Absolutely fire pho spot. The broth tastes like it's been cooked the right way for hours -- rich, flavorful, and not watered down like a lot of places try to get away with. The meat was fresh, portions were solid, and everything came out hot and fast. Staff was super friendly and kept checking in without being annoying. On top of that, the chicken pieces that were included were tough and chewy, making it hard to enjoy. With multiple locations in the area, I was expecting better. They do have a wide variety of other dishes like pho and vermicelli bowls, but based on this first impression, I'm hesitant to try more of the menu. Service: Service was genuinely friendly. The staff greeted me right away, took my order quickly, and had my food ready faster than I expected -- great for a to-go visit. No issues here. Atmosphere: The restaurant is large, open, and casual -- a comfortable space for a sit-down meal. My team and I had a big project to finish over the weekend so we all decided we would be working throughout the day until project got done. That means meals will be eaten while working. On friday night I ordered a Pho Ga thinking i will reheat the broth and everything will be ready to go. I asked for extra basil and it was written on my ticket. Stopped in for lunch and ordered a spring roll with pork and shrimp. I was informed there would be a slight upcharge for the shrimp, which I agreed to without asking how much. To my surprise, the bill showed a $5 upcharge--I was expecting just a couple of dollars. The spring rolls were fresh and tasted okay, but the pork was the issue. It was cool and had an unusual texture and flavor, though still passable. I also ordered a small beef combination pho. While it came with plenty of beef, the broth was lacking in flavor, which was disappointing. Overall, a $30 lunch I wasn't expecting, and unfortunately, I don't see myself returning. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and there were plenty of seats. Ordered this place via food delivery platform one time and finished my mediocre pho bowl only to find a plastic wrapped piece of raw beef. Love the flavors. The food here is very delish... however their portions are very SMALL for the price $$$. My only complaint is that they need to pay attention to the orders. I have ordered the banh mi probably every time I come, each time requesting NO JALAPEÑO, not once has it came without. Today, when I got into my car, I checked it.. and yet again.. there's Jalapeño. Some people might think it's not a big deal and just take it out, but once it touches the meat and bread, I'm basically not able to eat the whole thing. The staff is very friendly and place is very clean. I hope in the future, they will give you more food for the price, since this place is on the expensive side, Asian culture normally gives you a bigger portion, and hopefully my next order won't have any spice as I requested. read more

Went on their soft opening on Thursday last month. Food was delicious, fresh and fragrant. Service was prompt and correct. Prices were great and I felt I got a good value for all the plates we ordered. Portions are generous. The restaurant is new, open and clean with lots of seating. We were excited when we saw the sign be placed. Finally a pho restaurant minutes from our house!!!! We cannot wait for all the restaurants to be in full swing.
