I visited Pho Le for lunch this week for a round of Pho Ga. I've been to this physical location many times in the past - this is the third Pho place in this space since I first visited. I believe the previous one was named: "Pho Gourmet." I took a seat, looked over the menu, but already knew I was going to order the Pho Ga - large, white meat only. The Pho came out fairly quickly. I always taste the broth before adding anything. The chicken broth was rich and tasty. I added all the accoutrements to the bowl: Basil, bean sprouts, Jalapeños, and a squeeze of lime juice. The noodles were not clumped, the chicken was tender - and as always, I hit each bite of noodles with a bit of Sriracha sauce. Delicious bowl of Pho Ga! Service was good. Paid at the register with Apple Pay. I will be back! #PhoLe

I passed this store many time and to day I decided to give it a try.it's a cold day. Step right in there'a piano on the corner and the restaurant is bright inside and clean. The lady at the counter is really friendly . They do serve alcohol as well. I ordered summer roll and tried the Autumn roll. Never try it before but it's really good the texture is addicting. Autumn roll in their menu stated it as grilled pork meat but it's actually a fried spring roll stuffed inside instead of shrimp. As my main I have the number 109. No tripe sub tendon and extra tendon ($4 extra) The broth is in the light side but refreshing. For me broth is the most important thing in a bowl Of pho. The flavor is there a taste the hints of spices. Overall is a good bowl of Pho. Define will comeback again. The server is nice and sweet, soft spoken and respectfull. I come rather late and I am not feel rushed.

Love how this is the only restaurant that sells Cambodian me Ka-thang in Manassas. (Cambodian stir fry rice noodle). The shrimp and Chinese broccoli is Cooked perfect with the wide rice noodles and the sauce is perfect ( not salty).

Slurping good pho and the sandwiches yummy. Over all a solid 4 missing a 5 for little things that could be improved on. Not wanted to waited on hand and foot but dude you were mia for 20mins. I ordered more despite that. Some Latino hip hop was mellow playing away. Vietnamese being spoke...

Fast service, went in the middle of the week during lunch it was pretty empty but not as tight as I imagined. The food was overall good being the lunch special just thought the broth was a little bland, but the sweet tea was actually good.

Ahhhh!!! This place has great customer service and SPACE! Most pho places are crammed! Not this one. Service was also quick and snappy! The pho broth was light and beefy. I was impressed by the brisket, tendon, and tripe! The pieces were large which made for a great dipping experience with siracha and hoisin! Usually most pho places give you these razor thin slices to the point where you can't even taste beef. I am definitely going to come back to try the rest of the food!

Came in to dine and was the only family in the restaurant. We order the com thit nuong ( grilled pork with rice) , pho tai bo vien (rib eye with meatballs) , crispy spring rolls, and chicken wings. Employees were spreaded out, clean restrooms, waiter was polite. Pho - 1/5 their pho was lacking flavor, broth didn't have have that authentic taste or smell. Didn't come out piping hot. They do load you up with a lot of noodles. Com Tam - can't vouch for it since sis had it. Spring rolls - 4/5 very tasty and crispy. Chicken wings - 2/5 at first I was gonna go with the regular chicken wings but mom wanted to try the nuoc mam one which I didn't see but the waiter mentioned the roasted one. Wings were not as crispy and it was drench in the sauce which was sweet and tangy. I didn't taste any fish sauce. If the wings were crispy this would have been a 5. Overall it's alright, Pho Saigon is still on my top of the list in the Manassas area.

This is my first order. I ordered the grilled chicken with vermicelli through uBer Eats. Food is just OK. Please don't cut the vermicelli in small pcs because they slip when using a fork. I used a spoon and almost choked on a small piece of vermicelli! Asked for an extra sauce & was told that they need to charge!

Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again

I know - because I asked the restaurant staff when I recently visited in person for some Pho. Why is this important? Because, for some reason - the previous business listing under the "Viet Flavor" name - was simply updated/changed on Yelp to "Pho Banh MI 89" - and of course this keeps all the reviews that were under the the Viet Flavor name. What should have occurred - is that the Viet Flavor business listing is "Closed," and a new business listing created for "Pho Banh MI 89." Until that happens - I have no way to post a review except for here. I visited recently to sample the Pho Ga. The Pho Ga was expensive - I paid around $17 and change for a bowl - seemed a little high. I also ordered the Summer Rolls - which were pretty standard quality-wise. The Pho Ga chicken broth is a bit light for my palate. I'd like to see more depth of flavor and complexity to the chicken broth. As usual, after tasting the broth - I added all the accoutrements: Fresh Basil, lime juice, Jalapeños, and Bean Sprouts. Noodles were not clumped; broth was steaming. Decent bowl of Pho Ga - but not outstanding. The inside of the place was totally gutted during the transition to the new business. Bright, clean, lots of seating. Service was good. Ambiance is casual. It's a small restaurant at a strip mall (the restaurant's capacity is 85 people). This place always has customers but at peak dining times, there's a wait out the door- yes, even during summer sometimes, but especially when it's cold or raining. Their pho is spectacular, as is their vermicelli bowls, spring and summer rolls. Banh xeo is mid-- there's a specific spice that throws it off (maybe turmeric). I stopped by here recently and noticed they have new menus. Quick skim: pho prices haven't changed, but certain menu items have gone up about $1. If you're looking for a sweet treat after lunch, there's a Sweet Frog 2 doors down, Okaeri next door (Japanese soufflé pancakes and lattes), Paris Baguette a few yards away. I recently visited to try their restaurant week menu, which was also outstanding.

This place is almost certainly better than our experience. But I can only review the visit I had,…read moreso consider this a provisional review--one I hope to update after giving Nue another try. The evening started with parking at the Foundry Row garage in the building next to the restaurant. It isn't free, and paying for it involves something of a gauntlet of QR codes, authorization numbers, and, as I recall, an app. You scan something when you enter the garage, get an authorization code at the restaurant, and then enter that--along with your license plate number--to pay for parking. None of this is Nue's fault, of course, but it is something customers should be prepared to deal with. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were told that our table was being cleaned and would be ready in two or three minutes. Forty-five minutes later, after standing in the crowded bar the entire time, we were finally seated. We asked several staff members why things were so backed up. The best explanation we got was that the restaurant was trying out a new all-you-can-eat option and was still working out the kinks. Hold that thought. The all-you-can-eat experiment is going to come up again. A waiter appeared a few minutes after we were seated, and I ordered a Wood Dragon--the closest thing on the cocktail menu to a Manhattan--and the Imperial Wagyu Zabuton. My drink arrived about 30 minutes later. It was actually very good: nicely balanced, with layers of flavor, and a very credible variation on a Manhattan. Except... As I sipped it while waiting for my food, I noticed it was becoming watered down much faster than I would have expected. It was almost as though the large ice cube hadn't been cold enough to begin with, or the finished drink had been sitting around for a while before it reached me. Either explanation would be consistent with a restaurant struggling with the unexpected demands of a new all-you-can-eat program. By the time my dinner arrived, what had started as a very good cocktail had become a glass of brownish, Manhattan-flavored water. The Wagyu was OK, but it had some issues. The dish was at its best when I combined pieces of beef with the squash and not-at-all-spicy peppers. Together, they produced a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. Unfortunately, my plate contained only two small pieces of squash and three small pieces of pepper. The portion of beef also seemed smaller than what was pictured on the menu but still more than could be accommodated by the other elements. That meant that much of my dinner consisted simply of pieces of admittedly tasty--but somewhat fatty, even for Wagyu--beef. It was still good. It was also a little boring. Again, I'm inclined to attribute the shortcomings to the strain of the new all-you-can-eat program, or perhaps to the now-late hour and a kitchen trying to wind things down. One definite positive was the staff. Setting aside the substantial delays, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. One of the managers even stopped by our table to apologize for the wait. It was especially nice that everyone was so nice because, with a MANDATORY 20% service fee, they really didn't have to be. The manager also mentioned that Nue is working to expand into the space next door to increase its seating capacity. My concern is that unless the kitchen expands along with the dining room, adding more customers clamoring for food may not solve the problems we experienced. My recommendation to you is to do what we're going to do: give Nue a little time to work out the kinks, then try it (again). There was enough good food and enough promise here that I'm not ready to judge the restaurant based on one unusually chaotic night. There is one exception. If you--and everyone you're dining with--have HUGE appetites, you may want to go right now and order the all-you-can-eat option. For the entire time we were at our table, a young (and surprisingly svelte) couple at the table next to us received an apparently endless parade of plates heaped with all manner of delicious-looking food. Plate after plate after plate. Because... all you can eat.
