Thai tea and a #15 pho.
Michael D.

Very clean establishment, very good and fresh food, and the service was great! Came for breakfast. Would highly recommend this place.

Fixins for pho
Tina H.

Had this pho spot on my list forever ever. We finally stopped by for lunch to try them out. Inside and outside are very well maintained. Super clean and nice decor. Employees are very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Never had to ask for anything 5 stars for service for sure!!! The food was ok. The pho was edible but not that great. The broth was missing the big beef flavor and spices like star anise we're looking for when we eat pho. It had a very watered-down taste. We had to put lots of condiments to get it to be just ok. The beef banh mi was also lacking flavor and very skimpy on the filling of meat. Overall, it's an ok spot, but we'd probably never come back. As I'm a pho snob and my pho has to be 4 stars at least.

Beef Báhn Mì
Kat L.

Freshest Báhn Mì that I have had in a long time ! So delicious ! I got a beef Báhn Mì and the meat was so juicy and tender , super fresh veggies , and the bread was very fresh and soft as well , toasted just right ! If you are looking for the Perfect Vietnamese food , this is the place to go ! I also got a Thai tea and that was very good too , overall great customer service the Guy that helped me was very nice and helpful, will definitely be trying this again. Highly recommend this restaurant! Yum yum yum VERY clean restaurant with a very modern update and nice decor , seamless experience all the way around!

No ice Vietnamese coffee.
Chona C.

If anyone's planning to order a drink with no ice from this place, expect to get half a cup for the full price. I get that it's business, but this is way too far of a drive to be met with that kind of stinginess. Even Starbucks doesn't do me like that! Yeah... I'm definitely not coming back here.

Clean dining room area
Paul I.

I had the pho tai chin and it was fine. Not my favorite because it was a little on the tangy side. I can say this is the cleanest dining room of any pho place I've been to. I will never order a pho again from here but I'll try other options on the menu.

Pho with condiments
Christine L.

The pho here is SO good! It's unfortunate many bad ratings are about service. I never expect good service from a pho restaurant but hopefully they get their act together. As a Vietnamese American I eat pho very often, multiple times a month both at restaurants or at home and this place is great! Typically I eat pho around the Bay Area but happy to have a great pho option while visiting here. The broth is really nice and not too salty or sweet. The smaller size pho is actually pretty small though. I typically have a generous amount of leftovers from other restaurants but this one I can nearly finish. I'm glad they are generous with their toppings such as Thai basil and bean sprouts. I've noticed they give lemons instead of limes. Not sure if they usually do limes like other places but I do not limes are currently more pricey than they were before. Iced Vietnamese coffee is very strong here. Food usually comes out quickly. Easy to find parking in the plaza so far.

#33 beef and egg rolls
Jay S.

First time at Pho 77, i usually go to Pho in waterman and mill street. I ordered dry bbq beef with egg rolls m. The egg rolls got soggy because of the sauce I added. There was a lot of noodle. It didn't look like much but it is. Beef was tender and not chewy. Service was good. My nephew always ordered #1 and he likes them without tender.

Shrimp Spring Rolls

One of my sons and my sister were in town because of a family medical emergency and I was telling them about some Pho that I had eaten the other day so they decided they wanted some as well so we found this spot. The server or maybe the owner took very good care of us from the time we sat down with menus, then water and then taking our order very quickly. We didn't have to wait too long for anything. I ordered some meatballs Pho, my son ordered some that had every kind of anything inside of it (yuck) and my sister ordered a shrimp and rice something. We also ordered the shrimp and chicken Spring Rolls. Loved the spring rolls, my sister really liked her meal (went back the next day and order the same thing ) and my son absolutely loved his meal. The only thing I did not like is I didn't like the texture or the taste of the meatballs. It's not like the ground beef I am used to so I wouldn't order it again.

Amazing taste!!! And most of all very clean and friendly service. We didn't expect this much and this is not our area so we just tried it. We will be back someday here with our kids ,they are the pho lovers, too.

