Been coming here for many years. New interior look. Nice and more classy feel.,Ambience quiet and relaxing. Service is good. Communication is a little slow and difficult but we got our order right. Food was good but a little different than what I remembered. It's been a while since we last visited here. Pho broth not as flavorful as it use to be. One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! It's one of those little hole in the wall places that you don't originally expect much from when you first go in, but the food is so good that it makes you feel right at home and they treat you really well. I've always received really good service here and their food smells so good while they're cooking it. My mouth is literally watering the entire time that I'm waiting by the time my food comes out. It's not unique and it's not super exceptional that it will blow my pants away, BUT it is consistent every single time. I absolutely loved this pho it was a perfect pick me up after a horrible day of work. Pho is amazing comfort food and this one really hit the spot. Whenever I'm craving pho near loma linda, this is my go to spot. Service is super fast and the quality is great. I always order the number 7: rare steak, flank, and tendon and a milk tea. It's the best if you eat it at the restaurant, but it's also good to go (reheated on a stove or in the microwave). The interior is pretty standard as far as pho places go. Parking is also easy in their lot. Def a win in my book! read more

Lots of parking Came inside and you could tell that they served authentic Vietnamese food. They had lots of tables enough for im going to guess at least 50-60 pax. Ordered their house special pho in large and it was a really good ratio of noodles:protein and their broth tastes so good, and when they served the food it was hot. Also it didn't take long at all for them to serve our food. 5 minutes too. Their egg rolls were really good! Especially with their dipping sauce. Everything tasted so good. Came here to eat a recovery meal after day one of a rave in San Bernardino. I was surprised that there is a Vietnamese community at all in this area, so we were thankful to be able to get soup. Our table got the bun bo hue and the pho. The portions are massive! The large can feed two people, you can save it for later. At 1:30 PM, the restaurant was quite vacant besides our large group, but I don't know how full it would be normally at peak meal time. The staff is friendly. The menu is easy to read. Definitely do not expect Orange County-level Vietnamese food quality here. It was decent for what it is, but I found my BBH to be too salty. The pho lacked depth. As a Vietnamese person who eats homemade foods regularly, I detected this, but my other friends did not notice at all. Pho Ha gets the job done and they also have other dishes available such as rice plates and spring rolls. All in all, I'm happy it exists. read more

Walked in here on 10/24/2024 and they were deciding to kick out a black person just because he looked in drugs, but he was just a regular costumer. And told him to go next door to a Mexican restaurant. I was just looking till they noticed I was and decided to keep him and service him. After that each person from kitchen was walking in and out just staring at him. One of the girls short hair took there tips from front register and took it to kitchen. MUST GET #52. It is so flavorful! It is my absolute favorite here! It is a beef noodle soup with thick, generous chunks of beef, meat and tendons. The thin rice noodles are always the right amount, and the texture is great to grip the flavors of the soup. The BROTH is the ultimate winner here, the soup is thin and so very tasty. It's a thin soup not thick at all and it is also not too oily and has so much of the l flavor from the meats, spices (I taste 5 spice powder) and veggies (onions, cilantro and carrots). I've had the pho here which was also good, but since I tried the #52, each time I go here I run straight to this beef noodle soup. Would highly recommend! read more
