A delicious fall place in Soho London area. I was craving for some noodle soup while visiting London and chose Pho because it was conveniently close to the desert place that I was trying. I dined in and had a good experience. The Pho was really good and the broth was amazing as well. Inside is dimly lit and feels super cozy and homey with a fake fireplace. I think it would be a cute spot for a date or for dinner. There was actually quite a good number of dining guest on a weekday night. I had the opportunity to experience phone thieves coming in, and the staff screaming to put away your phones. Thanks for the experience and thanks for protecting our phones lol. TLDR - delicious Pho, cozy spot

Colonizer owned and run trying to sue small authentic businesses from using the word "Pho" in their names. And then their apology saying that their intent was never to prohibit others from using the word in their names. I don't know if you know what a trademark is but that's exactly what it does. Literally Bobba or should I say "better boba" (their original name) all over again. I must say sadly this isn't very welcoming or hospitable which I find Vietnamese culture to be. Sadly this is just all a great big disappointment.

Best vegetarian (or is it vegan) Pho in the world. I've gotten their pho from Westfield Mall before when I visited London in 2018 and it's been a while since I'm in London. I made sure I ate it again when I came in April this year. We went to the one on Wardour and omg it is the best. I got the Spicy Super Green and it was super good! The broth is flavorful and amazing. I can't wait to come back to London just for this.

TL;DR: Not authentic and the flavors aren't the best. But lots of veg options and great indoor ambiance. Parking/transportation: Walking distance from the underground. Very centrally located to all the nearby shops and restaurants. Staff friendliness: Staff was very nice and respectful. Environment: Low lighting. Love the brick interior. Service/Quality: The food was okay. The veg broth tasted like tea, which was strange. The noodle was also on the thicker side. Lackluster flavor. My wife and I ordered the classic mushroom pho. Other notes: Lots of bad reviews of this place on Yelp. It wasn't the best, but not sure where all the hate is coming from. We had a good overall experience.

Excellent pho in the heart of London. Great flavor. Really great. Greet vibe and setting!

This place is a staple for me when I visit London. I love the spicy vegan pho it's delicious! The place can get very crowded, but it's a nice and cozy place for a great bowl of vegan pho on a cold, rainy London day! And the staff is very friendly!

I don't think this place is super authentic because the pho noodles were not like typical pho and my noodles were something I've never had it any Vietnamese place and I've had a lot of Vietnamese in my life! My friend also found a bug in her pho soup... It was good for what it is, and it definitely wasn't amazing at all, but the service was great and our food was good... I can't say it was bad, but it was just very lackluster. The bug thing also really threw us off... London has amazing Asian food so u would better off somewhere else

This pho is terrible and definitely not authentic. The broth is lacking so much flavor. Even though it is a chain restaurant, the food is really not good. I've come twice to give it another chance and it was just as bad. The service is great though and the restaurant itself has a nice ambiance.

Everytime we walked by, we always smell a strong broth. So for the first time, we stopped by for an early dinner, since I was craving for comfort food. The stars are given for the ambience. I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant, but not so much of the food. As a foodie, I have eaten at many pho restaurants including in Vietnam. So, I do have some expectations for my noodles. Firstly, and most importantly, there was no taste in the broth - very very disappointing since you smell it walking by. Secondly, the noodles used, is not what is normally used for authentic pho. It was thicker which are usually used by the Chinese, not Vietmanese. In addition, the noodles tasted like it came out from a package. Next, the pho I asked for was the Hanoi beef with garlic. There was no garlic taste and the beef was soooooo tough. My jaw was tired after the bowl of noodles. No exaggeration. The other two bowls of pho my friends had were no different... We also tried the fried pork roll (which was meh.. and the sauce which came with it was really made to fit British taste buds rather than authentic...) and the morning glory with garlic. The highlight of the night was the morning glory - which is like steamed with garlic on top... Very simple. So unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The smell was like false advertisement. Pretty sure I won't be back. Oh btw, they add a pound to your bill for charity without asking. I don't mind donating but I don't like how it's just added on.

