My friends and I were in the mood for sushi and the place we came across ended up being closed. Right next door was Pho Minh and it was pretty busy inside, but we were seated right away. The staff were friendly and took our order after giving us some time to look over the menu. I was so torn on what I wanted to eat, but decided to get the eggs rolls as an appetizer. For my entree, I chose to do the Bahn mi special that includes a Thai iced tea or Vietnamese coffee and a Bahn mi sandwich for $13. I got the Thai iced tea which was delicious and creamy. The Bahn mi sandwich with beef was also so flavorful. It's a good size sandwich and I ended up eating most of it. Next time, I have to get the Pho!

This was my third visit and the first time dining in. The atmosphere was quite nice for a Friday evening, and not packed with patrons but a constant flow of customers. Ordered the #3 and a #5, very surprised to receive our order in minutes, pipping hot in metal bowls! Lots of noodles and a generous portion of meats. The zoo was really delicious but the broth was little too sweet for my liking! On previous visits I ordered takeout and my selections were combo meals with rice and crispy appetizers. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Will definitely continue to visit and try some of their numerous entrees

A quaint Vietnamese spot in the middle of Temecula. Was looking for some comfort food after a day out visiting the wineries, and I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this spot. The place was pretty full even for around 8 PM, but I was able to get a table quickly. I wasn't even planning to order Pho when I got there, but the smell in the air made me crave it. I wasn't expecting much but the Pho was pretty good, the broth had good flavor, and it was full of meat. The thit nuong didn't look like how I was used to, but it was actually quite delicious! I'd say to skip the nem nuong rolls and the tau hu ky and the chao tom though. It wasn't as good as the other dishes.

Service was quick and friendly. Just stopped by for quick bite. My wife and I split the 4 Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce (i always mix mine with siracha to give it a bite). It was served with shredded lettuce, but we asked for Romaines leave to wrap in as is typical for fried rolls, and the were happy to satisfy our request. We then Had a Chicken Banh Mi sandwich. If you haven't had banh mi before, try one. The bread is on like a crunchy outside soft inside french roll. The give a good portion of meat and veggies. I asked for extra jalapenos on the side...again, no questions and no upcharge. Very satisified. Prices were very reasonable...under $8 for the sandwich! We will return again.

Stopped by to get a meal before my concert and after studying for 5 hours. Slightly disappointed by the lack of greeting at the door as I walked in. I was met with blanks stares and then pointed to a table. The same young man took my order and was dismissive. A young girl brought me water and said not a word. Luckily the cashier ended up being very nice, so I didn't feel as bad. I got the Pho Tai with additional beef meatballs. Decent for a quick stop. Broth was slightly on the sweeter side. However, there was plenty of rare steak and meatballs, so that was good. Their stainless steel bowls keep the broth very hot, which is also a plus. They also had good chili oil, something I like to look forward to in a Vietnamese restaurant. Decor is your usual Vietnamese restaurant. Nothing too fancy, but it was cute.

Had my first visit here with a crew of coworkers. Apparently this place is normally pretty mellow on weekdays, but for our Thursday visit it was packed! The rain and cold weather made it an easy restaurant match for many of us.. Small location, but they utilize the space well for dine-in customers. The service was phenomenal! Greeted immediately upon entering, they managed to put a table together for our larger party. Our waitress got our orders down to a T, every plate/bowl came out perfectly. I found the combination fried rice was really good. Nice mix of flavors. The eggs rolls were a let down for our table, no one cared for the taste. One the other hand, the charbroiled pork spring rolls were a hit! If seeking an appetizer, you have found a pleasant choice.. I got a bowl of the chicken pho with the clear noodles. I kept it plain jane, didn't load up on extras. The flavor was still all there, and I was feeling good eating it.. Priced right at about $125 for our party of 5. With all of us having an entree and the couple appetizers we got, I wont complain.

Some items are hit-or-miss. The menu is crazy wide with a bunch of different options, so you're bound to find something you like. For a place with phở in its name, I had high expectations for their phở. After giving it a try, I'm almost certain that the owners are not Vietnamese because my chicken phở didn't come with a side of fish sauce. CHICKEN PHỞ ALWAYS COMES WITH A SIDE OF FISH SAUCE. It's almost a crime not to include it, and the waiter looked at me funny when I asked for it. Weird. * #19 Chicken Phở: 6/10 - no fish sauce, and the broth wasn't very rich * #87 Assorted Grilled Meat & Vermicelli: 8/10 - good portion and nice variety of proteins and veggies The interior was nice, and they have a decent amount of seating. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, but I can definitely see it getting crowded at peak times like dinner. Not terrible, but probably not our first choice.

Love this spot. Food was super delish, servers are fast and friendly. Portion size was super good- we really enjoyed everything. Egg rolls were a lil too sweet, the shrimp/pork, but the spring rolls were delightful, and peanut sauce was so delish. We wanted the beef bone soup but they just ran out. Everything was pretty amazing though- highly recommended.

As someone who grew up in San Diego I am happy to find this gem! This my favorite pho spot in this entire area my kiddos love it here too. It's got that hole in the wall feel and traditional Vietnamese style cafe. My favorite is number 8 pho, broken rice with bbq pork, and the fried shrimp balls. The service was fast, friendly, and most importantly the food was fresh. Thank you Johnny and Mun for serving me and my kiddos today we loved it.

