Very unassuming place, located in a little strip mall next to Chick-Fil-a. Service was great! We were seated immediately when we came in. Ordered and got our food quick! We started with the pork spring rolls which I've had better ones but since we're in Temecula these were as good as we can get. I got the #11 Pho which has rare steak and lean brisket. The broth is definitely one of the better ones from the Temecula/Murrieta Valleys that I've tasted. My husband and daughter both got the #1 which has basically everything except for the meatballs which at some places is included. Best pho joint in Temecula Valley hands down! The broth is packed with flavor, you can tell it has been slow boiled for hours. The broth comes piping hot and the noodles have the perfect texture (not mushy). I like how they have an option to select what meats you want to put in your pho as well. The Che ba mau dessert is really good as well. They really pack in the beans and the coconut milk is strong. In addition, I normally get the Vietnamese ice coffee w/ condensed milk. We ordered 2 appetizers- egg rolls and pork spring rolls. I ordered a chicken pho and my husband had a brisket pho. The pho arrived very quickly, while the appetizers arrived towards the end of our meal. The pho was good, but I have had better pho at other places. The appetizers were not great. I am honored to be the first to review this restaurant on opening day, November 20, 2022. My wife and I have been eagerly waiting for this location to open. I love Vietnamese food and am constantly comparing the different pho spots here in the 951 area. Additionally, the food is fresh, healthy, and good any time of the day! I took the liberty of taking photos of the menu, huge selection and true authentic Vietnamese food. The pho was delicious. The broth is on the saltier side than sweeter side (the way I personally like). It had plenty of meats from the combination stack (tripe, tendon, flank, etc). My wife had the bum bo hue and she loved her soup as well. I'll have to come back one more time to do an in depth review, but first impressions - this place does everything right. A former Orange County (Little Saigon) resident who works here in Temecula now, I definitely approve! There aren't many good pho places in Corona, Riverside, or Norco. Glad I stumbled across this gem. They just had a grand opening - every entree you order will come with a soda or (and?) egg roll. The service was lovely. They're very patient when you're not ready to order yet, most places will hustle you to be ready to order. As you're eating they're consistently checking up on you and even asking how is the experience going. The pho is one size. Meat - PLENTY. Noodles - PLENTY. I love how much of each portion they give. I can't even begin to say how many times pho places will be soooo stingy on meat and Jam Pack the noodles. Banh Khot was just as good as brodard. Thanks Pho Minh for a wonderful experience. First time here and will be last. We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Pho plus grilled shrimps for appetizer. Dissappointing to say, none was great. Pho was blah and Bun Bo Hue had a weird after taste. They probably put too much shrimp paste. Pho noodles weren't fresh. Both of the soups looked so unappealing and you could tell right away they weren't going to satisfy your taste buds. To add to the insult, we had about 5 chewy, color-added tasteless grilled shrimps on a bed of lettuce for $10. One of the ladies saw the horrifying look on my face when the item came out and replace the dish with a bigger size. Nice of her, but I wouldn't still eat them if they were free. Haven't been back to this area and to my surprise I guess the old restaurant restaurant was bought out and is now under new ownership. We called prior to paying them a visit and inquired about their plant-based options and the young gentleman who answered the phone was very nice. When we got there, we ordered their vegetarian pho and tofu spring rolls. The pho had vegetables; baby carrots, broccoli, baby bokchoy, cabbage, celery, button mushrooms, etc. The broth was okay. It did come out hot in a metal-type bowl. The tofu spring rolls were made fresh delivered to our table by an older woman/chef served with peanut sauce. Overall, the food was okay. I think the price for a vegetarian broth/pho with vegetables was on the expensive side. The price of the spring rolls was I guess reasonable but a bit pricey as well considering it was just tofu and lettuce inside. The turn-around time at the restaurant was quite quick. A bit too fast that the service was too quick--meaning they drop off the check pretty early when you're not quite finish. They also remove dishes and plates almost immediately right after payment. The busser/runner was not friendly and didn't say a word after we paid. The decor in the place did look okay and organized--maybe if they play a different type of music would cater more family vibes. read more

Found this place from IG. If you look up at all the lamps you'll see weeks built up of dust. If you sit by the window you can see all the dust flying in the air while eating. The restroom had no soap and cleaning supplies were placed around the planter. The pho was 3/5 for taste. We did like that you can add $8 bone marrow. The egg rolls on the other hand were very mushy and looked refried a couple times. The service was definitely a 1/5 and that's being kind. I normally don't write reviews or complain about food. I went there on Thursday with a friend and I ordered #72 bun bo hue and my friend ordered pho and bbq shrimps. First thing I tried is the soup. This is definitely one of those places you must go especially during the chilly seasons! Let's just say there's a reason why they've got such good ratings. There was a waitlist when we had arrived and it was no surprise as to why. But honestly, they went by fast - we found ourselves seated within 10 minutes. Despite it being swamped, we did not feel rushed with our server which was really nice. My husband ordered some pho while I ordered some fried chicken with egg. Presentation-wise, it's incredibly pretty! The broth had a good flavor, but the meat was just off. Maybe they were cheaper cuts of meat? I'm not sure, I just know the flavor was not good and I couldn't finish it.
