This is my first time to this establishment. The staff here is very friendly and tenitive to their customers. I order a #9 the broth was very tasteful and not to salty. The meat was lean and. Not as fatty as some other places. They have plenty of tables and can accommodate larger parties as well.
My friends and I were in the mood for sushi and the place we came across ended up being closed. Right next door was Pho Minh and it was pretty busy inside, but we were seated right away. The staff were friendly and took our order after giving us some time to look over the menu. I was so torn on what I wanted to eat, but decided to get the eggs rolls as an appetizer. For my entree, I chose to do the Bahn mi special that includes a Thai iced tea or Vietnamese coffee and a Bahn mi sandwich for $13. I got the Thai iced tea which was delicious and creamy. The Bahn mi sandwich with beef was also so flavorful. It's a good size sandwich and I ended up eating most of it. Next time, I have to get the Pho!
This was my third visit and the first time dining in. The atmosphere was quite nice for a Friday evening, and not packed with patrons but a constant flow of customers. Ordered the #3 and a #5, very surprised to receive our order in minutes, pipping hot in metal bowls! Lots of noodles and a generous portion of meats. The zoo was really delicious but the broth was little too sweet for my liking! On previous visits I ordered takeout and my selections were combo meals with rice and crispy appetizers. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Will definitely continue to visit and try some of their numerous entrees
A quaint Vietnamese spot in the middle of Temecula. Was looking for some comfort food after a day out visiting the wineries, and I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this spot. The place was pretty full even for around 8 PM, but I was able to get a table quickly. I wasn't even planning to order Pho when I got there, but the smell in the air made me crave it. I wasn't expecting much but the Pho was pretty good, the broth had good flavor, and it was full of meat. The thit nuong didn't look like how I was used to, but it was actually quite delicious! I'd say to skip the nem nuong rolls and the tau hu ky and the chao tom though. It wasn't as good as the other dishes.
Had my first visit here with a crew of coworkers. Apparently this place is normally pretty mellow on weekdays, but for our Thursday visit it was packed! The rain and cold weather made it an easy restaurant match for many of us.. Small location, but they utilize the space well for dine-in customers. The service was phenomenal! Greeted immediately upon entering, they managed to put a table together for our larger party. Our waitress got our orders down to a T, every plate/bowl came out perfectly. I found the combination fried rice was really good. Nice mix of flavors. The eggs rolls were a let down for our table, no one cared for the taste. One the other hand, the charbroiled pork spring rolls were a hit! If seeking an appetizer, you have found a pleasant choice.. I got a bowl of the chicken pho with the clear noodles. I kept it plain jane, didn't load up on extras. The flavor was still all there, and I was feeling good eating it.. Priced right at about $125 for our party of 5. With all of us having an entree and the couple appetizers we got, I wont complain.
Stopped by to get a meal before my concert and after studying for 5 hours. Slightly disappointed by the lack of greeting at the door as I walked in. I was met with blanks stares and then pointed to a table. The same young man took my order and was dismissive. A young girl brought me water and said not a word. Luckily the cashier ended up being very nice, so I didn't feel as bad. I got the Pho Tai with additional beef meatballs. Decent for a quick stop. Broth was slightly on the sweeter side. However, there was plenty of rare steak and meatballs, so that was good. Their stainless steel bowls keep the broth very hot, which is also a plus. They also had good chili oil, something I like to look forward to in a Vietnamese restaurant. Decor is your usual Vietnamese restaurant. Nothing too fancy, but it was cute.
Service was quick and friendly. Just stopped by for quick bite. My wife and I split the 4 Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce (i always mix mine with siracha to give it a bite). It was served with shredded lettuce, but we asked for Romaines leave to wrap in as is typical for fried rolls, and the were happy to satisfy our request. We then Had a Chicken Banh Mi sandwich. If you haven't had banh mi before, try one. The bread is on like a crunchy outside soft inside french roll. The give a good portion of meat and veggies. I asked for extra jalapenos on the side...again, no questions and no upcharge. Very satisified. Prices were very reasonable...under $8 for the sandwich! We will return again.
Some items are hit-or-miss. The menu is crazy wide with a bunch of different options, so you're bound to find something you like. For a place with phở in its name, I had high expectations for their phở. After giving it a try, I'm almost certain that the owners are not Vietnamese because my chicken phở didn't come with a side of fish sauce. CHICKEN PHỞ ALWAYS COMES WITH A SIDE OF FISH SAUCE. It's almost a crime not to include it, and the waiter looked at me funny when I asked for it. Weird. * #19 Chicken Phở: 6/10 - no fish sauce, and the broth wasn't very rich * #87 Assorted Grilled Meat & Vermicelli: 8/10 - good portion and nice variety of proteins and veggies The interior was nice, and they have a decent amount of seating. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, but I can definitely see it getting crowded at peak times like dinner. Not terrible, but probably not our first choice.