Such a delicious pho spot! Our staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is tidy. It was a relaxing and pleasant vibe all around. This had become our go-to pho restaurant.

The perfect place to go to when you are craving a good bowl of pho. The broth was rich and satisfying, and everything tasted fresh. We also ordered crispy tofu, which was amazing! I normally don't care too much for tofu but this dish was perfectly crispy, light, and flavorful. Place is clean and service is great.

If you're looking for a spot that prioritizes exceptional food over flashy decor, this place absolutely delivers. The restaurant has a no-frills vibe--clean, simple, and comfortable. There's some light decor to give it character, but nothing over-the-top, which honestly works in its favor. It lets the food speak for itself, and wow, does it speak loudly. The pho is the star here. The broth is deeply flavorful with a perfectly balanced profile--savory without being too salty, subtle spice, gentle sweetness, a touch of tang, and beautifully layered notes of mint and anise. It's the kind of broth you want to sip slowly because every spoonful tastes intentional and refined. The mixed grill meat pairs wonderfully with the noodles and fresh veggies, adding richness and texture that complements the pho rather than overpowering it. Everything feels well thought out and harmonious on the plate. The shrimp spring roll was fresh and delicious, with nicely cooked shrimp and crisp veggies. The peanut sauce had great flavor, though it leaned a bit on the salty side--but still enjoyable and far from a deal-breaker. Don't skip the Vietnamese coffee. It has the perfect strength and bold flavor--rich, smooth, and just the right amount of intensity to finish the meal strong. Beyond the food, the experience was solid all around. The restaurant was clean inside and out, with plenty of parking available in the shopping complex (a huge plus). Service was quick, accurate, and friendly--the servers were attentive, accommodating, and made the experience feel welcoming without hovering. Overall, this is the kind of place you'll keep coming back to--not for trendy aesthetics, but for consistently great food, efficient service, and a comfortable, no-nonsense dining experience. Highly recommended.

Still enjoying this family owned business serving authentic Vietnamese food in Temecula! Very comforting and all around good earnest food with a good amount of variety that showcases some of the lesser known dishes. I've noticed it has been getting busier and busier so may be a little bit of a wait depending on when you come.

However, you can buy cans of soda and I'm sure they have ice and a cup if you request it. I like the fact that you can build your own meal if you don't want the pre-selected ones. Each time I come back I am trying something new. The only problem I have ever had is that the chicken meat was breast meat and a little dry but I haven't tried it since so I'm not sure if it has changed. It was a little hard to find the restaurant, especially since the sign is not right over the entrance, but just next to it where the small market is. Look for the Winchester Center sign next to the market. Since we arrived before it opened on a Sunday, we browsed in the market until it was tine to eat. We had a reservation for 6 of us, so they seated us at the one round table near the front. There is another longer table next to it on the left side where there's a colorful mural. The rest of the tables are booths. The restaurant is spacious and roomy and very clean. You can order items from the menu or build your own hot pot which is AYCE. Everyone in our party chose the hot pot. We were each brought a small blue pot that contained the sterno to heat up the soup and the broth of our choice inside. We also placed our meat order with our server. We went to the back-left corner to grab our veggies, and some other things to add to our hot pot. Our server came by often to take more meat orders, clear empty plates, and check if we needed more broth or if our sterno needed more fuel. Our server was delightfully cheerful and friendly. She was helpful and answered all of our questions, especially when we had to choose our broths. (Forgive me for forgetting your name!) I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you have a larger party. Accessibility notes: most of the tables are padded booths. If you can transfer and slide, you should be okay. Otherwise, see if you can sit at a table that has chairs on the left side. The restaurant is spacious enough to park your mobility aid (or stroller for babies) near you. The restrooms are located in the back-left corner, 2 single stall restrooms, one for men and one for women. There is enough room for someone to enter with their mobility aid and a helper companion. You can enter the restaurant without climbing a step, but I don't recall where the handicap accessible parking was since we used a regular parking space and I climbed up the curb. No one from the family is local, but my brother-in-law chose this restaurant because it's somewhere where we can meet in the middle. We all loved it, and are adding it to our rotation when we need to come together for a celebration.

The BBQ Pork Noodle Soup tasted a bit greasy, but the noodles seem to pair well with the BBQ Pork Wontons. The wontons didn't have a strong BBQ Pork flavor, but it did taste different enough from regular pork wontons where you could consider it BBQ Pork. The Combo Pala Fried Rice XO Sauce looked great, but it also tasted greasy. The components in the fried rice were great, but there was just this greasy taste all over. The service was amazing. All the employees were so kind, helpful, and all smiles. They're all very quick, and they're all great! There's plenty of seating inside of the restaurant, and there's seating outside the restaurant. The line for ordering at the restaurant can become long very quickly, but luckily the employees are fast with taking orders and placing orders. The restaurant is unfortunately in a "Smoking Allowed" zone of the casino so it can get a bit nauseating to eat outside the restaurant. I would come here again! The Fried Seafood Udon Noodle was great, and I'd get it again!

This is a good go to place for dinner because of how quick they make your food, also the food comes…read moreout in large portions so keep that in mind, the place has some seating in the area but i would recommend the seating outside of their area because usually it's crowded. The food is delicious and i wish they made larger options for their dumplings.
