her a pic of my food. I should've just said something earlier before eating it but i thought maybe the extra rib meat was under the noodles. It was not. My $24 sparse rib pho turned into a $30 dollar bowl since I had to order more meat. Flavor of pho broth was good and noodles were good too! Lemongrass chicken banh mi was on point with amazing bread to protein ratio. Vermicelli was delicious and served in the right sort of dish for a cold noodle dish, chicken curry with French bread for dipping was top tier. Thai tea, sugar cane juice, I'm really a fan of this place. Service was impressive even with a busy restaurant and kept tables moving along for other patrons. The broth was very flavorful, but I recommend sticking to the rare steak pho that's $11 cheaper. Service was good. The staff were very attentive, and very friendly. The food came out really fast. We came around 530pm and it wasn't busy. However once 6pm hit, it started to get full. People started waiting in line outside. The dining room is clean. The place is a little small and it fills up quick. The tables seemed a little small for the amount of food and how big the plates are. Parking is plenty as it's located at the Pearl Highlands Shopping Center. Overall if you want to get your Pho fix, this place is a little gem. All dishes so delicious with bold flavors that had us stuffed. also had zero leftovers due to how yummy it was! if the table we were seated was any bigger we probably would have ordered more but will definitely be back to try the Pho. My co worker & I came to this place after work to try it out. I think they're fairly new? Located in Pearl highlands by BWW. When we got there around 1, there were ample seats available so we were able to sit right away. I ordered the oxtail stew and my co worker got the banh mi dip, and we shared the papaya salad. The space is small, but it's brightly lit, super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly from start to finish. I ordered the combination pho and it was only $20 for a super generous portion. It came with rare steak, brisket, tripe, tendon, and beef meatballs. Everything was flavorful and the meat portions were impressive--especially the brisket, tendon, and tripe (you can see in the pictures I posted how good-sized those pieces were). I forgot to snap a photo of the steak, but it was also cut into nice, hearty pieces. We also ordered the spring roll platter, and it was a perfect add-on. Honestly, I'm happy to have found a new go-to pho place because one of my longtime favorites that I used to go to for years has sadly gone downhill lately--both in service, quality and the cleanliness of their restaurant. Soup was tasty not oily. The spring roll was delicious too. My husband had the roast pork bahn mi sandwich with jasmine tea. He says the bahn mi was ok. He still likes that other place. This is my all time favorite pho place. Although it's still new, they really set the records high (that's a good thing). I got the beef pho with brisket. The banh mi was so crispy but soft with tasty filling (beef brisket, onions, and bean sprout)! The broth was so flavorful. My husband enjoyed the Vietnamese beef stew and said the meat was tender.
