10/10 Food was excellent! Super fresh and flavorful came out quickly. Service was great. Restaurant is very clean.

I tried beef Pho. It was so so good. Broth tastes great with a lot of noodles and beef. Nice air-con room and great service. High recommended

New Pho restaurant in Warrenton that offers a tasty Vietnamese option. We had the summer and autumn rolls, chicken pho, and the combo (beef) pho. The service was ok, two young people that could use some additional wait service training. They brought us water to start, left us to review the menu, it was 15 minutes before the other male waiter returned to take our order. The male waiter was very friendly and well mannered, the female waitress seemed to be annoyed and I noticed her eating and licking her fingers behind the counter. I don't know if she washed her hands, but I'll move on... The menu includes Banh Mi sandwiches, but unfortunately they didn't have any Bahn Mi on our visit and they didn't inform us of that before we started to order. This could be a great place, but they don't seem to be paying attention to all the details of running a quality restaurant business for the prices they are charging. I'll go back and give it another try, but I'll be sure to reduce the tip if the service hasn't improved.

The service is literally amazing every time I come and the food comes out so quickly. I've tried basically everything on the menu at this point and have yet to be disappointed.

The best Pho I've had since Vietnam. Just the right amount of ginger. And the Summer rolls were outstanding.

I chose the Vietnamese sandwich. It was so tasty. Bread was toasted and crispy and the mix of chicken, pickled cucumbers and fresh herbs were great. My daughter ordered the bulgogi beef rice plate (with kimchi on side) and a strawberry lemonade with strawberry popping boba. She loved both. Food comes out fast. Overall excellent!

Very very nice lady (owner) and very helpful with the menu. - I had the chicken Pho ($16.50). I added the 2 included Hoisin sauce packets. It also came with a Sriracha sauce packet and a small container of chili oil along with the normal variety of noodles, sprouts, fresh herbs, green onions, white onions, jalapeño slices, and a lime wedge. The chicken was tender sliced white meat with no fat, gristle, or bones attached. The broth had a lot of flavor and was delicious. - I also had the shrimp and chive dumplings ($7.00). Not a strong shrimp flavor, but they had a nice crisp on the outside and were tasty. The sauce that comes with the dumplings is absolutely delicious. - My wife had the Bulgogi beef ($14.50). She said it was tender and very delicious. It came with rice, kimchi, and cucumber salad. I just happened to speak to Linh about the cucumber salad and she said this is how she's always made it for her kids and they love it. Well, I'm with her kids and love it too. She makes the vinaigrette herself and it has an unexpected sweetness to it instead of the usual strong vinegar flavor. We both loved it. - We had the pork gyoza ($7.00). This was cooked my favorite way, deep fried (not pan fried). This took me back to the gyoza in Japan and the Yaki Mandu I used to get in Korea. Great crispy wrapper with a tender flavorful filling. And again, the sauce that came with it is some of the best I've had. - The kimchi is not overly spicy and has a slight sweetness to it. - The Egg Tarts ($5.50) are good, not overly sweet. Could use a bit more filling for a better filling to pie crust ratio. - I also got a Chai tea bubble milk ($6.25) that was super delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed Nguyen's Kitchen and will go back with friends. It's unfortunate that it sits behind a Taco Bell and is not highly noticeable from the road, otherwise I might have tried it sooner.

Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again

I know - because I asked the restaurant staff when I recently visited in person for some Pho. Why is this important? Because, for some reason - the previous business listing under the "Viet Flavor" name - was simply updated/changed on Yelp to "Pho Banh MI 89" - and of course this keeps all the reviews that were under the the Viet Flavor name. What should have occurred - is that the Viet Flavor business listing is "Closed," and a new business listing created for "Pho Banh MI 89." Until that happens - I have no way to post a review except for here. I visited recently to sample the Pho Ga. The Pho Ga was expensive - I paid around $17 and change for a bowl - seemed a little high. I also ordered the Summer Rolls - which were pretty standard quality-wise. The Pho Ga chicken broth is a bit light for my palate. I'd like to see more depth of flavor and complexity to the chicken broth. As usual, after tasting the broth - I added all the accoutrements: Fresh Basil, lime juice, Jalapeños, and Bean Sprouts. Noodles were not clumped; broth was steaming. Decent bowl of Pho Ga - but not outstanding. The inside of the place was totally gutted during the transition to the new business. Bright, clean, lots of seating. Service was good. Paid with Apple Pay. #PhoBanhMI89
