Place is convenient to where I stay. The PHO is okay, nowhere nearly as good as others I have gone to. The meat is a bit tough. You order Ice tea and they serve you a glass full of ice and a small pot of hot tea. The service is a little slow, there are some new servers that are much more friendlier then the owner. Our experience here was unfortunately very uncomfortable. When we walked in, there was only one employee in the restaurant and he was sitting in the corner eating his food. We looked around and eventually sat ourselves at a table while we waited for our waiter. After a couple of minutes he got up, put his bowl away, and brought us waters. We smiled and said thank you, but he never said a single word to us. A minute later he brought menus to the table and once again ignored our thank-yous without saying anything. The entire time we were in the restaurant we received no greeting, no acknowledgment -- nothing. Not a single word was spoken to us. Basic hospitality like a simple "hello" or "I'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference. Instead, we felt unwelcome and as if we were inconveniencing him by interrupting his meal. We ended up leaving shortly after the menus were delivered and will never be returning to the establishment. read more

First time here and I'm not the best pho critic I can just say if I would eat it. The service was good the older gentleman was very nice and attentive. The place looks like a mom and pop place and was nice and clean considering only one person doing the tables and ordering. I liked the Pho once I put in the add ins and some extra chili. I got the steak Pho I did eat it all. I have had this same order at another Pho place and that place had a little better broth. As of late, there are some people working here that are probably part of the family, but that shouldn't be working in any hospitality business )unhelpful, unfriendly, unhappy, and contributed to an overall subpar experience. EVen though we've had many good takeout experiences with PHO Liberty, don't think I'm going back any anymore after my last experience. When I called to place an order on the phone, he was uninterested and unwilling to help and when I went in to pick up my food, he was worse. So I'm sad because this has been a go to for us, but probably no more. I love the pho here. It's always so delicious and fresh. They give you a good amount of veggies in the broth. I recommend transferring it in to a bigger bowl they really do give you a lot of fooThe noodles, onions, cilantro, bamboo shoots, mint, lime, jalapeño, protein of choice are all served separately. Good fresh food here, both the soups and the noodle salad bowls. Not always super accurate to your order though. I ordered a bowl of pho with brisket, round steak and tendon (with the accompanying upcharge) and received only round steak. Make sure you get what you order, but it is reliably good food and nicely located in the Valley. read more

I recently spent three days on a clear liquid diet in support of a friend having a medical procedure. My friend introduced me to the Pho broth from this place & I am hooked! I am not a big beef fan, but both the chicken & beef are fabulous. The two of us went through three and a half gallons in three days! Yummy. $6 for 32oz is a steal. I may even try the veggie version- that's how good it is. I will drive to the Valley for this! They also produce a tasty spring roll. Looking forward to trying more things. Trying to find a teriyaki place near Spokane Valley is almost impossible. I tried this place as they had some on their menu. I am not impressed. This is a slab of dry chicken over white rice. Barely any, really none on the chicken, teriyaki sauce but there is a small container on the side. This is not my idea of teriyaki. At least not one that I have seen before. The salad is pathetic at seriously 1"x1" 3 layers of head lettuce with ranch dressing and 3 cuke slices. Not worth the 16.00. The restaurant is not very appealing with stuff everywhere, boxes filled with what?, stacked up stuff everywhere. Felt really messy. Did not have a good flavor and I will not be back. read more

Disgusting place to eat! Me and my husband ordered a couple of appetizers, and pho soup. We both felt sick and had stomach ache and diarrhea the night after we ate here and still sick until now. I had a nice bowl of Pho #2 with thinly sliced brisket. Very good broth with fresh Basil, mint, bean sprouts, and sliced jalapeños. The spring rolls with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, cilantro, and a couple of other greens were delicious. The peanut sauce for dipping was excellent. The service was a little slow because they were short handed, but they did their best to make up for it. I will be going back to try more dishes. I recommend giving Pho Liberty a try. read more

As per my past review the food is actually pretty good. The challenge with this business is that they tell you it will take 30 to 40 minutes to prepare your food, you arrive at the time they said, always give them an extra ten minute cushion, and then you wait an additional 15 to 45 minutes to get the food. Today I waited an additional 20 minutes and last time it was 45 and I swore last time that I wouldn't be back. Shame on me for believing them but they are not good operators from a standpoint of either not having enough staff or estimating their cooking times. Delicious food! I ordered #5 Pho with noodles on the side and veggies added. My husband ordered #2 pho w/ noodles on the side and veggies & shrimps added. Crab Rangoon & some pot stickers. It really hit the spot. This place is great and great customer service. My 4 yr old toddler and 18 months old baby are picky but they loved the pot stickers & crab Rangoon. Review for Boba only: I drove all the way from Coeur D' Alene to try this because boba/bubble tea doesn't exist here in north Idaho and being from California I was craving it something fierce. Pho Broth was super-hot temp wise and all condiments and noodles were separate. Beef very fresh and tender. Loved it. Chicken Fried Rice was just dreadful, worst fried rice I've head from a restaurant in my life, and it was like $13. Spring rolls were even worse, lettuce was brown and looked like it had been sitting in a fridge for weeks. They weren't even finished they were so bad. It was about 1:30 and no one in there. So the service was outstanding! The pho was good. Not very good or great, but good. Could have used a bit more meat. The broth was good and there were ample noodles. I wouldn't drive to Liberty Lake to go here from my home on the south hill. There are a few places here that are very good. I asked for vegetable and tofu Pho which is extremely common and most places have it instead of just telling me they didn't have it they up, charged me for six tiny cubes of raw tofu and a few pieces of vegetables in their normal Pho soup.
