My party ordered a combination Pho with beef flank, thin steak, and beef tendon, House Special Beef Shaken and a House Special Beef with Kalbi Short rib and shrimp wrapped in been curd. All House Special come with sides of rice and salad. The meals were flavorful. Service was friendly and server attentive. The place was clean and they had rap music playing in the air lol. Had this pho spot on my list forever ever. We finally stopped by for lunch to try them out. Inside and outside are very well maintained. Super clean and nice decor. Employees are very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Never had to ask for anything 5 stars for service for sure!!! The food was ok. The pho was edible but not that great. The broth was missing the big beef flavor and spices like star anise we're looking for when we eat pho. It had a very watered-down taste. We had to put lots of condiments to get it to be just ok. The beef banh mi was also lacking flavor and very skimpy on the filling of meat. Overall, it's an ok spot, but we'd probably never come back. Freshest Báhn Mì that I have had in a long time ! So delicious ! I got a beef Báhn Mì and the meat was so juicy and tender , super fresh veggies , and the bread was very fresh and soft as well , toasted just right ! If you are looking for the Perfect Vietnamese food , this is the place to go ! We always patronize this place but the same waitress that use to work at T & T pho is now working there & when she's working customer service is below standard, she's more concerned with talking to co workers than working & helping customers. She has no class, she comes & quickly almost throws the plate at you so she can go back to talking & eating or drinking what she has at the table. She's going to bring down the service & I like coming here. The only time she really works is when the older man is there but really that's the only time the customer service from most of the staff is on point. This is one of my absolute favorite pho places in the inland empire I've even gone to rancho and chino and nope those places are overpriced and cater to more American palates. I love this place! If you're Caucasian and complain you wing like it here at least based on the reviews they have all been Caucasian people who like to complain. read more

I had the pho tai chin and it was fine. Not my favorite because it was a little on the tangy side. I can say this is the cleanest dining room of any pho place I've been to. I will never order a pho again from here but I'll try other options on the menu. read more

The pho here is SO good! It's unfortunate many bad ratings are about service. I never expect good service from a pho restaurant but hopefully they get their act together. As a Vietnamese American I eat pho very often, multiple times a month both at restaurants or at home and this place is great! Typically I eat pho around the Bay Area but happy to have a great pho option while visiting here. The broth is really nice and not too salty or sweet. The smaller size pho is actually pretty small though. I typically have a generous amount of leftovers from other restaurants but this one I can nearly finish. I'm glad they are generous with their toppings such as Thai basil and bean sprouts. I've noticed they give lemons instead of limes. Not sure if they usually do limes like other places but I do not limes are currently more pricey than they were before. Iced Vietnamese coffee is very strong here. Food usually comes out quickly. Easy to find parking in the plaza so far. read more

One of my sons and my sister were in town because of a family medical emergency and I was telling them about some Pho that I had eaten the other day so they decided they wanted some as well so we found this spot. The server or maybe the owner took very good care of us from the time we sat down with menus, then water and then taking our order very quickly. We didn't have to wait too long for anything. I ordered some meatballs Pho, my son ordered some that had every kind of anything inside of it (yuck) and my sister ordered a shrimp and rice something. We also ordered the shrimp and chicken Spring Rolls. Loved the spring rolls, my sister really liked her meal (went back the next day and order the same thing ) and my son absolutely loved his meal. The only thing I did not like is I didn't like the texture or the taste of the meatballs. It's not like the ground beef I am used to so I wouldn't order it again. read more

only reason this place is getting a 3 star is because the pho is actually really good. my husband and i have been coming for over a few years now and the CUSTOMER SERVICE has gone down drastically. we went with our child On a friday. we were not greeted when walking in, we werent directed to take a seat or wait so we just chose an empty table. Then menus were dropped off by a male employee with not saying hi or welcoming us just dropped them off and walked away. next server droped off spoons and napkins that come with basket. still not a single word. The initial server comes back to our table and says ready? i said yes and proceeded to order, we asked for water for us and our daughter. when the second server came back with our waters it was only 2 not for our daughter so we asked for another water. as she came back she brought a water and another tray with spoons and napkins. when our food was dropped off she practically reached over my husband to grab the extra tray that was accidently brought and says i didnt see you had an extra tray give me that one and walks away. i hope that they can turn this customer service around because i would like to come back and dine in to actually enjoy our dinner. read more

