The place is pretty large, clean and decorated nicely. There are plenty of booths, tables, & larger tables. If you have a craving it is a good fix. It is not your home made pho but it is decent. The broth is not oily or fattening. My sister and I usuals are the bun bo hue(spicy pork soup w/ pork blood cubes) & bun rio (crab paste meatball noodle soup) and these are dishes we have to trust a place enough to eat these delicacies. Customer service is a hit or miss. The past two servers have checked up on us after our first bite. They still never meet my request of taking out the pork blood cubes in my spicy pork soup but they're easy to spot enough to take out. read more

SOOO CLEAN! The host has such a beautiful smile & was so welcoming! Food is AMAZING. When I walked in, it smelled like it was freshly cleaned. Each table has its own hand sanitizer which I absolutely Loooove! Don't miss out on this place just bc you judge the location! Bathrooms & dining room is spotless. I ordered online and found out late they didn't have any seasonal desserts. So I got two sausage spring rolls and two pork banh mi sandwiches. The peanut sauce was sweeter than usual which threw off my flavor palette. And the banh mi was on good bread, could have used more veggie and parsley, great pork and two slices of jalapeños. Even after I took it out, the heat was still there. It was very delicious and I am looking forward to trying the rest of the menu! read more

I went to this restaurant on 10/8/22 to ordered the cooked sliced beef steak Pho, and I was given raw meat and barely and noodles in the bowl for soup! When I returned to the restaurant, the male cashier was extremely rude and unapologetic and very unprofessional, as I was treated like a dog and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! We came here with the whole family. Saw all the great reviews and wanted to see for ourselves. Now we go inside and it's clean and nice decor. We were seated promptly with no welocome and not a smile in sight. We all ordered pho some beef and some seafood. We all got our dishes at different times. Which made it weird as we all wanted to eat together. The waitress and waiter had no people skills. Just very unfriendly! No personality what so ever. Now on to the food The pho broth was not good it taste old and smelled old to me. Then my hubby said to me my broth taste weird. So we didn't finish it and the kids barley touched there's. Needless to say this stuff isn't fresh at all. I don't know why they have such rave reviews because this pho left a horrible taste n our mouths. Never coming back. read more

We ordered delivery from Uber Eats. We had several appetizers, specifically the shrimp & pork spring rolls, the egg rolls, and the cream cheese wontons, as well as the Phở đặc biệt as our entrée. How can I give 10 stars?!?! This is my go-to pho place! I usually almost order #6, it's essentially the house pho special without the meatballs. It's delicious! Try it! I don't know if anyone cares, but I think they have the BEST CHILI OIL, like, can I buy a jar, please?? It's got lots of flavor and isn't extremely hot. I could put it on everything lol. I have had the orange chicken and rice, but I don't recommend it. I can't remember what else I've tried from there because I usually get the pho, and like I said, it's my go-to place!!! Also, the service is great, there's this one gentleman that I forgot to catch his name, he's super sweet and is so pleasant! I look forward to ordering from him ToT . My go to pho place in the area. I think the prices are pretty fair--around $8 for a bowl of pho. It's pretty satisfying. However, if you eat a lot I recommend getting an appetizer as well. The interior is well-kept and roomy. Parking is plentiful. Good for large parties. I have only gotten the pho and egg rolls though, so I cannot vouch for the other dishes. Would go again. read more

I've always liked this place. I feel that they went above and beyond for me today. I called and ordered a tray of spring rolls. The way they packaged it was awesome. They wrapped them in pairs and put the peanut sauce in squeeze bottles to make it super convenient. What they didn't know was that I bought these spring rolls to take to a potluck at the cemetery so we can spend this holiday with my dad that recently passed. They made it so easy!! Still my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Broth has gotten better. I don't add as many limes anymore; 3 and I'm good. I get steak pho with extra steak. They regularly give you the steak on the side but you can ask them to include it with the broth. Thai tea here is really good. Not too sweet and a slight black tea taste. read more