Love this spot. Food was super delish, servers are fast and friendly. Portion size was super good- we really enjoyed everything. Egg rolls were a lil too sweet, the shrimp/pork, but the spring rolls were delightful, and peanut sauce was so delish. We wanted the beef bone soup but they just ran out. Everything was pretty amazing though- highly recommended.
As someone who grew up in San Diego I am happy to find this gem! This my favorite pho spot in this entire area my kiddos love it here too. It's got that hole in the wall feel and traditional Vietnamese style cafe. My favorite is number 8 pho, broken rice with bbq pork, and the fried shrimp balls. The service was fast, friendly, and most importantly the food was fresh. Thank you Johnny and Mun for serving me and my kiddos today we loved it.

The perfect place to go to when you are craving a good bowl of pho. The broth was rich and satisfying, and everything tasted fresh. We also ordered crispy tofu, which was amazing! I normally don't care too much for tofu but this dish was perfectly crispy, light, and flavorful. Place is clean and service is great.
We walked in at the right time. Right as we sat down, this place got PACKED. We were assuming it must be good from how many people were coming in. Well, we found out quickly that was the case. Pho is absolutely delicious. I had a fresh coconut water as well and it was so refreshing. I can see the hype now. Luckily there was a lot of seating for us to get a seat. Service was great too. I can't believe after my last review 3 yeas ago, I have to come back and make an update that is quite different from the raving review I made originally. The food quality and taste has drastically changed for the worse. We hadn't been here in a while but decided to order today. I'm not sure if the cook has changed but everything we ordered was terrible. We ordered Pho with rare beef tendon and brisket....Bi cuon (pork/pork skin spring rolls)...Com tam suon bi cha (broken rice, grilled pork chop, pork egg loaf and shredded pork/pork skin) The issues: 1) All the meat in each dish we ordered didn't taste fresh and had a strange after taste. 2) The Pho was absolutely terrible! The broth was so dark and tasted SO SWEET!!! It literally tasted like Bo Kho (beef stew) Pho should not be that sweet. I'm not exaggerating either. I had to force myself to at least eat the noodles so I at least ate something. They also gave us no bean sprouts, basil, limes and jalapeños for the side garnishes. As I'm writing this review I can feel my stomach hurting as the Pho is settling inside. I am so upset about this!!!! 2) Bi cuon: Again, the meat didn't taste fresh. 3) Com Tam Suon Bi Cha: Meat not fresh, strong after taste. Also tasted like leftovers. Also, the amount of MSG is enormous and I'm trying to get it out of my system asap!!! Unfortunately this will be the last time we come here. I really hope you take into consideration everything I said as a Vietnamese person that knows how Vietnamese food should taste. My reviews are honest. Temecula is a bit of an odd place in terms of quality of food since it's been getting more and more traction / a lot of things are coming to this town. The ambience and service is textbook Vietnamese pho place vibes and it passed with flying colors in my book. The pho we got had an amazing quality of broth, and that is all I needed to know in terms of food quality for pho. I need to come back when I have a pho craving soon. read more

Still enjoying this family owned business serving authentic Vietnamese food in Temecula! Very comforting and all around good earnest food with a good amount of variety that showcases some of the lesser known dishes. I've noticed it has been getting busier and busier so may be a little bit of a wait depending on when you come. read more

