Super fresh #27. Bun Dac Biet
    Anna T.

Can never go wrong with number 27 the everything vermicelli or (bun) bowl. Comes with a HUGE bowl with a rice noodle and salad mix topped with perfectly grilled shrimp, pork, and a fried and chopped into bite size egg roll. It's topped with crushed peanuts. I would douse it with their superb mild /non fishy fish sauce and chili oil and slightly stir up to distribute sauce. So good and always FRESH! On a different day, when I felt like a steamy bowl of noodle soup, I would always get the number 22 I think with everything. Lots of good tendons. Wish the tripe is thicker! Get large and ask for extra noodles. They provide a good amount. Even if I couldn't finish, the noodles didn't get soggy after two days. Their fresh roll is like $5.95 for one roll cut in half but it's so perfectly made I had to get one for myself. We like their rolls cuz it's the "noodle-ly" kind! Always super fresh. They even carry the real coconut juice with coconut meat. Not the typical canned ones at the store. This is the kind you can only get in Chinatown but they have it. The best "young" coconut drink. Pure and refreshing. Always clean, quiet and decent service. Easy parking at the dollar tree strip mall.

Our food was so good!! I got the pho ga and my husband got the wonton soup, and we shared the fried wontons. 10/10 and the ladies are so sweet who work there!

    Small Pho ga

Delicious food, fast service, lovely ambiance and reasonably priced! The pho and the bun bowls are both wonderful!

I have 5 reasons why this is not a place I'll come back to. First, pho mimosa doesn't offer any mimosas. Second, the prices on Yelp need to be updated to reflect current prices which are quite a bit higher. $14.50 for a bowl of large pho dac biet/$13.50 for a bow of large pho Tai. Third, the protein portions are fairly small. Fourth, the broth wasn't that tasty. Fifth, the service was very slow, even when there weren't many other people in the restaurant.

Pho Mimosa used to be a favorite of ours several years ago, and then they got new ownership and they weren't good anymore. But now! They're so good!!! So happy to have Mimosa again as our local fav. The banh mi is beautiful and so darn tasty. Pho is delicious, and so is the phad thai. The owners are super sweet, and the service is excellent. Give Pho Mimosa a try, you won't regret it.

Stopped here on our way home from Canada. Great pho soups but the pad Thai came drenched in tomato sauce. The menu did not say anything about tomatoes sauce in the noodles. Similarly the fresh rolls ccsme with a side of watered down ketchup... I'd only come back for the broth in the pho. Very flavorful broth, a bit greasy but tasty.

Best Vietnamese sandwich I've ever had. I love the amount of veggies they put on their and I ask for extra meat and no mayo. (I drizzle sriracha instead) Pair this with some duo to dip into and you're in heaven. Yum yum yum!! My only complaint about the soup is that the large doesn't come with the amount of meat I'd like but it's still delicious. Picture is the grilled pork sandwich.

My friend ordered "extra meatballs" for couple of dollars, and this was the only meatballs in the pho.

This place has improved a lot the past few years after the new owners took over. It's def getting better.

As soon as we sat down and went to order, we were told that the only thing we can order is pho. One person wanted banh mi and she said she wasn't serving that. So we ordered soup. We wanted to add the fresh spring roll. Server said sure but that would come last. She never even served it to us. We ordered the brisket and steak pho. It came with like 5 pieces of meat for a medium. It wasn't even good. She served the water after we got all our pho and it was 6 glasses (there's 8 of us). When we asked for hot water, she gave half a cup of hot water and was pouting about it. It was apparent that she was overwhelmed as she was the only server and cook. We were surprised that she served the other table of 3 bahn mis though. We will never come back to this place. By the way, she didn't even give us spoons. When we asked her for spoons, she took them from another table where there were people sitting. Out of 8 spoons, 3 of them were dirty so much so that they were unusable. Horrible service and less than mediocre pho.

I got the fresh rolls with shrimp and the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and egg roll. The portions were generous for the price and everything seemed fresh. The fresh rolls come with 4 pieces and peanut sauce. They were yummy although I preferred the pork ones we got later in the week because the shrimp has almost no flavor. I liked the pickled veggies they put in it to add some more flavor. The vermicelli bowl was huge and packed with veggies, noodles, pork and an egg roll. It also comes with fish sauce and crushed peanuts to put on top. It was delicious and I really liked the grilled pork. I recommend this dish. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

The pho I got was the special combo with all the meats and honestly portions were 1:1 meat noodle ratio to where it's satisfactory. Service there was chill and already gave the pre handed bean sprouts and basil giving that this is a small buisness. Considering that this is near where I live, Im coming back on this spot for a quick bite.

The restaurant itself is small but spotless and clean. * Spring rolls were huge. The lettuce ratio wasn't super high but still good enough. 4/5 * Pork bánh mì was delicious. 5/5 * Pho had depth and flavor. Something about it tasted slightly off to me, but it still satisfied my craving. 4/5 * Prices were reasonable: the bánh mì was under $10 and the large pho was under $15. It was the service that really threw us off. We don't expect much service at pho places, but this was odd enough that it's worth mentioning. There were two young staff members working who clearly seemed like they didn't want to be there and almost didn't want people coming in. The guy brought us utensils and pho garnishes but no water. At least he had a smile. The girl, on the other hand, had this very guarded, "ready to fight" expression. When I went up to ask for a box, they both froze and looked at me like I was asking for the world. She didn't smile and barely made eye contact. When it was time to pay, we weren't sure what to do so we just went up to the front. She didn't look at us once, and there was no "thank you" or "have a good day." The whole interaction really weirded us out. * Food: 4/5 * Service: 1/5 That said, if we were in the area and wanted pho again, we'd reluctantly go back for the food.

The staff were friendly and polite - and they graciously accommodated my peanut allergy, and quickly accommodated small requests like for bowls or extra napkins. We ordered four items: the missus got the bun bo hue, and I got the special beef pho. We shared the pancake and the spring roll. The noodle dishes were decent, but the standout was the Vietnamese pancake. Definitely order this if you're on the fence! The restaurant got a lot busier after we got our food - at least two or three parties who arrived (two each) had to wait between 5-10 min for a table to clear. The staff are super efficient at clearing tables so you won't need to wait long, but the downside of this place is that their popularity easily exceeds their capacity - so be patient! I don't have any notes for ambiance. There was a period when they did some remodeling--maybe it coincided with a change in ownership?--and since then the quality has dipped slightly, but not enough for us to stop going. * The pho is good, clean, and fresh. I always order a large now because the portions seem a bit smaller, and unfortunately the broth is more watered down compared to before. There were even a couple of times when the soup tasted completely off--they probably ran out and had to make a rushed batch, and it definitely tasted like it. After two bad experiences in a row, I stopped going for a little while, but recently returned and it was back to normal (though still more diluted than it used to be). * The pork banh mi is one of the best we've had. * We occasionally order vermicelli or rice dishes, but the amount of meat is pretty small. * Their egg rolls and spring rolls are perfect! Just always double-check your order to make sure you get peanut sauce instead of fish sauce for the spring rolls.
