Bun Bo Hue .. Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ..

We stopped by last weekend and had late lunch with my family . We were warmly greeted by our server. Location is in a small plaza on a busy street with plenty of parking. We had bun Bo fur and pho Bo and vegan spring rolls and chicken wings and egg rolls . All the food came out fresh and hot . Everything was delicious and I would definitely come back . I liked that they expanded their dine in area. Decor and ambiance was nice and very clean. Whatever you do don't go to pho ha down the street that place is disgustingly dirty and food quality is horrible.

This is my go-to pho spot and has been for several years! My partner and I have become regulars here because we come so often--the servers have our orders memorized by now. Everything I've had here is delicious, from the spring rolls to the pho to the combo plates to the drinks. I usually get the shrimp spring rolls and the filet mignon pho with a Thai tea. I appreciate that the pho broth is not too salty like other places! To me, broth is not supposed to be overpoweringly salty, but I know that's a personal preference. Good quality meats and lots of noodles in the pho bowls. The indoor space is decorated nicely and very clean, the bathrooms are clean and smell nice, and the service is always top tier. Everyone is super friendly and kind here. 10/10 location!

Literally the ONLY pho place I go to! When I first tried Pho I wasn't the biggest fan so I tried multiple places to see if it would change my mind. This place definitely changed my mind....it never disappoints. The staff there is super nice and very attentive & the wait time for food isn't really to long of a wait. I don't have any complaints about this place.

The food was very greasy, the portions are much smaller than other places, I ordered a few side and we never got them This place definitely changed

Mango D-4 Mango And Sticky Rice

Pad Thai and mango sticky rice takeout is not the best choice from here the mango sticky was hard it tasted undercooked for a whopping 14$ I would've expected a mind blowing experience and the portion was lacking, definitely never ordering again, the pad Thai was a ball of pad Thai noodles I didn't think of reviewing until I got to the mango sticky rice didn't take a picture but I would not recommend for takeout. I will stick to my regular Thai spots from now on for the Thai dishes the only thing that does not disappoint even though their prices are starting to get a little outrageous and portions slightly smaller is their Pho has been my go to in this areas for years

    Very clean restaurant

I'm so happy we stopped by today. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The inside is very well maintained and tidy. They have a good menu as they serve different/variety of Asain dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. We ordered Thai: green papaya salad, Cambodian: beef/ chicken sticks, Vietnamese: Pho, Vietnamese: Bun luc Lac, Vietnamese: beef Banh mi, 6 egg rolls, and two Thai: teas with boba. The dishes are homemade with love. They taste like and feel like you we're invited to someone's home to eat grandma and mom's home cooking/ recipes. Definitely a great spot for some good eats!

On the bland side lacking the usual bit of sweetness, sour, salty and peanuty all together. Nam Kao Tod Laosian dish not bad but a bit too spicy. Cambodian marinated Beef Sticks flavorful but meat not very tender and on the dry side. Fried banana was good. Had to rerun fried shrimp for being too spicy (good flavor though). Sticky rice and mango was good but overall it was a mix feed back of different tastes. May have to come back again and give it another try and enjoy more.

Pho tai (8/10): A generous portion with plenty of meat. The broth was good, though a bit sweeter than what I usually prefer, as I tend to like a more savory pho. Bún bò Huế (9/10): Another large portion that tasted very authentic. The meat portions were great, and the broth was light and flavorful without feeling too heavy. Chicken wings (10/10): So good, perfectly crispy, and honestly nostalgic. They reminded me of how my grandma used to make them. Shrimp spring rolls (10/10): You really can't go wrong with spring rolls, and these were fresh and well made. The sauce was darker in color but tasted like a classic peanut sauce. Overall, I would definitely come back. The restaurant is very clean, the service is excellent, and the food is consistently good.

Cause I love Vietnamese food!! Duh!! :) :) I found Pho 72 on Yelp and it was less than 1 mile from my office and as a no brainer, I had to give this place a try. The place is a little old and run down but it reminds me of a family run hole in the wall diamond in the rough. I went twice and I ordered the following Bun Bo Hue - beef spicy noodles soup (Very tasty, love all the fresh veggies/herbs and the tender meat) Pork Loaf Bun Mi sandwich - I liked it cause it has pate, lots of bun mi places don't use pate. Pate is what makes it so delicious! 4 stars because the pork loaf was still a little frozen. Pho combo - rare steak, tripe, tendon, flank and Brisket. Very delicious I plan to go to San Bernardino every other month for work and will definitely go here again.

The restaurant itself is very spacious with tons of seating, but that honestly made it feel awkward. No music, no vibe--just a big TV in the middle playing a Vietnamese food channel. Interior was average, nothing memorable. Service was okay. The server told us to sit anywhere, brought menus right away, and then the food came out WAY TOO FAST, which immediately felt off. When the pho arrived, the noodles were overcooked and hard. And honestly felt like it might've been someone else's order that got handed to us. That alone was off-putting. As you can see in my video, there was no steam coming off the pho, meaning the broth wasn't even hot. The broth was... eh. Not rich, not flavorful, just a very mediocre blend. Nothing comforting or standout about it. I don't have a photo, but the egg rolls were also overcooked and disappointing. No lettuce or pickled carrots/radish on the side either, which is a big miss for me since that's how I like to eat them. Also, don't be fooled by some of the Yelp reviews. Especially the ones with 1-2 reviews. Feels very friends-and-family fake reviews. And a lot of "best ever" praise, yet most of them don't even talk about the pho. Just banh mi, spring rolls, Vietnamese crepe, or rice porridge. And one guy claiming this is the best pho out of LA and OC? Come on. That one definitely felt like a family member. First impression? Probably won't be back. There are way better pho spots around that are actually worth the visit.