Being out in Temecula, generally people are looking for wine, Italian, or american barbecue as that is often what is most popular in the semi-rural town. However, we decided to try something different and found our way to Pho Minh. Service was quick and standard, and nothing too out of the ordinary of a walk in strip mall restaurant, but seating was well available despite it seeming to be relatively busy the night we went. We ordered the Tau Hu Ki, Chao Tom, Charbroiled Pork Spring Rolls, and the Bun Bo Nuong. Everything was very tasty, but the highlight was certainly the Bun Bo Nuong, which was incredibly tender and served with wonderfully fresh vegetables. My one issue was that I felt as though the sauces served on the side were not as good as many other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to, but since they were served on the side, that didn't pose any real issue. Really nice spot with affordable prices and a great place to get some yummy Vietnamese food to enhance your Temecula experience if you are visiting! read more
Lately, my soul's been screaming "I NEED PHO" louder than my stomach at 3 a.m. cravings... so I answered the call at Pho Minh. Their #4 combo is basically the Avengers of pho meats: rare steak (Iron Man), lean brisket (Captain America), well-done flank (Hulk smash), tendon (Black Widow elegance), and tripe (Doctor Strange...bc it's a lil' weird but magical). The broth? Liquid therapy.... it was piping hot and rich enough to pay my student loans in umami!! The meat to noodle ratio? Generous!!! I was halfway through the bowl and questioning if I was emotionally okay before this meal (spoiler: I was not). Service was...fine. They refilled my drink like a polite robot. No small talk, no banter... just hydration and vibes. But honestly, the pho did all the emotional labor, so I ain't mad. Would I go back? Yes, absolutely!!Would I write poetry about that broth? The Food Was Amazing And Delicious! For Appetizers We Got Steamed Rice Cakes [Banh Beo] So Yummy With The Sweet Fish Sauce. The Pho Was Great! The broth is Good! The [Tieu bo kho] Beef Stew And Rice Noodles is Freakin Bomb. The Broth Carrots And Beef Are Soft And Tender. Its So Good. We Also Hot Avocado And Taro Smoothie With Boba To Go. Yummy Dessert Drinks. It was a Sunday evening after enjoying a full day at the Temecula wineries. My friends and I decided to get some pho to warm us up from the rain. Therefore, we stumble across Pho Minh. This spot was super crazy busy! So I'm assuming it must be that good. We didn't wait too long to get seated. Service was fast and quick. I ordered a big bowl of pho with meatballs. Definitely can see what the hype is all about! Broth had so much flavor you didn't need any additional sauce. Of course, I added bean sprouts, basil leaves, and limes. It hit the spot. I really enjoyed the food, the flavors and how warm everything comes out is just right. The spring rolls are filled with shrimp and pork,the peanut sauce was good and not watered down. I really enjoyed the service my water cup was never empty. The ambiance was nice many other customers enjoying their food. I ordered a mango smoothie with Boba and it was all so good. My family loves to go here! The service was great. Staff was attentive and always asked to refill our waters. The food came out so fast too which was great because we were so hungry! The portions were good to share so we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. We ordered beef vermicelli, bbq pork and broken rice, combination pho (#1), and a bbq pork banh mi. Today was the day in which Pho Minh had its chance to redeem itself from our two half ass past experiences. And to be fair this was the first time we actually dined in the restaurant. Chowing down in person made a huge difference. Excellent service from the get go. Placed in a booth and water rushed to our table. Making sure we were settled in our server sauntered over to our table and took our order. Adventurous as we are we ordered our well known shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and "wait for it" Pho Ga. Spring rolls make their way out but this time our server swaggers over to us. Wife notices there is a shit load of shrimp in each roll. The peanut sauce however is not banging and needs some added spice. We get a bite of the roll and here gallops our server with our Pho Ga. This soup is loaded with chicken and oodles of tasty noodles. They even added toasted garlic to the pho. This broth is serious. Tasty as is but explodes with flavor after I add chili oil and some fish sauce. The portion was big enough that I could not even finish it off. We did not let it go to waste as we filled containers and bagged it to go. Dining in person elevated our dining experience from 3 star to 5 star. Pho Minh did indeed redeem itself. read more

My new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Got the Filet Mignon Pho with a Char Xiu Banh Mi! Where has Char Xiu been all my life? And their bread is the best French baguette I've ever had. Even better than the baguettes in Paris! Polite and speedy service. The Pho was Phonomenal (see what I did there). A lot of places have sad looking sprouts and the basil is usually wilted or bruised or just plain bad, but all of the toppings here were super fresh and fragrant. The place was packed and we still got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. You know it's good when you're the only white people in there and the place is packed! The restaurant was very clean overall like clean windows and menus. Nothing worse than having sticky menus or fingerprints all over the windows like a lot of places. The restroom could use a little work, but it is what it is. The wait staff was very efficient and broke down tables very quickly to serve the people waiting. Easy checkout at the table. Next time I'm going to try the Duck Noodle Soup!!! Can't wait! read more

My favorite Pho/Vietnamese place in Temecula! Love coming back for their savory pork chop with broken rice! Pho choices are superb too! Their bahn mi is my daughter's favorite as well! When we don't know what we want for a meal,we always end up coming to this place. Friendly staffs and quick service as well. Gets packed on weekends as this is a popular spot being just across from the mall. Highly recommended! read more

My wife and I came to Pho Minh on short notice, craving something comforting, and they absolutely delivered! Their Pho #1 is amazing. The broth was perfectly balanced, savory with a hint of sweetness and....I didn't add anything to it! That's how you know it's good! The broth came out piping hot and so flavorful. It's a nice clear broth that came out with plenty of noodles and meat. The tender brisket they have here is so soft and tender. It's a super good quality meat. The salt and pepper shrimp are very tasty. I wish they would actually make it with the shell off, so be aware that if you do order this, it will come with the head and shell and if you're not into that, you may not like it. the shrimp is a very flavorful dish for sure. I give it 3.5 stars. I also tried the spring rolls that have pork and shrimp in it super traditional very tasty. I would give them 4 out of 5 stars for that. Service was good. The pho came out first as it should. Appetizers always come out second because they are preparing everything. The pho is made in large batches so it's basically ready when you get there. We're from Sacramento and was in San Diego for a wedding. We almost always have to find a pho restaurant whenever we are out of town. After researching a few places, we decided to go here. The restaurant is pretty spacious compared to some of the ones I've been to. My husband and I both ordered the house special pho. The broth was sooo good. Very clean and has the perfect amount of spices in it. I always order my rare beef on the side because I don't like it overcooked. We also ordered 2 shrimp spring roll and 2 grilled pork spring roll (not pictured). The spring rolls were okay. Nothing special about it. Service wasn't the best though. . Our server never came back to check on us and never came back to refill our water. Overall, it was a good experience. Food was good but service could be better. read more