Today I ate lunch wearing a bib. After taking my seat and ordering my favourite bowl of pho for a lovely lunch with Vikki C, our eyes carefully spied the paper and plastic joys that the waitress unfolded and handed to us. Erm... right! Never fear though, we bravely donned the protective garments getting full involved in our steam hot bowls of Vietnamese goodness. Actually, wearing my favourite Cath Kidtson dress today I was actually very gratefully for the bib. I might even see if they sell them in bulk. I know my dad could do with some of them, and it would save my Mum a lot of time in washing his shirts. Pho, you clever people, great soup, great bibs!

Dining is available at the kitchen counter, bar, or in the basement dining room. Managed to get a seat by the kitchen counter and it was a very warm experience sitting in front of the grill. Bring a mask if one is sensitive to spices! The waitstaff were lovely and spent time explaining the menu that changes daily. Started off with the chicken and soy along with the rump with ubon relish and they were both excellent. The chicken thigh was grilled to perfection and super flavorful from the marination. The rump was cooked to perfection at a medium rare and the flavors were on point. The chef that made this personally presented this to me at the counter. Amazing! The glass noodles were fragrant and tasty. The crab portion was minimal and the pork belly had a smell to it... ~£30/head including VAT and service for lunch. I don't think I'll be back, and I wouldn't recommend this unless you were extremely uncultured and didn't know what real Asian food was like. Non-Asian folks may love this place - so take other reviews with a grain of salt (I personally am shocked at how highly rated this place is). The missus rates it lower than me (3/5 from me), so I give this place her rating cuz we were both... very sad about this. Missus and I showed up at 4pm on a Saturday in May. It was hella busy when we arrived, but quickly emptied out after we started getting our food. This place claims its Thai but they only have the spice part down... I doubt this is actually authentic. Maybe it's Southeast Asian inspired?? If anyone else knows please comment. The portion sizes are predictably small, and I don't think we ordered enough for two to be full, even though it was quite pricey (given the portion size). We ordered the rump cap, curry, clay pot, and a lager to drink. Nothing was that memorable - the rump cap was well made but the curry definitely made us question the cultural authenticity of this place. I wouldn't order the curries here - the meat dishes seem decent though. The ambiance in here is definitely loud, since sound carries - any conversation gets amplified and you can hear every word - even the annoying laughs or coughs are at volume 11 (so try to keep your voices down!). There's a background music track but it's faint and you can only barely hear it when anyone is talking. The restaurant layout is very good for communal dining, but really bad for intimate settings. If I were a dating man (I'm not), I wouldn't bring a date here. The service is also extremely slow - from when we ordered to when we got all of our food was roughly 45 min - which, given how hungry we were, and how empty the place was - inexcusable and really disappointing. Note: mandatory 12.5% service charge on top of your meal.

I don't really have stuff to say about the individual dishes because everything that I have attached to this review is a hit, and for anyone coming through, it will pretty much just be a choice of preference on the meat included in the noodles. Whichever type of meat one likes will be the noodles that one should end up going with. Everything was so delicious, and there were several other dishes I would have loved to have tried. I wish I had taken pictures of more dishes, but they all looked so good that we all just dug right in! Our server highly recommended the shrimp bean curd dish, and I am so glad she did. That's not something I would've ordered on my own, but my husband & I agreed it was our favorite dish of the night. My daughter's favorite (and my 2nd favorite) was the wagyu beef puff. I also loved everything in the steamed dim sum platter. The only thing that was mildly disappointing was the softshell crab. Softshell crab is usually one of my favorites, but it was just sort of bland. But overall the food was amazing. I just wanted to keep trying more & more things, even though I was stuffed! And the service was incredible -- really could not have been better. As a wine nerd, I have to say I don't love their wine service. You can't order a full bottle, only 500 ml or less, which means you're never presented with the bottle, so (in theory) you're never really sure you're actually getting what you ordered or getting a bottle that wasn't opened days ago. That being said, I have no doubt that the wines we were served were correct and relatively freshly opened, but I still would've appreciated proper bottle service. (On the other hand, being forced to buy only 500 ml at a time meant we could try two wines instead of sticking with just one bottle.) The ambiance was lovely -- spacious, sleek, classy, modern, with gigantic aquariums. This restaurant will be at the top of my list to revisit next time I'm in London!
