This was definitely worth the drive from Bellevue as it is the best I've ever had. I had a large bowl of steak and brisket. My wife had the steak with chicken. Both were incredible. Her mother had the smaller bowl and all three of us agree that the flavor of the broth is amazing and the service is excellent. We had Katie as a friendly server, who was very lovely in every way ,and in the back of the house, Nick came by and it was wonderful after my wife spilled water on the table all over her mother's lap! Price was fair for what you receive and most of all we love supporting family on businesses that are struggling to make a living and these guys are definitely doing it right! Grateful to have a reliable pho spot in the Snoqualmie/North Bend area! We order takeout from here very regularly, and they've been pretty consistent overall. There was a period when they did some remodeling--maybe it coincided with a change in ownership?--and since then the quality has dipped slightly, but not enough for us to stop going. * The pho is good, clean, and fresh. I always order a large now because the portions seem a bit smaller, and unfortunately the broth is more watered down compared to before. There were even a couple of times when the soup tasted completely off--they probably ran out and had to make a rushed batch, and it definitely tasted like it. After two bad experiences in a row, I stopped going for a little while, but recently returned and it was back to normal (though still more diluted than it used to be). * The pork banh mi is one of the best we've had. * We occasionally order vermicelli or rice dishes, but the amount of meat is pretty small. * Their egg rolls and spring rolls are perfect! My family eats here and orders takeout regularly, and we always leave satisfied. We love supporting this family‑owned business, and I especially appreciate how many fantastic vegan and vegetarian options are clearly labeled on the menu. We almost always order the vegetarian pho. It's incredibly flavorful and deeply satisfying. The balance of tofu, veggies, and noodles is perfect, and the broth has a rich, comforting depth that puts other vegetarian broths to shame. Another favorite is the tofu bánh mì, complete with vegan mayo. It's such a relief to find a place where I don't have to modify a dish just to make it work. My only wish is that they weren't closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, because there have been plenty of times we're craving pho and realize it's their off‑days. But honestly, the food is worth waiting for. If you're looking for delicious, thoughtfully made Vietnamese food with plenty of vegan options, this place is an easy recommendation. I normally do not leave a review but the service is unacceptable. They get both of our orders wrong and bring to the table and when we asked, refuse to admit their mistake. In the end they forced a 18% service charges when two families are splitting the bill. Each family is 4 people. When we asked we would like to lower the 18% to 10% the waiter had a really bad attitude and asked if the food is good. This is completely irrelevant. The service is 0 star and I am very surprised by such low standard of service. read more

Been here a few times since we moved to the area and the place is a bit of a hit or miss depending on the day. The vermicelli bowls are absolutely outstanding. I strongly recommend the grilled pork. It's extremely fresh and flavorful and just perfect on summer evenings. The Banh Mi is kind of okay-ish. There have been days where it's juicy and well balanced, and times when it's been dry and crumbly with less than ideal bread. Overall though, I don't feel the product justifies the prices and there are a lot of better options around Seattle and the Eastside. I've yet to try their Pho and will give it a shot in the winter. I've sampled the broth though and I'm optimistic. The owners and wait staff are super friendly and nice people. Shout out to them for keeping up the quality and service as a family run business. I'm a big fan of Unphogettable for their pho, beef stew, shrimp rice rolls, and frozen drinks (strawberry mango lychee freeze is amazing). I always order online via Clover, and the food is typically ready when I go to pick it up. If I am not planning to eat pho right away, I'll ask for the noodles to not be cooked so I can cook them myself at home. Pricing is good, and their dishes are so yummy. The beef stew is one of my favorite dishes because the beef is so tender, and broth very flavorful! Takeout packaging is good, so I've never had any spills transporting home. read more

This place was really good! They also had a lot of vegetarian options, which was a whole section on their menu. The service was good and quick for how many people were in the resultant when I went. It was a little loud, but that is to come with a lot of customers, and there was a lot of tables for such little space, but the inside is not too bad besides that and has a nice mural on the wall. Unfortunately this place was phogettable. It's located in the same strip mall as Safeway, so there's plenty of parking available. I walked in as it was opening and all the other tables filled quickly, so it seemed like it was going to be promising. The interior was clean and modern, and the server took orders quickly. The food came out quickly, but it looked like the meat to noodle ratio was way off. The broth was clear and not greasy, but it wasn't very rich or flavorful (and rich broth is key in pho). There was only one server for the entire restaurant and I don't think they were prepared for how many people were there right at opening, because I didn't receive my water until midway through my meal. I doubt there are many pho options in North Bend, so for the location, it's probably ok as a quick fix, but there are much better options on the east side and in Seattle. read more

Was needing some pho on a rainy day. My Co-worker and I searched and this was the only place. We sat ourselves as the waiter welcomed us in. It was not too busy and we placed our orders in right away. As my co-worker and I were chit-chatting, we began to notice a couple of tables finishing and clearing off. By this time we waited about 45 minutes for our food. I thought, "Pho doesn't take this long right?" Eventually our waiter brought our bill to pay. We looked him a little confused as we had not received our food yet! The waiter looked shocked and swiftly remedied this matter. But man. After receiving our bowl of noodles! It was everything we had patiently waited for and so much more! I never inhaled pho so fast. This was actually the best bowl of Pho I had in a long time.