To all my fellow vegans / vegetarians out there this is one spot you should go to . Been a fan of this family owned restaurant since 2014 and it's been consistently great service and food . Not to mention it is modern inside and extremely clean and they are on top of things making sure your welcomed and they serve your food fast so if your looking to get a quick meal this place is it . This restaurant is SimpliDished approved :) as a fellow cook I appreciate the details so hope this review helps others. SimpliDished favorites include the Tofu Banhi Mi Veggie Pho / Plain Pho , Crispy Tofu , Crunchy Noddles , Spring Rolls

I'm so happy we stopped by today. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The inside is very well maintained and tidy. We ordered Thai: green papaya salad, Cambodian: beef/ chicken sticks, Vietnamese: Pho, Vietnamese: Bun luc Lac, Vietnamese: beef Banh mi, 6 egg rolls, and two Thai: teas with boba. On the bland side lacking the usual bit of sweetness, sour, salty and peanuty all together. Nam Kao Tod Laosian dish not bad but a bit too spicy. Cambodian marinated Beef Sticks flavorful but meat not very tender and on the dry side. Fried banana was good. Had to rerun fried shrimp for being too spicy (good flavor though). Sticky rice and mango was good but overall it was a mix feed back of different tastes. May have to come back again and give it another try and enjoy more.

It's a small place inside a strip mall plaza. Whenever I do come in to sit down, I'm greeted almost immediately and seated almost immediately. I like to order in Vietnamese at Vietnamese restaurants so that my order doesn't get messed up, but often times, the younger servers don't understand it so I end up ordering in English and describing what I want or pointing to the picture/number. Food comes out fairly quickly and when I'm done, I just go to the register and pay, all less than an hour inside the restaurant (although I tend to eat alone and quickly). I almost always order the bun Bo hue bc it's one of my favorite soups and theirs is pretty good. Their pho is also pretty good. I also like their rice plates, but definitely could use some work. The prices are a bit high for Vietnamese food in this area in my opinion but since this restaurant is prob one of the better ones of all the options in IE, I'm willing to pay for it.

I found that completely inappropriate. No customer should be told they are being charged extra simply because an employee remembers them. If there are pricing policies, they should be clearly explained, not enforced in a personal or confrontational way. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked another employee for his name and instead of helping resolve the situation, she told me he was the nicest one there and said that if I did not like it, they could cancel my order and I could leave. I had done nothing wrong and was simply asking for clarification. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and dismissive. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, not approached with attitude or threatened with extra charges. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant because of the poor customer service. Its the lil Asian guy who always is always upset when u ask something

Pho tai (8/10): A generous portion with plenty of meat. The broth was good, though a bit sweeter than what I usually prefer, as I tend to like a more savory pho. Bún bò Huế (9/10): Another large portion that tasted very authentic. The meat portions were great, and the broth was light and flavorful without feeling too heavy. Chicken wings (10/10): So good, perfectly crispy, and honestly nostalgic. They reminded me of how my grandma used to make them. Shrimp spring rolls (10/10): You really can't go wrong with spring rolls, and these were fresh and well made. The sauce was darker in color but tasted like a classic peanut sauce. Overall, I would definitely come back. The restaurant is very clean, the service is excellent, and the food is consistently good.

Cause I love Vietnamese food!! Duh!! :) :) I found Pho 72 on Yelp and it was less than 1 mile from my office and as a no brainer, I had to give this place a try. The place is a little old and run down but it reminds me of a family run hole in the wall diamond in the rough. I went twice and I ordered the following Bun Bo Hue - beef spicy noodles soup (Very tasty, love all the fresh veggies/herbs and the tender meat) Pork Loaf Bun Mi sandwich - I liked it cause it has pate, lots of bun mi places don't use pate. Pate is what makes it so delicious! 4 stars because the pork loaf was still a little frozen. Pho combo - rare steak, tripe, tendon, flank and Brisket. Very delicious I plan to go to San Bernardino every other month for work and will definitely go here again.

The restaurant itself is very spacious with tons of seating, but that honestly made it feel awkward. No music, no vibe--just a big TV in the middle playing a Vietnamese food channel. Interior was average, nothing memorable. Service was okay. The server told us to sit anywhere, brought menus right away, and then the food came out WAY TOO FAST, which immediately felt off. When the pho arrived, the noodles were overcooked and hard. And honestly felt like it might've been someone else's order that got handed to us. That alone was off-putting. As you can see in my video, there was no steam coming off the pho, meaning the broth wasn't even hot. The broth was... eh. Not rich, not flavorful, just a very mediocre blend. Nothing comforting or standout about it. I don't have a photo, but the egg rolls were also overcooked and disappointing. No lettuce or pickled carrots/radish on the side either, which is a big miss for me since that's how I like to eat them. Also, don't be fooled by some of the Yelp reviews. Especially the ones with 1-2 reviews. Feels very friends-and-family fake reviews. And a lot of "best ever" praise, yet most of them don't even talk about the pho. Just banh mi, spring rolls, Vietnamese crepe, or rice porridge. And one guy claiming this is the best pho out of LA and OC? Come on. That one definitely felt like a family member. First impression? Probably won't be back. There are way better pho spots around that are actually worth the visit.