Came in for dinner tonight at 8pm. It took a bit to get our food. Then when we finally did, 10 minutes into eating they started putting up chairs, turned off music. Another 10 minutes go by and the lights started going off. At literally 8:58pm the ladies walked out of the kitchen and sat around our tables tapping their fingers, staring and waiting. Update: again...wouldn't seat us (party of 5) at 8pm. Shut down one side of the dining room. The other side was completely full. Not to mention 6-7 servers up front. Server looked at his watch and told us they closed at 9pm... like we came in too late. It's f'ing 8pm...ONE hour until CLOSING. What do the owners have to say about this???? Located in a small plaza in San Bernardino. This is my favorite pho place in the area and am looking forward to being a regular here now. SERVICE: The service was really good compared to the service around the other local pho places. Water was constantly attended to and food came out quickly as well. SPRING ROLLS: Ordered 2 shrimp spring rolls. Both the rolls and peanut sauce tasted exactly how I expected it. Would order these again! Did a Yelp search and this was one of the more promising places for com tam near work. The com tam was mediocre, there was nothing special about it. I got the Shredded Pork, grilled pork, egg cake, egg roll and shrimp cake rice dish. The grilled pork had a nice grilled taste to it, while the egg roll, egg cake and shredded pork were decent. The shrimp cake was soggy and not crispy at all. The rice was also dry, com tam means broken rice, but they serve it with regular rice grains. The dish comes with a bowl of pho broth on the side which was pretty salty. I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee to go and it was too sweet! The service was good, I got seated quickly and my food came out within a reasonable time. The food was only okay, not sure if I'd come back again for their com tam. read more

The finished space turned out so much better than what was there before, and it's awesome to have another solid pho spot right here in the Inland Empire. Now we don't have to drive far to get a good bowl of pho. The location is convenient, the restaurant is clean and inviting, and it's a great addition to the area. Parking could be a little better, but honestly, that's a small tradeoff for having Pho Ha so close to home. I'm excited to have this place serving the IE, and I'll definitely be back. Welcome to the neighborhood!

But the fun ambiance certainly buoyed the celebratory mood! The building is surrounded by a huge parking lot with a plethora of spaces. Why are we so devoid of real estate and parking in NorCal? The Red Fox is a great place to watch any game or just hang out. If I lived in the community, this would definitely be one of my regular haunts.

No stars!! It didn't let me put no stars so I was forced to put 1 star but if I had the option I would put NO STARS! I was a customer for years at this place and used to love the food here and always came here on a regular basis at least once a week or about 3-4 times a month and now they will lose our business. I had been coming here since 2009 (before they moved to the bigger space). We came in for dinner today at 8:28 almost 8:30 and they refused to serve us to dine in and said it was only "to go". I am furious because I just wanted some savory pho for dinner on a cold winter day and they are now going to lose a customer for not wanting to serve dine in when there was still 30 minutes left until closing at 9pm. I even called ahead of time and said it was ok and made me drive there and ended up not serving me! BAD SERVICE! Customer lost!!! read more

The rest of the staff was also warm, attentive, and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with our assigned waitress was noticeably different. "Bun mam" broth was just like pho and added a little seafood broth in it. I'm pretty sure the "bun mam" is made for those who definitely absolutely 100% don't have any specific and significant idea about that. And my girlfriend ordered "bun rieu" which is supposed to go with crab paste which is crucial to this cuisine. And they freaking added egg to her broth which was stink. A friend asked me out for lunch, and she picked this restaurant. It was my first time trying Vietnamese food, and I was impressed. First of all, we were given crispy fried chicken strips in a wire cone-shaped basket as an appetizer. My beef, chicken, and vegetable combo with thin noodles was very good and a large portion too. This is a very good place to get some Pho. Unfortunately, that's the only thing you should get here. Stay clear from anything on the menu that is a common order. I don't know if it's the best, since I'm not quite sure what authentic Pho should taste like. The price is fair, you get a great portion, and the service is quick. Although, make sure you bring cash. Amazing as always. The shrimp spring rolls were also delicious especially that peanut dipping sauce. Very happy with this experience especially because their service was fast I get steak pho with extra steak.
