My bf and I went to this place soon after they opened the location. The place was completely empty besides a big party in the party room. Literally no one else was there besides a small family that was on there way out. We were seated and we were admiring the decorations etc. We got our order taken and it was down hill from there. Another small group of 3 came in after us. We ordered 2 pho soup & an appetizer. The other table got all 3 soups before we got our appetizer. After the 3 left, we then got our soup.. it took sooo long to get our food I don't know why we even waited. Mind you I really wanted to try the place probably why we waited. While we were waiting the 2 servers kept making eye contact with us but wouldn't come to assure us that our food will come out soon. Then after long waiting, the guy server gave us a random little bowl of weird chips? Tbh I don't know what it was but he set it on our table and left didn't say anything. When our food did come out, no one came and handed us the soup that was on the robot. So we waved down a lady from behind the counter and she put it on the table for us.. didn't say sorry nothing. What a fun, new place! It is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Our server was super friendly. I had the Chicken Pho and the Thai Tea with boba. The pho was amazing! Very good flavor, the bowl was huge, and it came with a great variety of toppings and sauces (that you could add to your liking). The Thai Tea was delicious (and big!) and the boba was nice and soft. My family and I stopped by on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Food: The chicken pho & the burrito were delicious. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee! It was SO GOOD! The food took a little long to come out. The noodles with steak weren't anything special. I think it would be nice if kids meals/kids drinks were offered. Service: Our waitress was kind but she was really shy and I could hardly hear her from how low she was talking. The owner was very friendly. Cleanliness: the restaurant itself was really clean. I normally never leave reviews but my experience here was so bad I just had to leave a review. Walked in took about 5-10 minutes for the server to come and take our drink order. 5 minutes later another server came to take our drink order. Then after 20 minutes we finally ordered food. The server brought my boyfriend the wrong order and my Thai milk tea was so bitter. I asked for sugar twice and the server never brought it. The staff was incredibly nice but you can tell they were severely under staffed, half of the menu was unavailable due to it being "the end of the week", the environment is strangely decorated (not a huge deal just thought I'd mention it), there was a food mixup, the Thai Tea IS NOT THAI TEA, and out of our party of 4 we all got food poisoning to various degrees that night and the next day. read more

So me and my two kids decided to go try this place for the first time, upon entering they greeted us and instructed us to seat ourself, they gave us menus and water and decided to take everyone's orders besides ours me and kids were being very patient but I lost it when I told the little girl with glasses we were ready to order and she said ok and walked away at that time a party of like 7 people walked in and she went to help them instead of coming to take our order after we had been waiting for about 20 min already. I thought this was very unprofessional and rude that me and my kids just walked out without ordering. We didn't get to try the food but the fact that they were so unprofessional ruined the experience. This place has a cute atmosphere and has lots of potential! However, I'm not quite sold. We had spring rolls (shrimp) and there was only ONE shrimp in each one. In their defense, it was butterflied so it LOOKED like 2. Not enough for the price either way. We also had the Parmesan garlic wings. These I would come back for! They had a buttery garlic sauce that made them stand out from other Parmesan wings I've had before and I'm not a sauce person. Dry rub is my preference. Lastly, I had a Thai tea. It was bitter and I left 3/4 of it behind. There's definitely room for improvement here before the grand opening. I hope this place sticks around and makes those improvements. The location is such a convenience and I loved the vibe inside. We'll be returning soon to give it another shot. read more

Decor is on point!! But the food... not so much. We ordered a bahn mi and garlic noodles. The bahn mi was good! The grilled chicken in the garlic noodles was really good and cooked perfectly, moist, and seasoned well. The garlic noodles did not taste like garlic. It seems as if they just blanched the noodles tossed them in a skillet and put them on the plate. They were crisp on one side then soggy on the other. They just tasted like plain noodles I didn't taste garlic and it doesn't seem like the put sauce to stir fry them. I was really looking forward to them but they just did not have what I was expecting. The winter melon milk tea had almost a starchy feel to it... maybe it's powder? Flavor was okay. It was a bahn mi, garlic noodles, a smoothie, and a milk tea for about $50. Yikessss. Viet Noodle on coffee road has good food for good fare. Maybe I'll give this place a second chance. Came in on Sunday about 7:30. Was greeted with we only have pho nothing else. And no chicken pho. And seat yourself. We decide to give it try since we were there already. We order the two options we had. Had to get up twice to ask for beverages. Soup came, waited another 10 mins for condiments. Soup was horrible they got my order completely wrong but again I was just trying to get it over with. Meat was extremely chewy and rubbery. The broth was acceptable. Noodles were decent. Almost zero customer service and very very very slow. I was super disappointed, I really wanted to like this place. For the price they charge I expect quality food and options. I will try one more time with a call ahead to see if they are serving other options. If service and food is better I'll update my review. But for now there are so much better pho spots. read more

I am usually skeptical about fusion restaurants but was pleasantly surprised. We came in for lunch on a Sunday during their soft opening. I had the Vietnamese chicken salad. It wasn't made the traditional way with cabbage but was still very good. I liked that the fish sauce/dressing wasn't too salty. I would definitely order it again. My husband had the shrimp and pork rice plate. He thoroughly enjoyed his meal and it was a good portion size. For drinks I ordered a black milk tea and my husband got the Thai milk tea. I asked for my milk tea to be less sweetened and I was glad they were able to accommodate that. I am from Orange County and am quite picky with my boba, so I was glad it was good because some boba places out here make their drinks too watery or sweet. I was also glad they made their Thai Tea right. The server was also very nice and attentive. We are excited to come back. My first time trying out this place and this was my first impression. This is dining in...so I came there and was directed to go find a seat. As I was walking in I saw tables most if not all covered in food that was left from previous customers. It was hard finding a seat that was clean enough and wasn't piled on with left over plates and food! There was no air conditioning on it felt muggy in there and there literally was no customers very sparse. Food that was left on the tables seemed to have sat there for a long time. We found a somewhat decent table that looked halfway clean. The young girl came to our table with real dirty menus and just dropped them off without saying anything. The manager in the back near the kitchen was just hanging out, no smile no hello and no assistance. It felt really unkept and awkward so much so that I just got up and left. The young girl who finally attempted to clear some tables asked "why" as if why I was leaving...the audacity, I mean look at the place girl who would sit and dine at a dirty unkept restaurant seriously!?
