Great choice! We just looked up Yelp and found this little place, the ladies that served are all very friendly and everyone that comes in are regulars! The soup is very homey and filled with flavour that is not overwhelming with spice! I loved my Seafood and Pork Noodles, it comes with a mixture of rice and egg noodles! The Bun Bo Hue is an all beef version and there's lots and lots of beef! I'm so glad to find this little place and next time when I'm in town I will pay the ladies a visit again!!! read more

Wow. Once again, fellow helpers steered me right. Came to this place for my first time today and tried their house special Pho Soup. Excellent portion, broth and meat to noodle ratio. I went for the Xlarge size and struggled to finish. But I did, not because I was still hungry, because it was as just thaaaaat good!! My neighbourhood Vietnamese restaurant. I've tried others but they're never as good nor as friendly as these folks. Everything from the soothing Pho, to Bahn mi, bun and bubble teas are very tasty and well made. Prices are right on. I have never heard of or visited this restaurant till about a month ago and I've been here about 3 times since and every time, have had a good experience. There was no trouble ordering as the lady was very patient and when I ordered on phone ahead of time, it was ready by the time I get there (which was about a good 10 minutes). My usual are the viet subs and the number 13 (as recommended by another review) and it was one of the best pho I've had! One thing that would be worth mentioning is that if you ask for a spicy sub, it is very similar to a regular sub without the spice. I would like for them to maybe add a jalapeño or some spicy sauce, but other than that, it is very delicious and filling. The pho is very hot when you get it and has a good balance between noodles, broth, and toppings. The meat was tender and the broth was very delicious. My family comes here every once in a while and enjoy a conversation around the table in the usual quiet and peaceful little restaurant. read more

Tried it out on a whim whilst in the area and its tucked behind the McDonalds plaza in a smaller plaza behind the plaza where the Macs is, if that makes any sense! Fellow yelpers totally got this one right! Ya, its a typical hole in the wall with décor that leaves much to be desired but the pho makes up for it, it was super quiet when we went in with only 2 other tables. Had a very nice lady give us some menus and came back shortly afterwards, took our orders and had a piping hot bowl of pho in front of me in about 7 minutes, sub came shortly afterwards for hubby, he said it was one of the best subs he's had and he is very picky with his viet food. Will definitely come back here if I was in the area. Its right in the heart of the NE so its nice to know that there is a good place here whenever my kids have hockey nearby and need some decent food that won't break the bank; that is not something you can pick up from a drive thru for about the same price. Prices are pretty much on par with what other viet places charge, $9 and change for a large pho and around $8 for a really yummy sub that puts any subway sandwich to shame. read more

Small, busy Vietnamese restaurant tucked in a strip mall in Falconridge. Great tasting food and generous portions at pretty good prices! Service was actually pleasant and food comes out pretty fast. I love finding authentic Vietnamese restaurants and wish this was a bit closer to home but I would not hesitate to come back again. read more

Been a regular here since I was a kid. The food has always been consistently top notch, even with the change in management a few years ago. I am extremely picky about Viet food (nothing is as good as Mom's) and this place is more than satisfactory, every time. My sprouts are always fresh, the broth is clear and naturally flavourful, and portions are reasonably generous. Service is always pleasant, whether you are Vietnamese or not. Unless something drastic happens, I'll never stop coming here. read more

If you are looking to pay $8-12 for two-three meals worth come here! The portion size is huge with a nice pricetag! The food is also incredibly good. This is currently my go to pho spot & has been for the past 5 years, maybe more. Very friendly service. I usually order rare beef and beefball & the quality is consistent.