This is a solid pho spot out in the SB area. I came in for a bowl of hearty pho and that's exactly what I got. The meat isn't anything super special or fantastic. The menu is pretty average price or what I've seen at all the different pho places that I've gone to throughout Los Angeles, OC, and SB. The portions aren't bad and the noddles are pretty good as well. they aren't overly starchy. They aren't all stuck together. They are soft but not mushy. I saw them handle cash and grab vegetables right after all with their bare hands. And when you're done eating, they will reuse your utensils as long as it "looks clean". You could be using a spoon that was licked clean by a kid before you. Hep C alert! Covid Alert! I'm not sure if all restaurants are like this but it was a huge turn off for me. Came here with friends. The server was clearly having a bad day, or hates her job, either or (the other staff were lovely). She doesnt know the menu at all, and opened her mouth with attitude without so much as a hello. We were like.... What?!? Anyway.... We have a pho place near us, and I was excited to not only see my favorite dish on the menu, but it came with noodles here! I ordered it and when it came, it smelled and looked delish. Until the meat. "Meat". There was none. It was ALL chunks of fat. Even the pieces that LOOK like meat, dont be fooled, they were large hunks of fat/grit/i dunno, with some shreds of meat in the grit. My husband and I come here when the weather is cold/rainy. He gets the vegetarian pho and I get their house special pho. And we both share a side of their egg rolls. When they have fresh coconut juice available, we get those too. Always hits the spot. It gets really busy though and there's always a long wait when paying. Otherwise, everything is great. read more

Very disappointed, I'm a loyal customer and I go very often with my family. However the last few times we haven't had a good experience and our food had been wrong. Today unfortunately was the worst. I order one of the special in their menu chicken shaken and I got some fried rice with shrimp and beef I called and I asked if they can redo it with correct food they were nice and agreed. I'm vegetarian as well as gluten free, so I was hoping I'd be able to find something to accommodate my needs here. They did not disappoint! There were plenty of vegetarian options on the menu, as well as gluten free. I got the vegetable pho with tofu, and it was packed with veggies, as well as a good amount of rice noodles. The noodles had a good consistency, but my only complaint was the broth. It was a bit too bland for my taste, but overall it wasn't bad. The atmosphere was clean and open. There are a lot of windows and a good amount of seating. Service was okay, not overly friendly but not rude either. Our food was brought out pretty quickly, but we came early so there was only one other table that was occupied, so I'm not sure how it would be during a busier time. I'm rating this establishment not because of the food but to the waiter who mistreated me today. I ordered just a simple vegetable Pho with egg noodle. Somehow there was a miscommunication and he brought out a beef Pho instead. I told him kindly that I did not order Beef Pho. I asked for the menu again to check if I gave him the wrong item #. I went up to him to let him know that I ordered #14 not #13 but he proceeded to tell me that he repeated our order to us and I was wrong not him. So I told him that I do not eat meat and I would like the vegetable Pho instead, so I sat back down with my colleagues who got their food already and told them to go ahead and eat. I can visibly see that he was busy attending to other customers so I waited and waited patiently for my food to arrive but when I noticed my 2 colleagues were almost done eating, I approached the waiter again and asked if he was bringing my food. He proceeded to tell me that "no, I canceled your order and I am not giving you any food." I asked him why he decided to cancel my order? he continued to tell me that he wasn't going to serve me and that was that! Baffled to what just happened, I told my colleagues on what was happening, they went up to pay for their meals and one of them said I have been coming here for over 2 years and have taken multiple people here because of what you did "I am not coming back again" he then responded "I don't care!" Asked if he was the manager or if we can speak to one, he said there are no managers around. He then started mumbling about how he will tell his manager what had happen and he doesn't care about us. I even told him how I understood that he was very busy but he had no right not to serve me when I didn't do anything wrong. We left the establishment because there was no point of arguing with him. I was respectful towards him and in return DISRESPECTED by him & left hungry!!! Watch out for this SERVER!!!! BTW - I did speak to a manager at Shiki Sushi because I knew somehow they were connected. I spoke to the host and then called back in the afternoon to speak to a manager. Not sure if they are truly going to talk to him about what had happened or if they were going to reprimand him. read more
