The place was OK, not too big or too small. The bad thing about it, the place was on the hill and it doesn't have handicap assessable. The food kinda pricey, compared to the other Vietnamese restaurants. We got soups ( $8 each ) and grill pork with rice ( $8 ) and also chicken stir fry ( $10 ) and crispy spring rolls ( $3 ) and clear spring rolls ( $3 ). I felt disappointed for the price that we paid for. The foods weren't the greatest and also the portion not equal for the price. Found this restaurant while visiting Hershey. The pho was good and authentic. The beef fried rice tasted a little too salty and sweet in the same time, and the beef didn't have the taste of beef. The terrible thing is that their chopsticks and spoons had a very strong smell of cheap dishwashing liquid. We couldn't eat our food with the horrible smell and had to ask them to change the chopsticks and spoons to forks. Luckily, the forks didn't have that smell. read more

Definitely a place that I want to come back to. Unfortunately they were out of the Avocado Smoothie while I was there, but the Thai Iced Tea was just as good. My husband had the Thai iced coffee and he loved it as well. I had the grilled shrimp/pork with vermicelli noodles in fish sauce, and that was extremely good, and my husband really loved the pho dish he got. The food was good but the reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because I went here with a friend that I hadn't seen in a while and we spent a really long time sitting and chatting. The restaurant wasn't that busy, and the waiter never made us feel rushed at all. Here in town for a soccer tournament and stumbled upon this gem. Of course we ordered Phò and Bun. Flavor is so tasty. We ate and wanted more. Both of our children ordered the Phò. They have a large and small option which was perfect. Large was $8.99 and small was $7.99. It's a small place and there was only one waiter for all thirteen tables!! I do not know if this is typical, but that waiter took it all on with class. The place was full, but he handled it all and we did not have to wait longer than necessary. I was in town for work and very excited to find this pho place on Yelp. It clearly stated they have vegetarian and vegan options. When I arrived and ordered the vegetarian pho, the waitress told me it was made with beef broth. I was very disappointed to hear this. I ordered a sautéed dish instead which was decent. But I came for pho. I travel extensively and hit up many pho restaurants all across North America. The overwhelming majority these days have a vegan broth option. This joint serves delicious Vietnamese food near Hershey park. Albeit a hole in the wall, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We ordered the Grilled pork with Vermicelli, one of the Pho noodle bowls, and an ice coffee. The grilled pork vermicelli was awesome and the Pho was great. No complaints here. There was one waitress serving 5 tables and she was friendly and attentive, compared to the bad service I received at another restaurant- the server only 2 tables. Go there and get your Pho on. You won't be dissapointed or find a better value in the area. The only thing I wish they had was Bhan Mi. read more

Eaten here twice now. One dine-in and the other take-out. The place is nice, with bright decor. Food was good both times. The Pho was very good, with a nice broth. Also had the Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls. They were fresh and shrimp were done perfect. My complaint is while I waited for my carry-out, for some reason there was loud rap music playing in the dining room. Last time I checked it was a Vietnamese Restaurant. Not a night club. I'm not surpised there was nobody else there. If that is what I knew I would have to hear while I dined there, I would skip it. Overall I can't complain about the food at all. But I won't go back if that is what I will have to listen to while I dine. read more

God forbid they have anything in this town that is not American or BBQ. Miss Saigon speaks for itself: - A small restaurant with an almost tropical feel to it. The Pho is actually good. The base taste good, it doesn't need a lot of Hoisin or Siracha. - The staff are very friendly. I do not understand why people give it less than 3-stars, unless they are picky Pho enthusiasts. It is not the best restaurant (definitely not by Philly or NY standards), but it beats eating at the Cracker Barrel. Also, the price is fair. Got into my hotel tired as hell with barely enough energy to call for delivery...luckily, Miss Saigon was just across the street. The interior of this round restaurant is cute enough, and the server was pleasant and attentive. My friend and I each ordered an entree and split a bowl of the house special pho. The lemon chicken was well cooked and flavorful, but the rice was dried out as though it had been sitting around for a while. We did go in about an hour before closing, so maybe that's why. I was disappointed with the pho and the summer rolls, though. For the price ($10 for a large), there was hardly any meat in the dish at all, and they are a little stingy with the toppings. Worse, the broth itself had very little flavor. I hesitate to use the term dish water, but until I punched it up a bit it wasn't far from it. The summer rolls were stuffed with vermicelli and one lonely, little shrimp that had been cut in half. So while the food wasn't bad, it also wasn't anything to get excited about or to make a special trip for. I'm not sure if pho is a novelty for this area or not, but I can't imagine this restaurant thriving in a region with a large Vietnamese or Asian population. read more

My daughter just got back from Vietnam this summer and raved about Pho and Vietnamese coffee. We have been visiting Hershey for over 30 years and frankly there is a serious lack of interesting great tasting food in the area. We decided to take the chance and try Pho Miss Saigon. The building is a little odd and we entered to find an eclectic collection of tacky and tasteful decor. The service was top notch. The Food was authentic and absolutely delicious. I ordered my Pho with extra tendons. No really. We now have a new favorite place to eat. My single complaint....I did not order Seafood but one in the party did. The Crab is that fake crab a really bad move when you are so close to the the east coast. I would hope they would expand their seafood offering.. The location is odd as is the building but who cares. The summer and spring rolls as well as the pho are excellent. The herbs and greens used in the pho gave it a wonderful taste. It comes with the usual plate of greens, herbs, limes and jalapenos. I very much liked the broth as it was loaded with flavor but not overdone and with the perfect amount of fragrance. I do prefer vermicelli noodles instead of rice noodles and the server didn't quite understand. But when he asked one of the family servers, the order for pho came out perfect. I also had the pho once for take-out. Yes, you get the beef raw and do the final cooking at home! It was amazing! Best pho and Vietnamese food I've had in the area in a while. Very fresh. Everything exploded in my mouth with flavor.

We had a delightful meal with friends (4 total). The food was a mixture of the unique and the tradition Vietnamese fare. I had Pho with to kinds of beef. (Don't wear a shirt that you don't want to get splattered with broth. It's unavoidable.) I also had the veggie spring roll - a mixture of minced vegetables, some julienne, noodles, rice and tofu. It was served with peanut sauce, though I preferred to dip mine in the pepper sauce. Service was great, quick and amiable. Three minor negatives: 1. The decor (color choices) are garish. 2. The relatively small room made loud dining neighbors even louder. 3. And of greatest concern, the steps up the entry way have a VERY wobbly guard rail that would never hold the weight of someone tripping into it. And the drop is quite steep. The dining experience is recommended and we will return. Just watch your step. read more

However, the menu is pricey with smaller portion when compared to other pho restaurants in Harrisburg. I do like the grilled pork with vermicelli noodles but minus the egg roll next time. This was my first time trying pho and it wasn't that bad. I thought it was a bit bland and needed a lot of basil and siracha, but it was very yummy after that (also very filling!). I got a Vietnamese iced coffee, which I was pleasantly surprised to see was like Thai coffee.
