This restaurant has quickly become my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Manassas. I say that as somebody who has lived here for several years and truly love Vietnamese noodle soup. I find that their broth is full of flavor and their noodles have the proper consistency and do not begin to disintegrate (I noticed this primarily with takeout at other restaurants). The owner is very kind and courteous and so his is brother who works alongside him. As an added bonus, they make two signature hot sauce that I really enjoy, and I have not found anywhere else. One has lemon grass and it's just the perfect amount of tangy and fragrant! I often find a couples come here on dates or large families come by. The meal truly never misses. While, Pho Sapa had the best Spring Rolls, held tight with amazing peanut sauce, Pho Saigon's fell short with me. The wraps were a bit more loose and the sauce was more like molasses and hoisen. (Which it should be.. just a preference) -Pho Saigon's actual Pho was out of sight! I got the Seafood Pho and it was so delicious. Pho came quickly and the broth was delish! I was disappointed with the tofu, though. It had been frozen and fried (which makes it deliciously chewy), but it was very dry and TOO chewy. One of the better pho spots around this area. I'm use to hanging around the Annandale/Falls Church area for good Pho and to have this establishment close to where I work is great! It is a clean establishment and they always are attentive and bring everything out quickly without a long wait. This is pretty much my go-to place for Pho, especially on these nights that are getting colder. I introduced pho to so many people that this places definitely is added to the list for good Pho in NoVa. They have a wide variety of meats to choose from whether its chicken, beef, seafood, even Oxtail!! That last one is really good btw! There is limited seating capacity for social distancing but we got seated right away. Our typical orders include the Combination Beef Pho, Brisket Pho, Fresh Shrimp Rolls, Fried Shrimp Rolls, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Appetizers are usually served quickly along with iced coffee and water. Pho serving is very generous and the broth is really flavorful which can be enhanced by hoisin, hot sauce, and two types of housemade chili paste. I can't count how many times we have visited to curb our pho cravings but all I know is that we will definitely be back soon. read more

I've ordered ox tail before in the past and have always been served the meat still on the bone, this was my first time having it shredded and iff the bone. I did feel like it lessened the flavor compared to what I previously got, but was good none-the-less. I also ended up getting the Vietnamese dripping coffee (Iced), and boy was it strong!!! Oxtail pho was delicious! The soup broth tasted so good and authentic~ similar to pho75 broth. The oxtail meat was yummy and not too tough. They gave a decent amount of meat :) the pho was ~15 dollars and I think it was worth it even though the service wasn't great. My brother got the grilled chicken over rice which wasn't that good compared to other pho places like pho bistro. The spring rolls were just alright. Good and bad here. The good is that the food was actually awesome other than the plastic I found in my bowl. The inside is dirty and discussing so if you eat from here make sure you get it togo or door dash.
